The accommodation is OK at best. However very loud from outside street noise as well as noise from other rooms as the walls seem to be paper thin. Management seem to be reluctant to rectify any maintenance issues. Reported a leaking ceiling several weeks back, it was looked at twice and I haven't heard anything since. Contacted head office (Urban Student Life) and they directed the accommodation manager to deal with the complaint and I never heard anything back. Also issues with hot water and Internet access that took several days to rectify but no apology or discount to rent was given. Communal kitchen areas usually very dirty.
