Nice budget hotel. Worth the visit and every penny spent. Room was comfortable and clean. Only issue being the bed sheets were stained but staff helpful and apologetic. Will stay again when visiting Hull. Not far from the train station… About 5-10 minutes walk.

I stayed last night last minute as my train was cancelled. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the station and also shopping centres and bus station. The hotel has a bar and food is available. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. There is tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom was also clean with a good shower. My train was at 5.20 so I selected from a range of breakfast items to take away. Again the staff were more than helpful putting coffee and fruit into takeaway containers etc. Plenty to chose from: Porridge (add hot water) croissants, pasties and rolls still warm, ham and cheese, fruit juice, yogurt drinks, fresh fruit, cereals and more is there for the early bird breakfast and to take away if preferred. What more would you need! Thank you to the helpful welcoming staff.

Room was suitable for a cheap stay in Hull for a night on the weekend. Comfy bed, 12:00 checkout although it was advertised as having parking which it doesn't. Room and ensuite were clean and it's a good place if you just need somewhere to sleep and keep your belongings secure.

Ibis Hotel Hull is situated in the Hart of Hull. Check in was good but the memner of staff. The rooms are on the small side and a little dull. The bed was very comfy and I had a good night's sleep. The shower and toilet are in a raised pod so anybody who finds a step difficult will find this hard. Breakfast was good but there is limited seating and had to ask for a table to be cleaned before we could sit down and start. Overall a good stay.

Had a great stay here. Great rooms. Love the pod bathrooms. Friendly staff and reasonable bar to meet up with friends before going out or for a night cap. Only negative was the lack of parking as it is really expensive at princes quay.

Good for the price and staff friendly. Bed was good but bathrooms are a bit strangely set out! It's a bit like a (nice) portaloo with a shower built into the corner of the room but was ok. Bar was expensive but friendly staff. Breakfast and the coffee machine was good. Although my juice glass was chipped and I ended up swallowing a small piece of glass and spending the afternoon at the hospital getting checked out… other than that bad luck I'd stay again for a good price but wouldn't be recommending it to others.

Comfortable hotel close to the city center. Unfortunately it does not have a dedicated parking, it can be made up with a nearby multiplane parking which has advantageous rates for evening/night hours.

Enjoyed my stay at the Ibis, friendly staff and adequate comfy rooms. Ideal for a short stay. Definitely recommend.

Stayed 5 nights as visiting Hull for a funeral. Basic rooms but the beds are super comfy so no need for more than that. Also our room on 3rd floor was really quiet. Staff were lovely and I would definitely stay again.

I was very impressed with this hotel, such friendly staff. Clean rooms, comfortable area to look out onto the street, and watch the people going past. Rooms clean and neat. A few suggestions to help this place. The croissants were dry, so would suggest a microwave nearby, though I couldn't see one nearby. A microwave would soften them up, with a bit of butter. The microwave could warm up milk (for porridge), or warm milk on cereal.

Good value comfortable rooms, bar area could be more comfortable — feels quite sterile, and is very expensive compared to nearby pubs.

Cheap and cheerful. No complaints. Parking isn't available on site, bit is close by at a charge.

Rooms always clean and tidy nothing too much for the staff they always do there best to help. Breakfast always good qulity and plenty of it just a all round nice place.

As you would expect from an Ibis. It's on a busy road but we had a room at the back where it was very quiet. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable.

Great Hotel, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Excellent value rooms, very comfy beds. Shower not fixed to the wall, which was a bonus. Serve food 24 hours a day, would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone. Nice and quiet stay and no noise disturbances, unlike Travelodge which was too noisy.

Stay here every December for a festive night out with my friends, always a quick and easy check in, polite staff and the rooms are always kept really well, will be back again next Christmas!

Room was 'functional'. En Suite was a wet room where it sloped away from drain hole so whole area filled with water when you had a shower. Very convenient for town. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. No parking — so you will need to use and pay for parking in nearby shopping centre.

Mostly, helpful staff, comfortable bed, great breakfast choice. However, we asked for a fried egg and were told the Ibis doesn't do eggs. Well, as the scrambled eggs on offer neither look not taste like eggs, I'd agree. Room was too hot even with the window open a crack so we had trouble sleeping with heat and noise from air coolers. Great location.

Not a fantastic experience, booked a twin but was given a double. Though this change was not communicated to me before arrival (they claimed to have emailed me, they hadn't), or even at the desk on arrival — only found out after entering the room. When queried, was told they were full and we couldn't change, despite having booking confirmation from weeks beforehand. Receptionist even suggested we use the extra pillows as a buffer between us and share the bed! That wasn't the point, it's not what I booked or what was CONFIRMED. Basic standard room, clean and the bed was very comfy. But I won't be staying again.

So the room itself was nice, however we left the room as the lady who was cleaning turnd up outside the room. She asked if we would mind if she didn't change the bed sheets as she had just come back from holiday and she couldn't be bothered her words! Not that I would of noticed if she didn't or not. Doesn't paint a good picture for the company or for the standards of the hotel. Apart from that the stay was fine.

Very nice basic hotel. Had to make a very last minute booking and this was no problem. Good size rooms, friendly personnel and very comfy beds for a really cheap price.

Rooms are basic but very clean and tidy. All staff extremely friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable, so much I actually fell asleep without any effort. Breakfast was nice and hot buffet style. Restaurant menu very reasonably priced.

Nice and modern hotel. Clean rooms and bathroom. Very comfortable big sized matrasses! Friendly staff. And a tasty breakfast with a good variety. Eyes for detail. Only the car parking is quite on a distance…

Functional & cheap hotel with free Wi-Fi, perfect for anyone wanting to get out and about rather than relax and stay in. Parking at Princes quay is affordable and within a reasonable walking distance. Bed is quite comfy with enough pillows and decent black out blinds, plus a small television. Shower was surprisingly powerful, however toilet doesn't always want to flush and a few of the fittings were loose in the bathroom.

Close to City Centre. Walking distance to all the shops and Restaurants. Good Transport connectivity as well. Close to the main connecting roads. Limited Parking but you can park roadside if you are lucky. Decent price for the rooms and very helpful staff. Nice bar area as well.

Location and rooms are lovely, not huge but big enough. Shower room is well made and nice to use.

Expensive! According to their details there is very parking available off site. What it didn't say is that it's £10! Not budget at all.

Rooms were really tidy. Service was unbelievable. American customer service and the food was to die for.

Nice room, very clean and tidy. Tv and free Wi-Fi were good for entertainment. Also very close to the train station which was handy.

It met expectations pretty much. By that, I mean it was suitable enough for just the one night but will probably choose somewhere else next time. Was woken early by a lorry arriving at the big Staples store next door but got back to sleep fairly quickly. Their new beds are incredibly comfortable.
