Comfortable bed but was wojew up from 6am with skammisl doors kids shoutins down the hall way constant door slamming wouldn't stay again.

There was a glitch with the booking, so to compensate we were upgraded. Nice room, overlooking the marina, good breakfast.

An average place to stay with highly professional staff. It cost me some about 105 ponds for a night in a family executive room. From this room I could see the beautiful view of Hull Marina. Executive rooms are provided with a 40 inch LCD with few limited channels (about 10). Hotel have a swimming pool and bar and massage center.

Loverly venue and hotel always a pleasure to visit would defiantly recommend sticky bbq chicken skewers.

Shocking, just rang up the Holiday Inn and spoke to Nicki, who was rude aggressive and abrupt. Certainly not the sort of person who should be representing a large company.

Went to the Holiday Inn for the Chick Flicks evening and had a brilliant night. The food was lovely and the staff served it up quickly considering the numbers. The disco and the atmosphere were really good. I would highly recommend and I'm considering attending another one soon.

Was there as a guest at a friend's wedding. Was a lovely day, food was good. Staff are well presented, friendly and helpful. Bar was a little expensive though.

Very beautiful location with views towards Marina. Lots of very nice restaurants around here.

Pretty much a standard Holiday Inn located on the Marina and right next to Hull's major road depending on how you want to phrase it! Rooms large but aged. Friendly reception and bar team made the difference.

Centrally. Was due to work there and did not use the leisure facilities such as mini swimming pool. Breakfast is typical English and expensive. Hotel room well rocked and also expensive. Gives better hotels in Hull where you can save a good 1/3.

Great location — views of the marina from the restaurant and rooms. Easy access to great restaurants. Breakfast has a large variety of options. Rooms are not that spacious but are nice and clean.

Fantastic hotel. Good selection of breakfast. Good clean rooms. Nice views of the marina. 2 minutes from the old town with some amazing history. Wi-Fi is also very good. All a very good experience. Great venue for a wedding.

Had a full day meeting in one of the suits. Nice environment, with a constant supply of drinks and cookies. Lunch was good as well. Great friendly accommodating staff.

Stayed few times here. Nice clean hotel. Always helpful. Rooms have most amenities. Some with balconys. Nice view of the marina. Good pub Minerva nearby with beautiful food. So yeh nice place x.

Lovely hotel room but very disjointed party as you couldn't see dance floor from seats not a great night.

Nice place to stay for a short stay in Hull. Food was surprisingly good for a Holiday and the room was spacious and clean. Parking was good and the staff were extremely helpful, giving us recommendations for places to eat and places to visit. Would stay again if returning to Hull.

Great view from the room (atleast where I stayed). Friendly staff. I found the breakfast expensive and the menu in general rather average. In my mind of that is looked at I would give it a 5 stars. I will still stay here the next time… would just choose alternative food options!

Went with Grandchildren for Lunch with Santa. Don't get me wrong here kids enjoyed it. Let's start with lunch (remember for Kids) Starters Tom & Basil soup / Prawn Cocktails/ Pate / Mackerel/ Tuna some Olives / cold meats and Salad. Main course Beef/ Turkey/ Gammon and all the trimmings if only the trimmings had been hot only the Roast Potatoes were passable. Veggie option on request ✓. Sweets were fine Chocolate Fudge Strawberry trifle cake. Ice cream etc. Then came the disco If I say the Pogues and Kirsty McColl was played you might get the idea (I personally don't think it's Xmas until you have heard Fairy Tale of New York but not at a kids party) Then to meeting Santa. The Elves and Santa ✓✓✓were great and really interacted with all the children and made them feel special each child received a small gift. ✓✓So at the end the Children had a good time. Could not really fault the Staff (although DJ wasn't the best) waitresses / waiters / servers all did a great job under hectic conditions. Special mention for Good Elf and Naughty Elf. 5 Stars Such a shame though it could have been so much better with a little more thought and preparation.

Such helpful, friendly staff and the fishermans sharing platter was outstanding. Comfortable room and walking distance from some great restaurants and the museum quarter.

Location is good. Room in general is good. Good service from friendly staff. The reason I'm not happy about the place is the water taps in the rooms. They are quite faffy to operate to get the right temperature.

Hotel suitable for business meetings.

Great location close enough to the centre of Hill without been too close. It was nice and quiet with comfortable beds. The bedroom was in good condition if a little dusty and the bathroom was definitely getting on a bit but it was clean. Breakfast in the morning I had cereal so can't really comment on the standard of food but my room service was nice enough.

We have attended this venue twice for wedding fayres. The hotel is always immaculate and the staff always friendly. Lovely place by the harbour.

Located in the beautiful setting of Hull's marina, this establishment offers a tranquil environment, whilst the staff provided a professional service, friendly and extremely helpful. The facilities provided were of an excellent standard and met all expectations during my visit. I would highly recommend spending time at this hotel, whether for a stay or booking a function.

Good location. Clean room. AC can be loud and windows don't fully open. Bed comfortable and very good breakfast, cooked to order at no extra cost. Many thanks.

I was a local stall holder at an arts and craft event. My day saw me set apart from the other exhibitiors and the traffic through the event was very limited. I would not put the hotel itself at fault for this. The staff were helpful and polite, the environment was relaxed and pleasant. I would exhibit here again if the circumstances were different.

Stayed here for a friends wedding. The place is very clean and is much nicer than other chain hotels. The staff are friendly, more than competent and helpful. First holiday inn experience, but definitely not the last!

The staff were very professional and friendly and very helpful, giving us directions to our venue, a list of taxi numbers and train times. The rooms were very clean, maybe a revamp on the furniture but overall a nice room. The food ie. Breakfast was lovely, hot and fresh. The location is very nice, next to the marina, having a coffee sat outside was very enjoyable. Overall a very pleasant stay and would certainly stay there again.

Excellent place to stay. Hot married here in 2015. Highly recommend this place for anything. The food is excellent the service is 5 star. Beautiful views!

Very friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. This included: receptionists, restaurant and bar staff, breakfast staff & cleaning staff. Great location looking over the marina and handy for Old Town, centre of Hull and main train/bus station. Also free car parking at weekends. Thank you. Xxx.

Given that this is a Holiday Inn, was very impressed with the staff. Reception to waiting staff to bar staff — all locals and all warm, helpful and receptive. Stayed in 6 HI within 3 weeks and these guys are miles ahead of the pack.

Lovely hotel and fantastic staff, especially alvaro who works on the bar, he was very pleasant and helpful. Will be booking again soon.

We stayed at Holiday Inn, Hull to attend a wedding held there. Our room was spacious, modern, very clean and comfortable, well equipped with air con and heating. Breakfast was plentiful, well presented with delightful staff to assist you in any way. The wedding meal was a lovely 3 course meal well cooked and hot. The wedding buffet in the evening was perfectly adequate. The only gripe we had was the price of the drinks at the bar, we ordered a Gin & tonic&a pint of lager which cost over £9.00! All in all we enjoyed our Holiday Inn stay very much. We would certainly stay there again anytime we visited Hull.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Fantastic location, decent breakfast, and the executive room we had overlooking over the marina was just great. Couldn't have wanted much more from a hotel in Hull city centre.

Very un-friendly for families who dare to have more than one child! I would review the hotel in full but I have just tried for the third time in 2 years to book a room with Holiday Inn (InterContinentalHotelGroup) to be told our family is just too large. My wife and I have two boys (6and 3) and a baby under one. We have said that we'd bring our own cot, the boys could "top to tail" if the sofa bed in the family rooms are just single beds. All our offers and plea’s for help as a family of five from ICHG are flatly rebuffed with the offer of 2 non connecting rooms and no advice as to why my wife and I should want to spend the weekend apart from each other. A very poor show indeed Holiday Inn, 0 out of 5 for families. Travelodge here we come (highly recommended for families).
