Nice place and very friendly staff very good food.

Spent some time trying to find a Premier Inn, this one fitted the requirement, they reopened after Civid on 22nd July, I booked on 23rd July for 1 night stay on 29 July only to be told on 26 July that they will now be closing on the day if my stay for maintenance work! WTF have they been doing for last 4 months whilst closed!? As per usual tgey will take 5 — 7 days to refund my money. What a complete shower!

Always a pleasure to stay here. The receptionist is lovely. It gets very hot in the room in summer. No lift so I recommend anyone with bad knees asks for a ground floor room. Didn’t have breakfast or dinner so I can’t comment.

Lovely Hotel, however, there is no lift, so please bear this in mind when booking if you have heavy luggage or have trouble walking up stairs.

Staff are very friendly and helpful would recommend staying here. The only problem we had was it was very noisy our room was facing the train station. We had to have the window open with it been so hot so hearing all the traffic and trains was a problem. *4

Room was too hot. Clean and comfortable but as it was so hot not an enjoyable stay.

The acceptable face of cheap chain hotels. This one is usefully located right opposite Horsham station. Surprisingly good breakfast.

The biggest problem with this place is no air con. Rooms very hot we did have a fan but the heat was unbearable.

Good basic fare and generally done well. My burger too dry and overcooked for my taste but being 1 of 5 happy eaters this is not a major worry. Coffee with small dessert option is perfect after a filling main. A one third discount barely brought price to good value levels. Good but not great.

We visited the beefeater restaurant, staff were friendly, food was fresh and very hot. Tasty and good value.

Actually went to the Station Beefeater which is attached to the premier inn. We had breakfast which was great. Lovely selection. Hot food was hot… which is always nice. Expensive if just adults but children under 16! eat free (2kids per 1 adult) so a great time was had by all.

Really nice Hotel used for business reasons. The rooms are really big and spacious, clean and well cared for, while being very basic. The staff is nice and the breakfast is really good (typical English breakfast with beans to the bird, sausage and bacon). I was really good.

Fantastic value, good clean accommodation with helpful friendly staff.

You always know what you are getting with a Premier Inn. A clean room with a nice big comfy bed. I stayed for 4 'nights', well I say nights. I'm a night worker and sleep during the day. I had no issues sleeping. It's. Not a noisy hotel which is rare now days. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff are ALWAYS soo kind and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. Very empathetic.

Lovely rooms and a great beefeater restaurant pub next door… Would be 5 stars but no air conditioning in rooms and was incredibly hot in the summer.

Me and family (partner + 2kids) stayed here for 2 nights and could not have been made to feel more welcome. We somehow managed to forget a few things such as nappies for a baby and a member of staff we believe was able to provide a pack without even being asked. Anything we needed was dealt with as priority i. E. Iron+board, some fixtures taken from room for safety concerns with a crawling baby etc.

Hotel location is good. Room was acceptable but the shower room did smell a little of mould. Restaurant next door was good and overall did enjoy my stay.

Convenient, right beside station. Sound proofing between floors could be better, hear people walking around in their rooms. Beds comfortable.

Next to the train station and a ten min walk from town center, staff were helpful and polite. However visited in cold October when only 9oC outside but room remained at 24oC all night with the window open and heating turned off. No air-conditioned and was like a sweat box.

Very convenient for Gatwick Airport, particularly nice rooms and great bath. Beefeater next door for meal and breakfast. Staff nice.

Hotel fine. Restaurant is much better than it was but better to eat in the town.

We came down for my Fathers funeral and thought it a bit strange when you walk in to a family room and there are 2 portable fans on! We later realised that the heating was set to 26° we are on the ground floor so can't leave the Windows open so just boiled all night. Then there was the prison food called breakfast, or the Bain Marie meal, sausages ok, bacon quite cold with the white coagulayed fat on it, black pudding rock hard, beans been in there a week, slimy mushrooms and a lovely under cooked sorry fried egg! Horrendous but the staff were very nice.

Hotel looked nice but when I got to my room there was a pungent smell of perfume coming from the carpet so I opened the window and went for something to eat. Got back and tried to sleep but after half an hour I had a whopper of a headache. Went downstairs to get some fresh air and complain. The reception staff said they were fully booked and came to see what the problem was with my room. He denied he could smell anything said he had a cold. Yeah right! Not a good night at all ended up sleeping in my car as it was so late. Breakfast continental and no fruit! Can't believe this place. Was very let down. Won't be staying here again. I've stayed in a lot of Premier inns around the country and this has got to be the worst experience I've had. Very very disappointed.

Stayed here twice. Seems I was given a new room first and then an older room the second time. The rooms are simple like any premier Inn but have everything you need. The mattresses aren't as good as my usual premier Inn with a plastic undershirt feel which makes you sweat in the night. The rooms are very warm with each room having a fan as standard. The second time I stayed here the bathroom smelt like mould which wasn't pleasant.

Location is okay, quite near to Brighton so is an easy trip into the city. The hotel is clean and tidy. However the floor boards are very noisy and the rooms are not sound proofed.

Excellent staff. Superb service. Clean room. Usual level of product BUT No Air Con. Cooked breakfast could have been better. Brilliant location. The park is lovely, the train station is opposite. Swimming pool 200 yards away. Town centre is a 5 minute walk.

Very good hotel. The very number seems to be there, even the kettle and tea/coffee.

Stayed in a family room. Great size, very clean and tidy as expected. The room got a bit hot in the night as the weather was really good but apart from that it was spot on. Great location as it's opposite the train station. Staff were really friendly and helpful with a couple of questions we had.

Lovely 3 night stay. Our welcome and all staff was lovely and the team were great to chat with and made the effort to interact with us and our children.
The room clean and tidy.
Stayed in a family room with a double and 2 singles. Double bed lived up to the guarentee of a good night's sleep but the single beds left a lot to be disired for. … Shower was awesome. Really powerful and plenty hot.
Bath filled up really quickly which was great.
Plenty of towels and tea coffee etc. If the singles were as comfy as the double it would be a 5* review.

The staff were excellent. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and modern. Furniture, carpets, fittings and finishes all appear to be realatively new and fresh. I heard no noise from Horsham Station, despite the fact that the hotel is very near. The bathroom was good with a very large tub and shower with good pressure. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was fresh and clean. I slept well. I would be perfectly happy to stay here again and recommend it to others.
However, I have a few suggestions that could take my experience from good to excellent in my opinion…
1) There is no air conditioning and the window is limited to opening with a very small gap. I am concerned that the room could be uncomfortable during periods of very warm weather.
2) The vent fan in the bathroom is very loud and is slow to remove steam from the room after a hot shower; leaving the room feeling damp and muggy.
3) Breakfast is not complimentary.
4) There is no telephone in the room.
5) There are two levels of Wi-Fi. The basic level is free; but you must pay for higher speed Wi-Fi. I find this slightly annoying. It would be better customer service to provide free high-speed internet.
6) There is no mini-fridge in the room.

Had a great couple of nights here with my elderly mum and dad. The people on reception couldn't do enough for us and made our stay lovely. The beefeater next door did a cracking full breakfast and the rib-eye in the evening was awesome. I'd definately stop here again.

Had a fantastic stay, very clean, great shower and to our surprise the first Premier Inn to do waitress service for breakfast so it was fresh and perfect, a good start for the new year. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfy bed, good size room and all basics covered.

One of the more basic Premier Inns I've been to but still has good beds, temperature management and quiet rooms. Location is great for the station and local businesses. Reception staff efficient and friendly. A much better sleep than in the other chain hotel in town so will be coming back even though there's little in the way of luxury. Also note no iron in the room.

Good. Quite. Central and close to railway station. Restaurant/bar outwith the main hotel.

It is a typical Premier Inn. Rooms are ok size, bed is very comfortable, room was clean and nice to be in. Location good for train travellers but bit of walk from centre.

A nice comfortable room and within easy reach of the town and my family. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking no problem.

It's a great to relax and to have a good condition in this place. You can simply enjoy the views and get comfortable in your room. Price is reasonable, no doubt at all.

Stayed the night, staff were courteous and even quickly built a rapport with some members however came up in an itchy rash which still hasn't gone down and have heard nothing with reference to my refund for over 3 weeks now. So much for a good night guarantee. Apparently it's in process sounds like a culmination of franchise jargon and an excuse to not return my funds for as long as possible.

Stayed there with my wife and son and its up to the useful high standard of a Premier Inn. Clean, tidy friendly service. We arrived later at 11pm and there was still a pleasent and cheery welcome Well done.

Probably the most expensive Premier Inn in England, but since the refurb it is also one of the best.
