The staff were excellent and accomodating to our employees needs over the weeks they stayed there for a project in Horsham. A much easier experience than some of the larger chains available in the area we could've booked with.

The hotel wasn't bad but nothing to write home about. Room was small but had all I needed. The heating was fierce but at least I could open the window. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Clean if a little scruffy. Arrived for inclusive breakfast within the correct timeframe only to be told breakfast was over. A partial refund was given.

Well rooms are basic. On suite are small and need some tlc, but adequate. Breakfast… limited. And the host is rude.

Lovely period house with attractive dining room and beautiful garden at rear. Bedrooms are small but fine for short stay.

Friendly receptionist, good location, two bars/restaurants very near by.

We stayed in a family room. Very reasonably priced, friendly, and comfortable. Lovely room, with a real third bed not a rollaway or camp bed like some places have. Huge breakfast included. Great location in walking distance to park.

My partner and I were provided with a ground floor family room at no extra cost. The best part of the two night stay was the soothing music in the breakfast room and a reasonable breakfast. On the downside the wash basin plug would not seal the bowl therefore you had to leave the tap running. The toilet paper was ultra thin. The shower water pressure was a joke. The television picture continually had interference which needed to be attended to. The wash basin issue and television matter was passed onto to the owner and nothing was done to resolve the matter. Interestingly with a little more effort I feel certain guest comments would be a lot more positive.

Great Hotel, very friendly and I was able to get breakfast earlier than the normal time as I had a long drive and a plane to catch. Thanks again. Will definitely recommend your hotel.

Warm quiet room on suite shower TV tea coffee biscuits parking ; Wi-Fi great breakfast would stay here here again very nice lady on the reception very helpfull.

Welcomed by an eastern gentleman with a face that could turn Medusa to stone and then all I got was "name? ", not how are you or good trip! So I started laughing and again "name? " which I duly obliged. I was then thrust a form to fill in and shown my room — a single that had last been refurbished sometime in the late 60's (1860's) with a hole in the floor next to the bed and cold tap in the en-suite that spun round. The shower was clean although moving the dial 1mm increased the temperature by about 400 degrees celsius so one to watch out for. Breakfast was fun, he forgot to bring mine out and it was only when I asked where it was that he asked me had I not had it already! I just stared blankly at the empty placemat and said " doesn't look like it". A full english arrived a few minutes later, probably planned for some other hungry guest and then white toast arrived (or slammed onto the table to be more precise) as I was finishing the breakfast off — no choice given. So all in all an eventful trip, somehow I don't think I'll be staying there again :-). So beware — you get what you're paying for at £69/night.

Really liked the experience! The management were very welcoming. The rooms were large and spacious and the morning's breakfast delicious. Would definitely come back here even if I drop by Horsham.

Disgusting rooms. Bed bugs and very poor sanitary condition throughout.

80 £ a night is very exagerate. Breakfast is poor and bathroom is ok for a smurf.

Great place to stay if you want a bit of outdoor space to relax in! Children were able to run around without a worry about them at all! They had a blast so would definitely recommend this to any family thinking of staying in the area.
