This was the first time we've been to Horsham UK and I must admit the Springfields Hotel was a wonderful surprise. The hotel is so clean and beautiful. Lynn and her stuff are very friendly and kind and did their best to support us with any need we had. Breakfast was very good as well (English breakfast). That's why I would rate them 5 out of 5

Nice small hotel but if you are going to check-in late, you must give them a call as there is not a receptionist around all the time.

Sorry. For the money I was expecting more. Very nice but too sterile a feeling. Nice big room though. Good location for the town centre. Needs to be given a friendlier makeover.

We stayed at the Springfields as a family (2+1 child) whilst visiting Horsham for a family party. The hotel itself is more of a B+B than a hotel and is purpose built. We found the rooms comfortable enough and the breakfast was good. The main positive however is the service. The lady that owns/runs the hotel went out of her way to make us comfortable and help us with travel arrangements which I really appreciate. If I had to be critical, we were on the back upstairs and did have some noise from the pub next door (a band were on) but that eventually stopped and wasn't too bad with the windows closed. It may have been a different story in summer if we had to keep the windows open. However, overall I'd recommend this as a bed and breakfast if you're looking to stay in Horsham.

Springfields Hotel is a great place to stay in Horsham, it is in the town centre with free parking and a short walk to the shops, restaurants and pubs. The rooms are spotlessly clean as is the rest of the hotel. It offers value for money and a fantastic breakfast is included in the price. Highly recommended.

What a great hotel. Fantastic fittings, good sized rooms and the breakfast is filling and tasty. This is a welcome addition to the hostelry's in Horsham and close enough to central pubs and restaurants. No bar, but the pub across the car park, more than makes up for it.
