Staff where really nice and welcoming, room was really good we had a 2 bed room with a amazing view of Brighton pier and the beech. Breakfast was also really good.

Good. Friendly. But Overpriced.

My partner and I spent a night here last year after deciding to stay in Brighton an extra night. We booked last minute, turned up half an hour later and our details were already on the system. We'd previously stayed in a guest house on Upper Rock Gardens and found our room in Atlantic Seafront to be not only much larger and with a fantastic sea view, but cheaper! Our only gripe was that our room was on the top floor with only stair access, but had we not had a very heavy suitcase that wouldn't have been a problem.

Small but comfortable and very clean.

Warm reception, bright clean rooms, well maintained, owners very helpful and staff very friendly, breakfast very good.

Stayed in the hotel with few friends and parents. Rooms very nice and tidy, hotel is clean and very well looked after. Staff is amazing, friendly and very helpful! Location is perfect as it is a walking distance from Laines and town centre. I can recommend this place to everyone.

Just got back from Brighton Gay Pride 2013 and stayed at the Atlantic Seafront for two nights. Our room was number 7 on the 3rd floor overlooking the big wheel and the Pier. It was clean and tidy though the bathroom was a bit pokey, had a kettle for tea making facilities and fridge and TV and use of iron and ironing board. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was either continental, vegetarian or full English which we had and was great, the staff could not be more polite or obliging and kept topping up orange juice, tea or coffee and more toast. Will definitely stay again and happy to recommend it, though no lift so is only for the fit and able bodied. Unloading permitted outside or across the road, nearest car park 10 minutes away £17.50 for 24 hours.
