I’ve visited a lot of spa’s and this is by far the best I have been to.
Fantastic warm pool, friendly knowledgable and talented therapists. Excellent food and the decor throughout is wonderful. We will 100% be returning!

Absolutely gorgeous setting for a baby shower, we had the afternoon tea and it was delicious! The staff were extremely polite and helpful, nothing was too much for them. A beautiful afternoon and can’t wait to come back again. Thank you.

What a beautiful hotel, we stayed here in July for one night and have to say it was one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in, it was very clean. Amazing beer garden and staff were so friendly. Pool is amazing. Only stayed for one night but would highly recommend Lanelay Hall Hotel and will definately come back again!

The room was spacious and immaculate.
Our meals were delicious and the staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and all so polite. Spa was also amazing! Gorgeous facilities and the treatments we received were lovely.

Stayed here for two nights, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean, quiet atmosphere, lovely gardens. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Today 34 of my family & friends including children had a wonderful time from start to finish! To cater for 34 people two and three courses, that were very very nice is a difficult to do. Each one of us had a lovely time making memories. The children loved it and they were made to feel like they were at home along with the rest of us. To be able to relax and social in the garden was beautiful. Thank you to all the staff who worked today and Gemma. Probably see you all again after the wedding.

I have had two very famous Boxers down to South Wales and Dave put them up in lanley hall.
one was Roy Jones junior
And the other Roburto Duran, Roy done a ten part tour around uk and said Lanley hall was the nicest hotel

Tour … and Roburto who traveled all the way from South America wanted to stay for couple of extra days, because he loved it so much but unfortunately had to finish his tour, Roburto
His wife and son absolutely loved the place and can’t wait to come back … Weldon Dave, the place is tremendous, foods outstanding and looking forward too bringing them next star down, and holding a couple events here … thanks Dave and the staff for looking after us.

Came for lunch today, well what more could you ask for! The sun was shining, a Royal wedding and a great effort by Lanelay Hall for celebrating the event. This was my first visit and I have to say it won't be my last. Fabulous food, complimentary glass of Prosecco, great service and the hall itself has been designed and presented with such a wow factor. After lunch we were able to make the most of the outside space for coffee due to the sun shining. Will definitely be returning for food and next time will try the accomodation aspect. This place is a hidden gem and I highly recommend you visit. Thankyou Lanelay Hall X.

A beautiful place and the staff were lovely. However when we checked in we weren’t told about breakfast being served till 10am or where we had to go. The breakfast was lovely when we finally found it and they cooked for us despite it being past 10am. I was disappointed our room didn’t have a bath but the shower was nice. There were a few things that lacked a 5 star standard. No bottled water provided in the rooms, tea and coffee facilities were quite basic, no fridge, no shelf in the shower, no hotel guide in the room. Tell us about room service, how to contact reception, menus and drinks? The food in the restaurant was very nice. Compliments to the Chef!
