Tired place. Rooms need to be upgraded. Too warm although used a fan which sounded like a single prop plane. Not the best place.

No lift, which was inconvenient with many cases. I like Premier Inn hotels, they are comfortable. Plenty of case-space in the room. Only one key per room, which is fine for us.

Stayed here for 4 nights recently and found staff very helpful. We had good nights sleep and the facilities were fine, with a Brewers Fayre next door.

One of the nicest Premier Inns we have stayed at. Lovely reception staff, hope to return. Absolutely fantastic local facilities.

Plenty of parking and a few places to choose from for dining options. No plugs by beds unfortunately but overall a comfortable tidy location.

Room was comfortable, likewise the mattress which made for a good night 's sleep. Breakfast at the adjoining Brewer's Fayre was excellent.

Not the best Premier Inn I have stayed in. A little dated. Nothing major wrong, it's perfectly acceptable, a very comfortable bed, but it's little things like the toilet roll dispenser being mounted exactly where one's leg would normally go, making the process unnecessarily difficult. No air-con in rooms meaning its difficult to achieve desired temperature. Hairdryer mounted at knee-height underneath the desk so impossible to dry hair properly.

Comfortable, clean and quiet. What more could you want. Food was good and service was good. Would definately stay again. A great place to stop over when u need somewhere for the night. And nothing beats a priemier inn bed and pillows. You can buy them online and believe me as soon as I can afford one I will be doing just that. Without fail Every night I spend in a Premier Inn bed I have the best nights sleep ever. Fabulous. Thanks.

You know what you're getting with a Premier Inn, clean comfortable rooms and the usual amenities. Brewers Fayre next door, can be busy but plenty of offers midweek. Also, there's Asda couple of mins walk away (no pavement though and busy roundabout), there's a fish & chip shop, Costa, Gregg's and ice cream outlet literally the other side of the car park. Plenty of parking available, convenient for M4 & Llansamlet.

Lovely and comfortable stay with close local shops and superstores of interest and despite being on a busy road a completely unobtrusive might as sleep. Friendly staff and helpfull in the hotel and the next door Brewers Fayre so much so we enjoyed an amazing all u can eat experience on the evening with some wonderfully prepared chip shop favourites. Even with an order mix up it was felt with efficiently and without fuss taking nothing form our experience we decided we would go for breakfast in the AM.

Nice room, clean, functional, comfortable. Great breakfast and great sleep. Could have done with more power sockets.

Nice and clean with friendly staff up to standard. Brewers fayre next door much better than my experience in Bridgwater the night before.

Due a refurbishment. It's looking a little tired but nothing is fundamentally wrong with the place. The attached restaurant is snappily serviced with attentive and alert staff.

Overall a comfy and cosy Premier Inn and a great base in Swansea. A little noisy in the late evening due to cars reving up in the car park. Not sure what that was all about.

Lovely hotel! Great staff and felt very welcome. However the lack of power sockets near the bed made it awkward to charge my phone on a night.

The location overall is great for people like me, working away from home for the week and traveling all over the place as it it's stationed at a shopping plaza. The rooms were nice and the bed was comfy, I had issues with the Wi-Fi however even after upgrading to the "ultimate" version.

It's the usual standard for Premier Inn however my room was a little run down and dated but overall it was a pleasant stay with the standard Brewers Fayre for meals.

Really convenient location for visiting Swansea and surrounding areas. Nice clean comfy rooms. Bar and restaurant located on site with Asda and plenty of other places to eat nearby.

Great room, good location with lots of parking & all you can eat breakfast. We'll be coming back due to the convenience of it all after discovering some stunning beaches!

No sockets near the beds. No air-conditioning. Comfortable but one of the older hotels.

It's ok but not what I'd expect from premier inn. Fans rather than aircon. Not many power sockets and none by the bed and tap water is a tad warm. Cool water in reception but it's not ideal. It's fine, nothing to complain about and a good night's sleep. Just could do with a little update to match other premier inn's.

A good quality hotel at affordable prices only 10 min away from town centre. There is the usual pub/restaurant next door for breakfast. Comfy beds and they had even put fans in every room following a heat wave to help you keep cool.

Just had the most amazing all you can eat freshly cooked breakfast! £8.99 each and kids under 15 eat free. Absolute bargain. Staff really friendly and helpful. Clean. Excellent selection, especially for kids… all branded cereals and even Nutella! Would recommend!

Nice size hotel room, ordered a family room. Nice shower and bath and came with nice clean towels. Bed constantly squeaked, if you moved you made a lot of noise. Ordered a travel cot for the little one, came with no mattress at all so the baby had to end up in bed with us. They provide no cot mattress as they don't actually have any. Next to no sleep due to the stayer upstairs from us, they were 'busy' for almost 4 hours and you could hear absolutely everything. I went to the front desk to ask if they could please tell them to stop. They didn't go up there and I didn't sleep until 5am and we left at 6am. I was promised my money back which never actually happened.

Good hotel to spend night. We were doimg bmw off road skills training and this place was only 30 minutes away.

Location is good really nice place especially the new rooms. Always clean staff are more than happy to help. Iv been to some other over night stay places no names and there was ketchup on the window and was there for all the three nights I stayed never had a issue like that with premier Inn. Would highly recommend it to any one.

Would rate the food at the adjoining food house as 3 out of 10. Barely warm, left on hotplates too long and pretty tasteless.

The staff are really great — recommended. I've stayed there lots of times, and will continue to do so.

Friendly, helpful and considerate staff. Have now frequented this hotel many times and although staff may change, service is always excellent. The only negative aspect is the lack of easy chairs to relax in after a tiring day before retiring. Food and service in the restaurant is good but the ambience is very noisy, except at breakfast. Will be using this hotel again in the future.

Standard Premier Inn room, nothing to complain about, but the dining is an experience. Excellent if you like an all-you-can-eat buffet for a ridiculously cheap price, but not if you want an ordinary quiet meal! I didn't dislike it, but I won't be going back.

Typical premier inn standard which is very high for the price. Good location for business trips.
