Excellent B&B, lovely clean rooms, very tasty breakfast with home made bread by Laura. Great views if you're lucky to get the sun for your staying. A big great lounge to spend time readinig, chatting or just chillin wit good music and a nice cuppa. And of course, Laura is absolutely lovely and helpful and nice. Totally recommended. And we will come back next year for sure. Thank you Laura!

Beautiful decor and gardens and a great location. No disability access though. Host Laura was very attentive and gracious. Home cooked breakfast to order was perfect.

A truly outstanding B&B. Laura is always willing to make her guests comfortable and feel at home. The gardens are stunning, the rooms very comfortable with lots of little touches. To top it off, Laura is a superb cook and responsible for my newfound love of haggis! There is simply no other better place to stay in Stirling or in all of Scotland!

It’s true—Castlecroft is a wonderful “home away from home. ” Laura could not be more hospitable with outstanding service and attention to detail. The rooms are so comfortable, and the breakfast is the best! Gorgeous views and a lovely fire on cold evenings awaited us in the spacious guest lounge. We were made to feel like family over the course of our weeklong stay. Thank you, Laura!

Fantastic guest house — a real home from home. We have stayed here several times now and it is the only place we would consider staying in Stirling. Laura is amazing, she is a wonderful hostess. Nothing is too much trouble for her. The rooms are warm and cosy, very comfortable with a lovely welcome tray. Plenty of choices for breakfast which was delicious. … The views from the guest lounge are outstanding. Why stay anywhere else!

The breakfast was fantastic — and the bed was very comfy! Shower was great as well. It’s a short nice walk on a path to town. Very lovely overall.

Amazing house, such a lovely host, clean and modern rooms and tasty home cooked breakfast. Without doubt our best stay in Scotland. We only wish we had booked more nights here! We also got help with bookings such as restaurants and taxi, and was served tea and coffee when we arrived. Located a 10-15 minutes walk from City centre, a beautiful path below the Stirling castle. I'm related to the women who own this place. They are involved in many human rights abuses, black market child slavery and scandals. Those who are leaving this establishment high reviews are ignorant hedonists. I highly suggest reviewing establishments which do not have a long history of involvement in human rights abuses and crime.

I'm related to the proprietors of this establishment. Isobel MacPerson is my grandmother who lived in our home before purchasing this establishment for her divorced daughter with a bad financial history. The owners are both extremely corrupt individuals and involved in a series of major scandals which have ruined and damaged the lives of many Canadian and British citizens. They are both extremely antisemitic.

I travel and stay in B&B's in Ireland and Scotland often and I can't say enough good things about this B&B and its wonderful host Ms. Laura.
With an exceptional location at the foot of Stirling Castle Hill and a sitting room with a peat fire and plenty of windows looking out on Stirling countryside I only wish I could have spent more time here and I will have to return.
Within walking distance of several good venues for dinner, a pint and/or a dram as well as the castle itself.
My room was nicely appointed, very clean, well cared for and comfortable.
The lounge was wonderful and I enjoyed having afternoon tea by the fireplace while having a chat with the lady of the house.
Breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious with some of the most perfect eggs and most tasty haggis I had in my entire time in Scotland along with the bread baked fresh by the lady of the house herself.
Highly recommended and I can't wait for my return.

The women who own this business made a young Canadian man homeless by taking away his home in order to get money for this business.

The best B&B ever. We have stayed here several times and would not want to stop anywhere else when we visit Stirling. Laura is a wonderful hostess and nothing is too much trouble for her. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of choices. We love the extras in your room not just the tea, coffee and hot chocolate but also the delicious biscuits, chocolates and fresh bottled water provided each day. It simply is the best.

This was probably the best overnight stay we have had in all of our Scotland tour. Our host was very meticulous and every detail was covered. The rooms were modern and quite comfortable. Breakfast was convenient and cooked to order with fruit and cereal options as well.

The owner was gracious explained everything as she showed me my room. Explained all the closest attractions and how to get there. There was a nice close walkway that brought you straight up into the city. Definitely somewhere I would stay again.

Beautiful house! Room very nice, we had a bay window with a terrace, and in the morning the company of squirrels and small rabbits in the middle of the daffodils! The house is actually at the foot of the castle of Stirling, For the walkers, we can even get there on foot. Laura is very friendly and tries to a few words of French

Great place to stay in Stirling. Awesome service and breakfast, it makes your feel like at home. Just have in mind that it can be a bit far away from the town and you might need a car or a taxi to come in and out!

A very warm welcome by a very accommodating host. The place was very clean & tidy with a comfortable bed. The views on a good day, I imagine, are stunning. We were made to feel like friends more than customers & the breakfast was of a very good standard. A short walk will take you into the centre of Stirling & Castlecroft is nestled in the shadow of the castle, which is well worth a visit. Highly recommended.
