I piped at a wedding here on 9th September. Beautiful views over Loch Lomond. Friendly and helpful staff.

This is a beautiful hotel with a fantastic restaurant, amazing views and a real feel of luxury. The beds were so comfortable I think I had the best nights sleep I’ve had in years!

Absolutely breathtaking views over the Loch. Staff are friendly and helpful. Top class hotel. Look forward to piping here again.

We attended my son's wedding at Lodge of the loch. Everything was perfect. Food was lovely. Staff were outstanding, very polite and friendly. Rooms are great and view is stunning. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back again.

We didn’t really have the best experience, having to make up our own room and no table service for drinks, when I go away for a weekend, I want to be pamper, I didn’t feel like that was delivered. Food was good, breakfast was cold.

We had a fab time staying here with my partner for 3 days. Service was spot on and staff are so friendly. We had an amazing view from our room looking at the lake and I loved waking up stand by the balcony listening the water sound and nice fresh breeze. I highly recommend this place.

Had a lovely DBB arranged by the family for husband special birthday also our anniversary whilst there. Very friendly and caring staff nothing too much a bother, lovely to have our own sauna n the room very private, lovely dog biscuits and poo bags in the room, even thou our fussy dog would now eat the biscuits. We were told the dog could join us for meals however declined as wanted to eat our meal in peace for once. Fantastic views onto the loch from all rooms. Due to the wet weather maybe not a good idea for white bedding, so glad we brought our own cover, to cover the bed. Would liked to have bed side lamps on each side side f the bed, also could have a light at dressing table while getting ready, thou these are minor details. Evening meal was excellent and breakfast was ok. Again only our thoughts £25 for the dog to stay especially for sleeping n the floor. Thought a bit steep. Will definitely return to this hotel as definitely a luxury atmosphere.

Although the restaurant was quiet, the service was extremely slow Food was fantastic however.

I was here on Friday night and the staff are so friendly and helpful especially when I had a slight accident and the girl really helped me out just want to say thanks to the girl who did I wish I got her name the room was stunning very spacious had amazing views of the loch and the food was outstanding I would highly recommend this place to go.

Beautiful views but wouldn't recommend as a wedding view. Felt my wedding was overshadowed by the rude and inexperienced staff that day.

Greeted with lovely smiling friendly staff as soon as we arrived, room was great very spacious, spotless and beautifully decorated, the most amazing scenery looking right across the Loch from balcony, also our bathroom included a sauna which was a nice treat on a cold wet day, the meal in the resturaunt was abs brilliant, served promptly again very friendly staff, great stay would come back in a heartbeat.

Went for afternoon tea yesterday, was lovely from start to finish. Staff were All very attentive. Also booked meal for 45th Anniversary dinner in April, again function staff could not have been more helpful.

Been too the lodge on the a few times.

Xmas party night so well organised, staff were amazing, cocktails were great, music quiz in between courses was such a good idea! DJ was ok top form very friendly atmosphere. Rooms were spectacular and breakfast just topped off a fabulous first time stay at this magnificent hotel thank you so much x.

My wife and I got a 2 night stay here from awesome family members as a wee honeymoon away and it was first class, the staff and place itself is right up there the views are breathtaking and the steak I had is honestly the best I’ve tasted … and I like my steak, highly recommend the place Scott and heather Mullen.

Loved my afternoon tea and spa facilities would definitely recommend them the staff were lovely very helpful can’t wait to come back x.

Morning tea & Spa experience was excellent. I have never heard of this and didn’t know what to expect but I was so surprised and loved it. Staff were extremely attentive and service was second to none.

Went to this lovely hotel for lunch and leisure for my husbands birthday treat. Staff really friendly and went the extra mile to help make my husbands day that little bit more special. Leisure facilities were excellent too. Although no staff were available to help. The facilities were lovely and clean though and very high class. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family. And will definitely be back again.

Had our wedding here yesterday and it honestly couldn’t of gone any better. The staff were amazing and made sure everything went smoothly. The rooms were amazing, food was great and the whole set up of the wedding was perfect. Can’t thank you enough for making our day everything we’d imagined.

Was treated to a night away for my birthday with my fiancée. The room was lovely, private sauna and all mod cons. However the room was mega warm, at one point we had the desk fan, ceiling fan as well as the balcony door open and still it was roasting. Service in the restaurant was slow at both breakfast and dinner, and at dinner we were told we had to be out at a certain time before we had even ordered. The food was excellent and the choice was very good. Stunning views over the loch and we would definitely come back as the overall experience was very good.

We arrived and were completely blown away by the views over the Loch. That was before we even saw the room, which was beautiful — everything from the soft carpets underfoot to the ghd hairstraightners in the dressing table made you feel like you were surrounded by luxury. The staff were wonderfully helpful and we had the best time, so thank you.

Nice scenery and the rooms are excellent. Kept waiting to long for our meals in the restaurant and when the starters arrived they were cold. Some of the staff weren't exactly helpful. ☹️☹️☹️

We stayed here for our sons wedding and we had a lovely room overlooking the Loch. The room was spacious and very clean. It had tea and coffee making facilities in the room which was great too. There was a sauna in the room b we did not use it. I would rather have had a door in the bathroom rather than the sauna. I did not like the meal that I had but most of the guests liked what they had. The vegetables were cold and I like my food piping hot. We had a wonderful time and we would return for a long weekend or a mid week stay.

Room quality good. Had to turn electric off overnight to make table lamp go out, otherwise very good with good facilities and great views. Buffet breakfast was a let down compared to room quality.

Was gifted meal for 2 and we loved it. Food was great, restaurant well laid out with outstanding views over the loch and of Luss jetty. Added extra of watching gulls scoffing left over food off of tables outside on the deck. Well worth the trip.

My wife and I stayed in the Travis suite. Very warm and cosy but with lovely modern features. The staff on reception were lovely. This continued throughout the hotel with the staff being attentive, helpful and immaculately presented at all times.
I have to say the highlight though was the restaurant. Very nice vegan menu for my wife and the standard menu had plenty of classic dishes however there was a fantastic selection of very special dishes. I had the tandoori monkfish tail on a bed of Asian slaw. It was unbelievable. I genuinely thought the food would be hotel quality but I was blown away. I have eaten in many wonderful restaurants around the world but that was up there with the best. The wine list has depth to it without it being too long. Starters were around £7/9. Mains £14/20. Best value meal for the quality I would say I’ve had in ages. Can’t wait to go back.

The Lodge, is very elegant, in fact, I think it specializes in wedding celebrations, and banquets.
Its Décor is classic, but at the same time modern and tasteful. Of course very clean, and combined the elements and installations of wood, with the characteristic colors of Scotland, in walls or floors.
What makes this place very nice is its views, as the environment in which it is located is accurate. And They allow you to enjoy it through its large windows, even in the rooms the visits are fantastic.
The value for money is good, and the service is very competent and friendly.

We got married at the lodge last week. Everything from the very first booking was perfect. Our wedding coordinator, Sam dealt with every little detail and coped very well with two ‘overly laid back’ (perhaps just lazy) brides. Everything looked beautiful and every need was catered to. One of the staff even kept track of my medication that I kept leaving lying around. The service received was so personalised and we both felt very special on the day. Massive thank you to all of the team, especially Sam and Gareth (I think that was his name, I’d had a few pimms by the time he introduced himself). I’m sure we’ll be back soon!

Such a lovely hotel. Friendly staff, an amazing view from the Corbett room, with your own personal sauna! Everything was clean, and the room was very comfortable. Access to the spa was an added bonus. We did have an issue with the Wi-Fi, but the staff fixed it instantly! Can't wait to visit again.

Beautiful setting. Wonderful customer service. Restaurant could use more food choices. The hotel could use a update but it is clean and peaceful. Atmosphere makes it all.

The venue is beautiful and the high tea was fantastic. The only fault was the changing facilities within the pool and spa area. I went with 4 friends and when we were there there was also 4 other woman in the pool at the same time. Half of the lockers didn't work, there was only 1 shower and 2 changing rooms for all of us and there was a really strange blowing mechanism on the wall which we assumed was the hairdryer, however we ended up using the hairdryer and it was more powerful!. There were no straighteners and no plug point to put the straighteners into! we did inform reception that we were not happy (as we had to go out high tea with frizzy half dried hair! ) we will probably go back again for the high tea alone as it is such a lovely restaurant and the food was great however we won't be returning to the pool.

Stayed in the Travis suit which was lovely but decor too dark for our taste. Staff were lovely and attentive but food was not great. Totally over priced for what we got. Will not be back.

Last minute deal on this hotel. Had driven 10 hours to reach here. Lovely friendly receptionists. Own private suite with sauna overlooking the loch. Lush Scottish breakfast then wander along the loch shoreline to check out Luss. Would go back anytime.

This was an excellent hotel, the room we stayed in had a beautiful view and balcony overlooking the loch which we took in of an evening with a glass or two of wine. The room was very clean and had it’s own Sauna in the bathroom which we used to full advantage. The bed was huge and very comfy. The food in the restaurant was first class, not a huge menu but what we chose was excellent.

Lovely birthday celebrations. Used leisure facilities then had a family meal before a walk along the beach. Empty plates all round! Great day for all!

We booked an overnight stay for a birthday celebration when we arrived at our room we were welcomed to our room with a glass of bubbly nice touch.
Our room was on the ground floor and looking into the carpark this was disappointing. I went to reception and asked to change room and I was offered an upgrade at an extra £30 which we paid. We moved to a room in the main Hotel with a sauna and a. Fantastic view from the balcony.
Spa facilities were disappointing pool and changing facilities very tired for a 5star.
Dinner was ok as was service breakfast was fine bacon a bit cold but overall nice. Staff friendly and attentive.
My biggest moan is the shower in our room it was freezing at night I thought maybe down to lots of people using showers but unfortunately same in the morning I mentioned this at checkout as I felt we paid £30 extra for this room.
The receptionist spoke to someone and offered a reduction of £10 this was the best they could do. Enjoyed stay but would not rush back the location and view was the highlight.

We booked the suite since we were a family of 4. The suite was excellent with great views of the loch. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

Had their afternoon tea which was absolutely delicious (if not a bit pricey! ) Gorgeous views, definitely a good place for a quick stop in Luss.

Visited many times over the years. The rooms have been completely upgraded to a very high standard as well as the decking at the front. Staff are really amazing and literally nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are warm, exceptionally clean and beautifully furnished. There's all the usual items in the room, towels, robes, slippers, kettle, (tea/coffee/sugar/milk), fridge, iron, safe and hairdryer. Food was very good but I found the menu a little limited compared to the past and not quiet as good as it used to be. Views are absolutely stunning and you're right next to Loch Lomond.

Did enjoy my stay in the hotel what better was the sauna in the room and stunning view of Loch Lomond. Great food in the restaurant and fantastic service from the staff at the function we attended. Well worth visit when your holiday in Scotland.

This is set in the most beautiful location of Loch Lomond. I live locally and have to admit that this is my first visit here, I regularly visit and frequently dine at Cameron House which is very nearby and today's visit to Lodge on the Loch was by recommendation and to tick another item of my bucket list. First impressions always last with me and my first one was good, however, I had an itch to dig a little deeper whilst waiting for the fabulous food to be served, the view out of the window was stunning but I was distracted by the spider cobweb that was dangling above. So if you fancy excellent food, fantastic location, tremendous service with great customer experience and a entertaining side show dangling above this is perfect.

I have stayed in this hotel at that time of year four times now but I felt that it was not as great as it usually is. No dressing gowns or slippers in the rooms as per previous years. Main course in restaurant of duck and gnocchi was burnt and so was my sticky toffee pudding. Was unimpressed that I was asked to give the table back after 90 mins and had to race through a 3 course dinner. Also our bill had extra drinks on it which weren't ours. My husbands dinner was lovely though and the staff at breakfast service were excellent.

Beautiful location, had a room with a view of the Loch and it was just spectacular. The rooms were well kept, lovely bathrobes for relaxing in. Attended a wedding and it was great, the room that we had use of was just big enough… Could have done with a little more room for dancing haha. I would recommend this location to anyone, whether you are just visiting for a walk or staying for a few nights.

Beautiful place to send a couple of days to chill. Hotel spotless, All staff from the dining room, to the bedroom staff and reception staff so attentive in everything they do, we can't thank them enough. Perfect.

My cousin got married at the lodge at the weekend ❤ What a beautiful setting for a wedding by the loch. The lodge itself is very Scottish, with tartan carpets and beautiful decor. The rooms are very spacious, with a beautiful wooden balcony overlooking the loch. Some rooms have a sauna and there is a swimming pool on the lower floor. Breakfast was a traditional full fry up, although you don't need to have a fry but if you've had a few drams, I would totally recommended it. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend a stay in this lovely lodge, even if you just want a lovely quite get-away to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Good sized rooms, reasonably priced for the area. Only dropped a star as the rooms were a little tired, stains on carpet etc. Everything else including the staff was top notch. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing views from every building at The Lodge, friendly and well-dressed bar staff with a really lovely breakfast bufeet for guests. Would highly recommend & would happily visit again.

Very slow service. Food was overpriced for what it was. There are much friendlier and better value places along loch lomond.

Room was OK. Avoid ground floor rooms. Breakfast is basic but nothing special. Restaurant was terrible. "Lamb" was approximately 2"x2"x. 5". Sea trout portion was about the same size. Service was terrible. Clearly providing only minimum because most guests are on a meal plan. After the first night, we went to other local restaurants and had much better experience.

The hotel is beautifully situated, the rooms are lavish, be in need of refurbishment? The food is only average really, the staff do need some serious training, so many young staff rushing around but did not appear to know who was doing what. Breakfast was a bit of a farce, although very tasty. They seemed more concerned with clearing the tables instead of serving the guests. Each time you requested a drink etc, they always apologised and said we're really busy getting prepared for a wedding? The grounds were also beautiful but poorly kept, as was the terrace, all of which needed a good clean and tidy. It's such a shame, that regular guests are not appreciated in the same way, after all it is quite expensive to stay for B & B. I would love to go back, but was left feeling unappreciated. If you do go, try to book when the weddings are not booked, you may get noticed and the attention you deserve.

Very lovely place with a nice view! How ever the service provided by the staff was not very good! Definitely wouldn't say this is a 4 star hotel! Quality of food wasn't good either! Expected a lot more from a 4 star.

Very helpful staff. Went along to a wedding event to get some info, they were really happy to help and check out any questions we had. All in all a very friendly classy establishment.

The hotel itself is in an idyllic setting. Loved the room — especially the personal sauna. As for the food, a nice mixture of bistro meets bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good choice of facilities. Very likely to visit again and recommend to others.

We were attending a family wedding with a baby. When checking in I asked if cot would be in room And I was assured it would be. Got to the room in questions right next door to reception venue. Arrived in room — not cot. Called reception and they sent over someone with cot which was not set up. During receptiob we could not enter our bedroom as door jammed. Light on all night as cord which switches it on and off snapped. Music was loud and vibrating in our room which meant we all couldn't sleep. Lift broke in building in morning.

Rooms werre filthy. Ours had clumps of dust everyhwere, stains and scracthes all over furniture as well as crisps and nuts on the floor when we arrived. The rooms are dated and in need of updatng. Way overpriced I got no response from the hotel after complaining of these issues. Avoid at all costs (much better accomodation in the area)

We had a room with the balcony overseeing the lake, although rooms comes with a view and a sauna, it was quite expensive. With Scottish weather I would advise you to think twice about the option, as we weren't lucky weather wise. Room was nice and comfy, We stayed in for the evening meal which was nice, great looking although portions could be little bigger for my liking. Breakfast was ok, nothing special tho, spa suit is good, enjoyed the saunas and pool.

A great location for a wedding, plenty to offer but watch your numbers, the dance floor was over crowded and the hall was so busy that I was trapped in a chair for most of the night, a lady had a frame for walking and there wasMt enough room for her to move through the tables, the drink wasn't overly expensive but they quickly ran out of gas meaning my round and the round after was syrupy cokes and beer left untouched.

Beautiful hotel with great views over the loch to Ben Lomond. Was at the hotel for lunch and had a great meal in the loch side restaurant. The staff were very attentive and service was quick. The food was of OK quality for the price. I had the hamburger and chips. Hamburger had been cooked at too high a heat and was crispy on the outside and tasted more like a burger van pattie than a hand pressed burger. Chips made up for it. Nice and crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. The wife's soup and sandwich was well portioned and nice thick cuts of ham filled the bread nicely. The soup was a very nice lentil with lots of flavor. Will be looking to go back and stay overnight to see if the evening meal improves on the lunch menu.

At 1st it felt like we were on Holiday although it was just a break, it was good sitting near the beach and having a drink. The room was a little hot and damp (clamy), asked the reception if there was anything we could do and NO was the answer, it was June right enough. I thought tempretures will drop at night and hopefully it will be okay to sleep but I was wrong, room was so clamy we couldn't even sleep for 10 mins even after having multipule cold showers. So we did try our best to do everything possible to put up with the room but it was impossible. We packed up to leave at 2:30 in the morning, I just wanted a good night sleep, so decided to travel an hour back to the house. We told the reception what the problem was and he was very sorry and he said the manager would give us a call in the morning to rectify things and that they would offer us a refund or a night stay at the hotel another day. Wrong. We were never contacted and when I phoned up to speak to a manager a week later, I was told that there was nothing they could do about it, they were very rude and even after reporting them to the trading standards nothing was done. I feel realy let down and would advise anyone going to think twice. Asked them why they wouldn't have AC in the rooms and was told, that would cost us a lot of money, hey hoy.

Loved our stay on the 16th to the 18th. December relaxing. Food was fab and Massive Portions. Staff Was wonderful. Highly recommend.
