Alpine Motor Inn is a clean and convenient motel situated in the beautiful village of Alma on the delta of the Upper Salmon River and Cleveland Brook, right next to Fundy National Park. Staff is very friendly. Door knobs are a little bit tough to handle. Room fee is slightly pricey. Breakfast isn't included.

Room was amazing and great price. Could watch tides come in and out. Staff were great.

I must say it wasn't the place we wanted to stay but it's very nice place I really liked it and I would go back there.

Awesome view from our room of the Bay of Fundy. Watching the tides ebb and flow is mesmerizing. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. I've stayed here a few times before and always look forward to returning. Rooms are very clean, reasonably priced and the motel is close to Restaurants, general store and many other attractions. It also has a very nice gift shop. I highly recommend this lovely motel.

The Wi-Fi didn't work anywhere nearby even when we got out. There were bugs in the room, eww. Parking was difficult. For the price, we expect more. Customer service was lack luster.

It's a good deal for what you get. If you're hiking in Fundy National Park, the location is great, plus there's a bakery next door and a restaurant that serves breakfast across the street. Room was clean, and place was generally quiet and full of friendly people.

Location was great, close to all amenities made it easy to get around town. The rooms were good size and clean. The service was less then stellar, there was a mix up with our reservation (we wanted a double and only a single was booked in our friends name) and instead of offering to book another room they were so focused on proving they did nothing wrong they missed an opportunity to make it right. It took 15 minutes of them reading emails to me and showing me the original booking online I had to stop them and ask if there was another room, which there was, problem solved. I also watched them start fighting with a woman who just wanted to Lodge a complaint about being woken up at 5 am by the owner yelling at some guests. They were combative at every moment, unfriendly, unhelpful and just not interested in customer service. Great location though.

I have stayed here so many times I have lost count. It's very affordable. I love sitting out on the Adirondack chairs and watching the tide come in. The kitchenette suites are large enough for the whole family and it helps to be able to cook your own meals, when you have dietary requirements or just a budget. It's an older facility, not at all fancy, but it's clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Great hotel with amazingly good view of the bay. There is bay access.

We had a great view of the ocean from our 2nd story balcony. Stayed 2 nights. My husband had his coffee and checked emails there every morning. The other guests were courteous; no late night noise. We loved the proximity to the park — more time for hiking! You can also walk to restaurants and a liquor/convenience store which was, well, convenient! Noticed sea-kayak rentals across the street, too. Besides a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot, a container with a can opener, corkscrew, and a few utensils proved helpful. The management was friendly. Beds were satisfactory and we brought our own pillows so can't comment on theirs. The TV — I can't say; we never used it! Again, this is SO close to Fundy National Park, you can see the entrance booth from the front of the hotel. You could easily hike all day, leave the park for dinner, and then go back to the park for another little hike after dinner it is THAT close.

Very nice motel with beautiful beach front. Clean rooms, led tv's with 10 channels (one french). Accommodating staff. Only complaint is the lack of bathroom fan, but other units have them. Wifi signal was weak in end units.

Had a fine stay in Alma at the Alpine. Not sure what issues others have had with service, the staff was very friendly and helpful with us. Room was clean and well furnished. Few TV channels, but we weren't there to watch TV, plus Wi-Fi signal was good. Even though the pool was empty, it is still an overall excellent value.

Pro: beautiful village of Alma recessed between 2 cities, slept well, cuissinette well organized and clean.
Con: service customer limited, wireless internet deficient, positions of TV on barely visible antenna, curd empty for years, beach back with waste such as concrete and rusted, bed very limited, no convenient parking and a shower that flowed everywhere except in the bath.
Trying to find a cheap hotel today with a minimum of descence. We see that the money still makes the diference.

To make it short and sweet. The customer service was awful, if you could even get any customer service. Half the time there was no one there to answer or help with anything you had to ask. The rooms were not bad but the customer service was honestly so bad it didnt really matter. Sorry. It wouldnt be a bad place if the customer service improved. A lot.
