Awful! Drug dealers, chavs and homeless people outside the hotel. Going into the hotel it was like something from Bates Motel. Dingy, freezing cold and all the carpets were disgusting. Brown stains everywhere. Read insects on the window seal, marks on the walls, grubby everywhere. The ceiling had Mold in the room and carpets dirty and mattress looked like a scene from a horror film. Stained, looked like urine marks all over it. Absolutely vile. This place needs to be shut down.

I booked in here for me and my boyfriend's anniversary weekend. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful however the room we stayed in was awful. The smell of the room was vile, there was a strong smell of urine from the bath tiles and there was hairs in the bath tub, it really wasn't very pleasant at all. The mattress was stained quite bad which didnt make it very pleasant to sleep on. The carpet needed a good clean as well… The whole room in fact needed a good clean, it really didn't match up to the price that I paid for those 3 nights. Good location as it was central however the noise pollution was horrendous, you couldn't get a good nights sleep due to to noise outside. The room was very hot as well which wasn't great. The staff were very polite and attentive I must say but the standard of the room really let the atmosphere down.

I would not recommend this travellodge I've often stayed in some and had great experience but this Is dump you can smell a bad odour threw halls they door locks keep jamming and I got stuck in room for over 4 hours the receptionist with is lad and manager are rudest men I've ever met the lady receptionist is really nice girl and great help
there was stains on bed and bathroom was discustin toilet kept blocking no towels the biggest waste of 60 pounds.

Absolutely spotless. The chambermaid was such a friendly ray of sunshine. An asset with her warmth and friendliness. Reception staff fantastic nothing too much trouble. Definitely will use this hotel again. A fantastic location surrounded by great pub's and shops. Couid not ask for more fantastic value for money.

My boyfriend booked this hotel on the 7th of August 2020 for a night away for us both! I was absolutely disgusted with the attitude the staff gave us! The place was proper noisy, from when we checked in Til 6am the next morning, we struggled to get up and the staff was so rude! My boyfriend bought me a pandora bracelet as a present and the cleaners stole it! I phoned up the hotel to make a complaint and the supervisor was awful cheeky and hung up the phone and told us not to phone back again! I’m not impressed and neither is my boyfriend! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all!

Great location easy to find. Staff where happy and friendly. Room was clean warm and lots of hot water. Breakfast was lovely I paid the extra £2 for a cooked Veggie breakfast and it was lovely set me up for the day.

It's a budget lodge with costly hotel like prices. For some reason the room heater knob in my room wouldn't turn off, and this was in the mid of summer. I noticed this late in the night, when the room was still hot even after sunset. The reception staff was clearly apologetic, but he was new in the job and probably didn't have the authority to give me a new room, or get the heater fixed immediately. He gave me a small table fan which didn't do much to compensate for the room heater's warmth. It's a shame I had poor sleep and a bad experience of my short stay in Belfast despite paying hotel like prices.

Besides the tight space in the room, the staff were great (especially Aisling! ) and the hotel is very centrally located. Right around the corner from the Crown Pub!

Surprisingly nice for a Travelodge. Friendly staff, great central location, decent sized rooms and better than average food (dinner & breakfast) available at co-located restaurant.

We stayed in travelodge in London before and found this place to be cheaper, much cleaner and offering much better service. Front desk staff are on 24.7 and are very much top notch customer support and helpful. We were served by Paolo and he would go out of his way to look after a customer and answer your questions so you know positive vibes when you walk into the place like this. late check outs for 2pm are an extra 10 pound which is a nice option when you haven't slept most week and know there is no way you'll be out by 11 following morning. Be aware tho walls in this place are super thin I was taking a bath and could he r our next door neighbour snooring which was really weird. Also they have these bicycle pub things going around town now and you can hear them projecting music which passes through walls and windows so this place would not work for someone who is a light sleeper and cant sleep with a lot of outside noise so thats something to keep in mind. Dropping one star for the continental breakfast tho as wouldn't pay that money again for what we got. Normal tea or coffee was included, if you wanted latte or any other coffee that was a pound extra and if you wanted to "upgrade to fry for breakfast" that would have being an extra 3 pound.

The location, price, and front desk help are excellent. The non-included breakfast next door is excellent also and is a good price. There is no parking owned by the hotel, but there is abundant street parking everywhere. Parking is free from 6 pm to 8 am. The rooms are Spartan and tiny with very free amenities. The TV is tiny. No closet or dresser. Soap and shampoo dispensers are attached to the wall. They did not change the sheets each day, just made up the bed. Overall, it's a good deal, but you get what you pay for.

The hotel is well located, it is clean and there is a Mexican guy at the front desk that helps if you don't know very well speak English. But it's a Travelodge to use. Pretty simple. But if you look for it is bed and shower and you will be all day circling, it is very correct.

Had a wonderful overnight stay at the Travelodge. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend it. Room was spotlessly clean and a big comfy bed.

Everything you need in a city break. Clean and quiet. Spacious enough and ensuite had bath as well as shower. Above all that the staff were so friendly and helpful and we had a fantastic time in Belfast xxx.

Rooms are ok but have no storage. Breakfast is pretty bad. No choice of items in the full English and the continental offers very little. I would stay somewhere else if I came again.

Clean, cheap and bang in the city. Food was good too but was certainly city centre prices! However. Couldn't ask for more.

Basic hotel room, tv, bed, place to hang clothes, had to ask for iron and ironing board but the bloke serving me was pleasant and helpful. Clean room, Great location, would stay here again if I was coming back here.

Was clean enough for a budget type accommodation. Reception was very helpful. Walking distance from city centre which was very handy. Construction going on at the next building. Didn't bother my partner but woke me up as I sleep light. In general, good enough for short stay.

It's worth the little money spend to stay, rooms are small but very clean, comfortable beds, great service and discount parking available in city park.

This hotel is located in the heart of Belfast. Ideal for young people, comfortable and clean but not elegant.

Location was great, was close to the bus station and town hall, staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and cosy.

Went here to watch some football on a stag weekend. Had some beers in the social club. We were made to feel like kings in this place. People couldn’t be more friendly and to top it all the Crusaders won 7-1! What a great time we had.

Loved it. Bathroom bijou, but still a great base to explore the centre of the city on a lower budget. Crown Bar and little Italy pizzas just around corner.

Stayed for 2 nights on buisness trip. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of places to eat and drink and shops near by. Close to city airport. Room over looked tesco delivery area but with some ear plugs and or window shut had a good night's sleep.
Breakfast was good continental and cooked breakfast available. Would stay again.

Good budget hotel, great location and vwry reasonable. Staff are polite and informative and place is clean and tidy Minor criticism is rooms are a little dated but a good hotel for the value.

Had a wonderful stay. Lovely room — very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a good location. Even with close building work we found it quite (giving that it is a city) We had a good sleep and found the mattress comfortable. The only improvement in my opinion is the shower water was set at too cold even at maximum heat.

Very small room, no closet. The bath water excessively hot so that there was no possibility of taking a shower. The bed very comofa. The room includes a tea service. The hotel needs a renovation. There's not a good ratio warm — price.

There was 14 of us arrived to travelodge for my sisters hen party two weeks ago. I honestly could not fault this place. Yes the rooms are basic but perfect for a stop over. The staff were great and very friendly. You made our stay very enjoyable and we would like to thank you. I would definitely stay again.

Breakfast in the morning was good. Rooms were simple but adequate. Reception was available and nice.

Spent the night here for Rod Stewart concert. Clean warm comfortable and staff so friendly. Deffinetly can not recommend this place enough. Cant wait to stay again.

Very dissapointed with my stay this time round. Was accused at reception when checking out that we made too much noise the night before. Told the guy it was not us several times and he had the wrong floor, which in the end he had but of course no apology. Woken at 6.30AM by glass bottles being lifted from bar across the road and this was with the windows closed. Too much noise can generate round this hotel due to thin walls. Sorry Travelodge wont hurry back : — (

Nice small hotel in central Belfast. Good rates and within walking distance of the city centre.

I have stayed in many hotels and this is one of the worst. You get a decent room for the price, but the entire place just seems cheap and dated. The hallways are dully lit with horrible carpet and seem like something out of The Shining. I just get a really eerie vibe in Travel Lodge hotels. Me and my partner stayed down early last year with our mums, we took them to a nearby concert and stayed the night. The lack of decent food and drink facilities was frustrating. The staff were very friendly, there was no noise during the night, and the room was decent. All these points led me to give three stars.

Room was clean and tidy, but it was a bit bare. Customer service was good though lol.

Adequate budget hotel. Reception had a hair dryer available. Noisy neighborhood with windows open. Thin walls. A guest set off the fire alarm at 4:30 am during my stay.

Paper thin walls, could hear the guy in the next room snoring.

The customer service was great, welcoming staff. Were very pleasant to deal with. Room ok. Get what you pay for! Was clean and tidy. Housekeeping staff were so lovely.

Coldest staff unfriendly, never again. Lied about having no rooms available, the receptionist was cold, very dry to speak to, id not stay here I wont recommend it, especially when theres cheaper hotels and more comfortable and friendly.

Was late booking the hotel (on the morning of arriving in Belfast) but got a reasonable deal using the hostelworld app. The building is relatively old — feels like a converted office building. The hotel isn't luxury by any standard but as a place to crash for the weekend in the centre of Belfast I thought it was fine. My room was on the 7th floor — the power shower was great and the linen was clean. Though the sink plug holes were blocked/slow to drain. I found the staff were friendly and services were good — got an iron and ironing board easy enough when requested it. Internet was 5 pounds for 24 hours (unnecessary, imo). All in all the experience, I thought, was grand — a cheap place to stay in the heart of Belfast.

Stayed on the 2nd of march, very dissapointed, there was a pair off old boxers lying in the bathroom in our room, was huge gap on the window when it was closed. Tho the room was not cold. I went to order a drink from reception, said they only have small bottles of red and white wine and one bottle off corrs light, and did not even have change for me from a £5 as was none in the till.

Had a pleasent stay and would stay again.

Great atmosphere. Nice rooms and excellent breakfast! Have yet to stay better in Northern Ireland.
