The accommodation is built in motel style. You can drive directly in front of the rooms. Very simple, unfortunately not completely new. Should be urgently renovated. Rooms were clean. The food was good. Unfortunately very far outside, directly at the airfield. The hotel also offers no opportunities to stay outside.

Dear dear dear would rate it 0 if I could. Shower broken, Plug sockets broken, hotel stuck in 1980, about 100 degrees. Please avoid if you want a good nights sleep in a safe enviroment.

Old and tired looking. Shower temperature hard to control and water is so slow. For a business hotel the internet and Wi-Fi connections are terrible. Had to go outside the hotel and switch to 4g to get important emails. This is not a first class service for the customer.

Excellent service. Susan was so nice. Nothing was too much trouble.

Very dated rooms, and at most seems to be half cleaned, can be a nightmare waiting on food inder staffed and never seems prepared for a rush of people even though most times it is pre planned coach parties, everyone seems to go into panic mode and kitchen closes to cope, I wouldnt book this hotel for leisure but is just about OK for work. Only reason I use as its next to heliport for my early checkin.

It's a cheep hotel on the doorstep of Babcock but it is nice and clean.

The rooms are fine for the cost of them. Food is average/good. Staff at breakfast not very helpful.

Breakfast was lovely friendly staff well located and nice rooms.

Very much in need of updating. The bar area, and seats within it were very tired looking. Food menu is almost non existent and what is on offer is not worth the price asked. Haven't stayed in the rooms. However they all appear to be located outwith the main reception building and really do not look pleasant from the outside.

Ok if you get a deal. Staff were great, it's the American motel layout that's a bit odd.

Affordable rooms which are really great for the price and a fabulous function suite.

Nice enough room basic facilities if you just want a place to put your head here you go! Only issue is the walls are very thin and I could hear people walking by or pulling their suitcases along.

The Halmark Hotel is a clean and friendly place, the rooms are large and we'll maintained. It is conveniently placed for the Airport with as shuttle bus leaving the hotel routinely. One of the few drawbacks is the £4 per night parking fee, which considering the price of the room appears extortionate.

A hotel just two steps from the helicopter airport, and close to Aberdeen airport. Quondo there are problems with helicopters passengers can stay in this hotel all day and maybe even at night when they wait for his flights.

No hot water. No discount or promotional drink as promised. Not good at all.

The staff make this place. They are so kind and can't do enough for you to make your stay an excellent one. I would say it's mainly for business people. Large rooms, beautifully presented and clean.

Parking can be a problem here if there is an event on. It seems that a lot of off shore workers leave there car here when off shore and stay in the hotel fist night and last night so car park can be a little full. Inside the hotel looks good and the staff are helpful and professional. Food was tasty and good selection of teas and coffees. Was there for a work event so cannot comment on rooms but the lounge are was large with plenty seats and the hall was also large enough to hold the event for about 200 people.

My meal was ok. My friend sent his back twice due to raw chicken being served. Always order the burger.

Room was nice as was the interior of the hotel. Looks like bates motel on the outside but I wouldn't let that put you off staying here as it was really good. Decent menu at the bar and food was really good. Plenty of parking.

Hotel was allright but was expecting a bit more from it, you could hear the planes take off and land oftenly and helicopters as well, the rooms are pretty much clean, we were staying there for 5 days and didnt have a hot water in our apartament, it would rather be hot or cold couldnt mix in between, at reception they didnt say much and on a 3d day of stay they offered to change room, there is a TV, internet was slow sometimes, the room service was ok. The breakfast is amazing and the staff at restaurant is pleasant.

Handy for airport and food not bad, room comfortable could have done with a fan to move the air as it was too warm for sleeping.

Very pleasant room. Food indifferent. Double glazing very effective as very little noise heard from airport when windows shut. Easy access to train station but situation on an industrial estate not ideal.

Clean and tidy. Very polite and friendly staff. Reasonable prices.

Looks a bit run down from the outside, rooms are decent, food is an unbelievable. Absolutely disgusting, microwaved filth. Your better off eating from the toilet.

Bad, bad, bad… keycard system is not working properly, room is not clean and is outdated. Steak deal meal is tasteless, steak is thin and wasn't medium at all. More like well done to shoe sole done. Couldn't combine the steak deal with a starter from the normal menu. Long way off from the airport terminal. Really can't recommend this place at all.

On the opposite side of the airport so you still need a taxi (40 minutes long walk is other option). I just stayed overnight so I cannot tell too much about the service. The bed wasn't very comfortable.

Stayed in this hotel as I was in the area attending a course. I have stayed at this hotel many times and my stays have all been satisfactory. The food is good and the rooms are clean, however sightly dated. The surrounding area is loud as it is right next to the airport and very busy heliport, but there are no flights during the night, so no trouble sleeping.

Solid 3 stars. Staff are friendly and attentive but the place is a bit knackered.
