All very new, clean and cared for. But the elevator is missing. On we had breakfast because at £10 head it seemed like a little darling.

Tutto molto curato e pulito. Receptionist ospitali e gentili. La struttura si presenta molto bene e moderna. La camera al primo piano dove ho alloggiato era visibilmente nuova. Asciugamani, asciugacapelli e cassaforte. Il classico set per caffè e tè. Non troverete in camera shampoo e bagnoschiuma, ma un cartello vi avvisa che sono disponibili alla reception (non so se a pagamento). Unica pecca l'assenza dell'ascensore se avete con voi bagagli pesanti.

Absolutely fabulous hotel, very clean, comfy beds and lovely staff. I was part of a group on a crafting retreat and we used the hotel mini bus to get to the venue. Anne and Russell looked after us in the function room each night and they were the nicest people you could meet. They made sure we were all OK and they decorated the room in a jungle theme on our last evening, the table was fantastic, food was good and cocktails delicious. Thank you Anne & Russell for making my stay so much more pleasurable. Sadly it was Russell's last night on our final evening and he will be sorely missed. Staff on reception and in the breakfast room were very friendly and very helpful. I will return soon and can recommend this hotel.

It’s a nice hotel, breakfast is not bad, the biggest problem is the rooms are always red hot, windows are on a stupid lock to prevent you from opening them and as such you don’t sleep, I stay here for business and it’s a massive shame, no air con and terrible windows.

Excellent so much better than when it was the thistle. Shout out to the staff who are incredible look forward to staying with you all again. Special mention to the breakfast ladies who are the best ever.

Free shuttle to the airport. The room was clean and the restaurant decent. Very happy with our quick overnight stay here.

Huge room, possibly the biggest I've ever stayed in. Decor feels dated.

They need to sort out their food menu. Not that good. Rooms are great.

Just returned from Christmas lunch absolutely stuffed. Santa was really good with my grandson, magician was excellent and really entertained us. Service by all staff was first class. Thank you to you all for giving up your time at Christmas to ensure others have a easier time and not spending the day in the kitchen. Hopefully you will all be able to put your feet up soon. This is the first year we have went out and it most definitely wont be the last x.

Food wasn't the best. Room service. I had to go to the bar. No suggestion that I could just put it on my room bill. Staff were very friendly. Rooms a good standard.

Quiet rooms… Excellent value quality breakfast + has a well stocked gym.

Rooms are fine, beds comfy. Bar seems reasonable well stocked. Was disappointed in the dinner I had: tiger prawns were normal shrimp and steak was quite bland. Skin on fries were nice however. Breakfast had plenty tasty options, fairly standard faire.

Stayed here for a wedding. Great rooms and facilities for the wedding. Food was very good. Bar was nice.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Plenty of room inside the room. The staff, restaurant and bar as well as reception is always very helpful and does a superb job in making the stay comfortable and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Overpriced number one. The food was mediocre. When you read the menu you feel like you're in for a fantastic meal. Then the food comes and and its blah. Everything tasted the same. Take a pass and save your money.

We stayed 1st October 2009 if we just we had read the reviews before we booked it we would not have been there. It is so convenient for the airport but. We arrived and there was a queue to check in. There was one person who was obviously still training checking in the guests, eventually some one who had been watching from the office at the rear arrived when the queue was steadily growing. Our room was on the first floor, the wallpaper was crawling off the wall, the toilet did not work properly and the lighting was totally inefficient. The evening meal was okay with good service. Breakfast was well done and well cooked. Leaving the hotel was another matter, the most unhelpful gum chewing unhappy person I have seen in a long time withh attitiude. eventually booked us out and with a lot of questions told us about the courtsey vehicle to the airport. On our arrival back to Aberdeen we went to the area the courtesay vehicles were to use we waited and waited evetually phoning the hotel to be told our call was important to them before we were cut off. I have never written a review before this has to be said we will never be back.
