Friendly staff, clean rooms, room service good would recommend to all.

Excellent stay this weekend. Staff went above and beyond to help us. This was completely unexpected but very much appreciated especially by our daughter who was celebrating her birthday. Would particularly like to praise Nicola (reservations manager), Steven (manager) and Rachel. Excellent breakfast, very comfortable room and good value. Will definitely be back soon.

Room service food is terrible, think they must get it from local chippy! Arrives cold. Room I was in was ok but very noisy.

Lovely hotel, incredibly clean, staff were lovely. Room was spot on! Breakfast was great and they were always restocking the cooked stuff. Would definitely stay here again.

It's the first time, I have been to this hotel but definitely not the last. Excellent value for money, nice n clean rooms, friendly staff, good food, power shower was cherry on top, lol, couldn't have asked for more.

I would have given it a 5 but the Receptionist I had on arrival was rather surly and not very helpful. I had to ask her where lift was, what floor we were on and about breakfast, whereas the 2nd receptionist was happily explaining this to her guests without prompting. I only received one key card for room which I thought unusual and, after a small issue with first room, we were given another. The male member of staff (sorry don't know name) who assisted in this matter was very friendly and helpful, as he was later in the evening too, and nothing was too much bother. He was a total credit to hotel. Everything after that was brilliant, room was extremely clean and the beds were so comfy with amazing pillows. The shower was brilliant and there was complimentary shampoo, conditioner, hand wash etc. Ordered a pizza after night out and it was delicious. Breakfast was brilliant too and, even though it was busy as a lot of guests had been at Little Mix concert, there was plenty on offer and staff were very efficient and helpful, making sure everything was replenished timeously. Only other slight downside is parking but probably only an issue when extremely busy. Would have no bother recommending this hotel. Great for Airport and although so close no noise heard.

Won this stay. Was excited at staying at a hilton. Wouldn't have bothered. Staff was unhelpful. Was handed my card and that's it. Went to room, toilet was dirty. On way out for evening, told staff. Got room changed, again just handed a card. Switched room to find second room toilet also dirty. Complained when handing in card for first room. Was told housekeeping would go and clean toilet whilst we we out. After our evening, we came back to find. Yep! Toilet still dirty. It was 11pm by this point. Noisy corridors. Bed was so uncomfy and the crappest pillows ever. Breakfast was fine, crowded but food was okay. Check out and tell the staff who asked how my stay was, about toilet etc. Was told as I was on an already complimentary stay (I won it) that a manager would phone me… Still waiting! A total let down. Wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone! Poor show all round!

The food in Aberdeen is generally poor and overpriced but the new Hampton by Hilton sets a new standard in shite. £6 for 5 bits of dry, crunchy, burned calamari on a handful of wilted rocket. £11 for a chicken breast and half a rasher of bacon in a dry bun with a handful of almost burned oven chips and some manky old salad.
I waited nearly an hour for this shit. I’ll nevet eat there again. A least the rooms and Wi-Fi are good.

On first impressions it looked lovely, brand new hotel, room nice although pretty small for a deluxe family, think a family of 4 would struggle. Staff pleasant.
Food — where do I start, restaurant was awful, only us and 1 other table in the restaurant and it took 45mins to receive a very under cooked burger (blood still running) chips tasted stale and the fish & chips on the menu is just a grilled fish. Would not recommend to others.
