Very thin walls, creaky floors and past it furniture. Breakfast is very salty On the plus side the water pressure is good and the Wi-Fi is fast enough to work on.

Went for high tea and it was amazing staff were all lovely and toast galore ❤

I was part of a group of pensioners who had dinner in the Willowbank on Sat 9/06/18. On arrival we were greeted by Paul. He was very pleasant & friendly as was the rest of the staff. We had a lovely meal served by excellent & efficient staff. Thankyou all for a making us all soo welcome xxx.

Had a lovely meal, toilets were immaculate staff were very helpful, I would use this hotel for our outings in future.

There was a group of around 30 of us went for high tea after a show at Barrfields, the service was brilliant and the food was excellent. There were 2 other groups just after us and they were served just as quickly.

Been enjoying their high tea sevice for many years. Be enjoying for years to come.

Hotel spotless breakfast tasty and they couldn't do enough for you only negative is it can do with a bit of updating avocado bathrooms went out of date a few decades ago.

Thank you to the lovely staff at the WillowBank Hotel for making my Mum & Dad's anniversary special. Special thanks for buying the chocolates and card to go along with the bottle of champagne to make their anniversary special. My mum & dad recently stayed here for a 5 day holiday and thoroughly enjoyed it. They could not fault anything with the hotel and will definetly be returning. They returned home today feeling very happy after their stay at the WillowBank Hotel. Many thanks to all who made it special.

Willowbank Hotel largs June 2017. Lovely hotel good beds lean room but creaking floor boards. Homemade apple pie was brilliant with a great tasting crust. Manager had good patter and was very friendly. Cooked breakfast tasted very good BUT it consisted of only one egg one thin sausage and plenty of lean back Bacon 4 slice BUT no black pudding or tattie scone or a choice of poched or scrambled eggs.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Very clean rooms and dining room. Wholesome, tasty food. Quite varied. Entertainment several nights during the five day stay. Good value for money. Pleasant situation with convenient access to the promenade. Not far to walk to town where there are the usual shops, cafes, and the ferry crossing. 'Vikingar' about 500 yards away is an informative and entertaining place to visit. Only quibble is the shower, which for several people had a mind of its own, changing from scalding to cold. Quite an adventure! New boiler, so that isn't the cause.

We have stayed at the Willowbank hotel for two nights and met very friendly people and a very nice not too big hotel we can recommend to others Birgith & Hans Torsleff DENMARK.

Staff excellent very clean just come back on a diamond holiday tour.
