Very nice lady happy to help and lovely location with great views.

I booked 2 doubles for 2 nights (19.03. — 21.03.2020). I asked the owner to change this reservation for a serios reason. My father is in hospital now with severe respiratory problems. Can be corona virus. I was in contact with him because we live in same house. For the good of the hotel, for the guests of the hotel it's not good to be there. I am ok now but after a few.
Days I can be sick. The owner, ashleigh brown, wants money for nothing. She does not accept to change the reservation. Health and safety are not important for she.
Is this scotland? shame!

Very nice place near the sea. Nearby shops, restaurants and pubs. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Our visit to Largs was enhanced by our stay at The Old Rectory, a beautiful homely and warm building, with stunning views over the town of Largs and the Lower Clyde. Our host was a lovely lady who made my daughter, our pug dog and I most welcome, and we felt "at home" almost instantly. Our room with its fabulous room was superb, and breakfast was just what a hungry traveller wanted… excellently cooked and very generous portions, and all for a very modest price. I can truly recommend The Old Rectory to anyone who desires the highest of standards, incredible views and homely surroundings without any reservations. thank you for making us so welcome in your home… …. A lovely property with sea views, very clean and comfortable, great breakfast and a friendly hostess. Would definitely stay again on revisiting Largs.

Place is lovely one of the best breakfasts ive had. Fiona was a great host made us feel welcome from the minute we parked the car would recommend to anyone and would stay again.

What a fabulous Hotel homely & very stylish/classy the owner is so nice. Had a fabulous stay right on the sea front with private parking. I’ll be back for sure.

Lovely gem of a place, excellent value with little touches that exceeded our expectations… like the fluffy white bathrobes… so good in fact that we've booked to go back for our second anniversary.

Lovely warm welcome, lovely lady made to feel really welcome, beautiful B and B, room was lovely with great sea view great location! Our little westie loved it to. Would highly recommend, breakfast was great! Good selection too, we will definitely be coming back :-D.

Highly recommended, Fiona the proprietor goes out her way to make sure your stay is very pleasant, can take your dog with you, beautiful breakfast and rooms very clean, stayed here quite a few times now, we just love it here with lovely views! Tracy & Ian. Xx X x.

Sea view room excellent. Hospitality and breakfast 5 star. Definitely recommend a stay here. Within 10min walk of restaurants and bars.

We felt very welcome staying at the Old Rectory. Fiona will go the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable and "at home" in every way. We were pleased we'd chosen the Old Rectory, Fiona's warm manner made Largs a very enjoyable and memorable place to visit. The location is good, an easy flat walk into the town. Spotlessly clean and well furnished. Also great Wi-Fi. Thanks Fiona for sharing your lovely home, we loved our stay.
