A great place to stay in Birmingham City Centre walking distance to Bull Ring and all its eateries … spacious rooms clean with good amenities great shower bed linen and towels fresh and clean … everything you could need for a comfortable stay great with kids in tow too.

Fantastic accommodation, rooms large and had everything you’d need plus more. Great breakfast and library area. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Absolutely immaculate too — would definitely return, thanks for a great stay.

Perfect for when you do not need or want the all inclusive experience regarding meals etc at a hotel. Rooms are very clean and tidy, modern and well planned (kitchen has everything needed for you to cook your own meals). Helpful staff, nice that they have a gym as well as a lounge. Can’t say anything about breakfast since I made my own but the list of choices looked promising. Standards are high (no carpet floors, very nice modern bathroom, dishwasher in room, ac control in room). 10/10 would stay here again and would recommend others to do so, too.

Great location. Room lovely and clean with everything you need for cooking basic meals. Comfy bed, decent shower and nice staff. Great value for money. Would stay in one of these hotels again if they had one in an area I was visiting.

I was really impressed with this hotel. My boyfriend and I went to stay there overnight. It only cost around £70 for one night as we paid for the room via a third party website. The room was spacious it had a comfy bed, good size wardrobe, TV, desk, air con, and even a kitchen area with cooking utensils. The bathroom was also clean and a good size. The hotel is not in the nicest of area's, but it is only a few minutes walk from the Bullring and main shopping area in Birmingham. The staff were also friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be going back soon.

The room was nice. The bed was a little too firm for my liking and the kitchen could have had a few more cooking utensils. That said overall my wife and I were happy. If you decide to stay and intend to use the cooker consider bringing your own utensils. For example I had to prepare strawberries using a very large carving knife. That said would I stay again. Yes, however it would depend on cost of room. £100 was just a bit too expensive in my view.

Premium studio is pretty big and very clean. Nice view to city if you are located in the 7th floor. Breakfast good. Highly recommend.

So nice. Amazing place to stay so convenient. Had a dishwasher cooker etc. Staff were helpful and polite. Had a really enjoyable stay. Would recommend for a nice trip.

Great new apartments. Clean, tidy and good bathrooms. Price is good and close to the bullring which has plenty of restaurants.

Good location, really nice apartment. Everything was clean and nicely presented. Even came with niceties like washing up liquid. The moor Street car park is a couple of minutes walk away, as the hotel doesn't have its own parking. One criticism: single ply toilet paper!

Best value for money hotel I've ever stayed in. I stay here every time I'm in Birmingham. Very clean apartments, comfy large beds, fully equipped kitchen. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Absolutely brilliant stay. We were in the standard apartment and it was perfect! Great size, all the utilities you will need and spitting distance from the bullring. Extremely friendly staff too. Couldn't recommend it more.

Wonderful comfortable room but upon asking for clean bedding, we were told there would be a charge. The receptionist stated this was because the cleaners only came around once a week. I was egregioisly told that clean bedding would also be a charge, meaning it was not a service charge. A little unreasonable considering we were staying at the hotel for almost a week. I would of given five stars if it wasn't for this nonsense.

This was a very nice apartment. We stayed in a room with plenty of space, great views and the facilities are very accommodating. The bed is reasonable comfortable and the apartment was very clean. It is in a great location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is not luxury. I would definitely stay again.

Nice place to stay. The only complaint is that the hotel did not have a hair dryer. They did however have a fancy mini vacuum for cleaning up hair after shaving. What kind of priorities are that?

Attended a professional event at the aparthotel. Staff are friendly and accommodating, facilities are large and comfortable, and the coffee and pastries were tasty! Location is very good for the city centre commercial areas and its close to transport links.

Great location. Clean, spacious rooms. NO PARKING contrary to what it says on the website, but you can park a few blocks away for £6 per night.

I was nice and cozy, and the service is good, customer service is good. The best thing is that you can cook in the room. Sits very near to the Bullring shopping centre. A bit into the dodgy Digbeth area, but very near to the police station, so it's okay I guess. Near the bus station as well.

Friendly staff, location is great for the Bull ring, train station, coach station, and the city center. Adagio is my preferred place to stay whenever I visit Birmingham.

Brilliant location in city centre, excellent and helpful staff. The room was bigger and more equipped than I expected, and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. Would definitely recommend it :-)

Very comfortable apartment! Central location (2min walk from bullring) comfortable bed which flips up to create a sofa and more floor room. Modern furnishings look great, and the kitchenette I has all the necessary equipment! There is even a dish washer which is excellent! Morning breakfast is good and there is a small gym! I would recommend staying here!

We managed to get the room for a great price. The room was very good and there was a gym available to use. You are provided with cutlery, plates, bowls etc. As well as a fridge, hob, microwave and dishwasher. The hotel is in close proximity to the bull ring and not far from the train station (though if walking I wouldn't rely too much on sat nav, plan the exit you're getting from the train station and go from there). I would stay again, nice place.

This hotel was very clean, beds were huge and the service overall was amazing. My only complaint is how small the toilet area was as being a bigger man there wasn't much leg room. Other than that 5 star rating to me.

This place is brilliant. I had a 1 bedroom apartment. Full kitchen, bathroom, double bed, sofa bed, 2xTVs that sync with eachother room to room, just brilliant. Inside the building there is a small communal gym that can be used 24/7. If you want a self-catering option in Birmingham city centre, this is by far the best option you'll find.

I was a bit apprehensive of the adagio brand purely because we hadn't stayed with them before but it was a great hotel for the price we paid (£70.00) centre of Birmingham on a Saturday night with its own kitchen and great furnishings. I would definitely go again.

Very good even for the long stays. All the comfort that you need for your journey.

First time we've stopped in an aparthotel in the UK. Was very pleased with the high standard of decor and fittings. Although there was not a full oven the microwave clearly had a grill unit so could be used for more than simple reheating jobs. The 2 ring hob is enough for most meals as well. Staff are friendly and helpful and the extra features of a fitness room, lounge, laundry and breaksfasting room make this a place you could stay in for quite a while in comfort. The reception area also sold wines, spirits and hot beverages. One gripe — the way the wardrobe was set up, with the clothes rail against the table side, made getting clothes in and out tricky, better to have the shelves this side I would say.

Nice apartments, the staff were very helpful and even the managers were very helpful and would go the extra mile if anything was required, fast and efficient service and great customer service will use again.

A very nice hotel with very design rooms. The whole thing is very clean. The kitchen and the bathroom are very well equipped. There are also instructions for everything that is electronic: microwave oven, dishwasher. The location is perfect, 2 steps from the Bull Ring and Birmingham city centre. The only downside is the lack of toaster in the kitchen.

I was only there for 2 nights however my overall experience sad great. The check in was easy, the rooms are very clean and modern. Very spacious and suitable for any occasion and person.

Stayed here last weekend with my girlfriend and could not fault the room or the service. The room was immaculate, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could ever need even including dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and cloths. It's the little things that count!. Breakfast was a self service buffet with a good selection which meant we could have as much or as little as we wanted. The location is in close proximity to the bullring and markets. Was perfect for what we wanted. I haven't had a bad experience yet with a hotel that is part of the Accor group, they really do genuinely value & reward loyalty and are always my first choice of hotel when looking for somewhere to stay because of this. Highly recommended!.

Excellent experience. I stayed here for three nights in May 2016. You couldn't ask for a better location with it being an easy walk from both New Street and Moor Street stations, Bullring, Chinatown, gay village, market, etc. The staff were attentive and friendly, the whole facilities spotless. Impressive modern bathroom and great quality products. I was impressed by how the kitchen was outfitted although my only criticism would have been that a few stock items like teabags or salt & pepper would have been really welcome.
