Wonderful staff and brilliant drinks and canapés at the bar downstairs. Very reasonable prices, clean and welcoming atmosphere. Good music and not too loud.

Popped into this hotel bar for a drink during the Birmingham Light Festival. What a lovely surprise! The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to put a smile on your face.

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights over the weekend, and we were delighted with the hotel.

Incredible stay and very secure hotel! It’s right next to the Bullring shopping centre, so perfect location. Staff are lovely and welcoming. Room was really clean, modern, spacious and comfortable.

Really nice hotel, beautiful decor and bedrooms were very nice too. Staff lovely and ideally placed in walking distance to train station.

We paid for executive room via groupon, including breakfast & dinner.
The room was small, the bed appears like double bed.

Enjoyed a really fantastic one-night stay at The Grand Hotel Birmingham. The building itself is beautiful — tastefully restored — and I really like how there’s artwork throughout the hotel.

Recently renovated and it shows! All the public areas are so clean and fresh. The rooms are really lovely, plenty of space and they are SO quiet.

A lovely stay! When checking in, the receptionist Sheen, was friendly, professional and accommodating. Sheen upgraded our room for free which was stunning thank you!

Had a gorgeous stay last in Easy Hotel last night. Bed was super comfy. Room was spotless! Despite being in the centre it was very quiet which I loved!

Very nice place, super close to the centre and the main station (Birmingham New Street). The room was very big, with everything you could possibly need.

I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and I had a comfortable stay.

We stayed at the Malmaison for our wedding. I stayed with my family the night before. After we got married we stayed overnight with friends and family. Had a fabulous breakfast as newly weds.

Pros: Entry to the hotel & parking outside was very straightforward.

Stopped at the Crowne Plaza for an overnight stay, while in Birmingham to see a show at the Symphony Theatre.

The hotel is in such a great position when walking out the back of New Street Station with literally a couple minutes walk. We held a meeting with accommodation and the guests were very happy.

I can't rate the room as I didn't stay overnight, just came for food. Overall, the service is great and the food is lovely. Do you get your money's worth?

We stayed here for my significant other's birthday, and I honestly can’t praise the staff enough. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly kind, helpful, and thoughtful throughout our stay.

I personally prefer this Styles hotel to the normal Ibis in town.
The rooms are spacious and modern, and the downstairs common areas are nice too.

A lovely and reasonably priced hotel 5 mins walk from Birmingham New St. We had a large well presented double room which looked like it had been recently decorated.

Have stayed at this apartment many times now, and it never disappoints.

The apartments are about a 400m walk downhill from Birmingham New Street and the facility is excellent providing everyone one could wish for, including a washing machine, but bring your own

Perfect stay, the staff were attentive and met our every need.

Overall happy with stay here. Its not too far away from city center/new street station — about a 10 minute walk — so its easy to get out and about without a long trudge between.

Despite its location, this is a lovely clean modern hotel and excellent value.

Went to Birmingham for our annual Panto trip to the Hippodrome and decided to stay here for its fantastic location to Birmingham New Street Station, the theatre and generally to the city centre.

A great apartment close to many attractions. City centre, Broad street, F1 arcade, Symphony hall etc all 10-15 mins walk. At the mailbox.
Nice size rooms, well equipped a home from home.

Lovely apartment! Spacious, bright, great location, had everything we needed! There was 4 of us, we were not in top of each other at all! 2 bathrooms making it easy to get ready. Loved it!

I didn't stay at the hotel so can't comment on the rooms but we used it as a meeting venue for some training, was amazing food, and they catered to my food intolerance very well.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel is in a great location close to the city centre and just a short walk from New Street Station.

Stayed one night in double room. Hotel was central, easy to find, friendly staff and check in and out was simple. The hotel and room facilities were excellent given the price.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Chinatown and Gay Quarter. Short walk (5 mins) from New Street if you take the right exit (! ) and very close to Hippodrome and Glee Comedy Club.

Been here a few times in all female dorms. The bunks each have a privacy curtain which I love. You have a locker in the room, you need a padlock to keep stuff safe. The hostel people are very nice.

Admittedly when we arrived yesterday the area had us asking questions. Pleasantly surprised once we passed through the door.

Stayed here a couple times when working in the city. Have found my stay pleasant each time.
