Great amenities, very modern, spacious and comfortable. The rooms came with a kitchenette which is very useful. There was a bit of an issue with the water in the shower though: you could get warm water for a few minutes and then the temperature would drop to cold for like a minute and then back to the desired temperature. Also the hotel said breakfast was included, however it wasnt specified that it was a continental breakfast.

Excellent hotel, service and people who work here. Very clean &done out to a high standard. We couldn't ask for anything better to stay At, as we had our other hotel accommodation cancelled on us at 11pm the night before. Expidia were great finding us this hotel at short notice. Definitely guna book up here again…

Nice hotel and staff. But the nearby club is very noisy and keeps you awake even on weekdays. Forget the breakefast.
However, you don’t do anything wrong if you go there.

This hotel is the best and the staff make this experience really comomforting, I would like to say thank you to Darren who has been really really helpful. So if your staying here his the man who will make you feel at home cheers pal. Great man.

Really enjoyed my stay here, rooms are great and comfortable. Really handy for gigs at Rock City too. Breakfast is nothing special (pastries and fruit mainly), but that's plenty of you just need a wee something to set you up for the day.

Now my favourite hot in Nottingham. Great value, excellent rooms that a fresh and modern and come with a kitchen. Will definitely my go-to hotel when I come to Nottingham on business.

Staff has a very STRONG opinion about their stand without listening to their customers. Disparity in staff opinions (staff A says opinion A and staff B says opinion B) no synergy in opinion. Poor breakfast, pay parking, shower temperature changes every minute. Construction noises around disturbing my sleep. Carry your shower gel as the one available can only cater for one person. The kitchen area is superb though.

And give him another star if possible. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for everything.

Rooms reasonable size. Quite enough to work and sleep without being disturbed. Kitchen facilities basic. Free Wi-Fi a little on the slow side. Would recommend being a royalty club member.

Very nice hotel! Small downside on the showers. I went there twice and a colleague in another room and during 3mn water at the desired temperature, then very cold for 1 second then very hot for two seconds then we return to normal temperature. It's a shot to take! But otherwise it's clean and quiet!

Great room and very polite staff. We were slightly disturbed by the Saturday night revellers, but we did keep our window open. The studio kitchen was very nicely setup and just added to the sense of luxury with the big bedroom and bathroom. The pastries, fruit and juice breakfast was reasonable quality and generous quantity. Probably the best room we have had in a modern budget hotel.

Very lovely room with plenty of amenities. The room was spacious and comfortable and fairly stylish. Includes a cooker hob and microwave. Parking was also safe and convenient located in a garage beneath the building. A very short work into the centre as well. Would definitely stay here again. Only gripe is that the shower temperature was extremely inconsistent.

The hotel was good, reception was nice and welcoming, the location brilliant as it was a short walk into Nottingham. Kitchen facilities were great with the basics and all you need included. The shower temperature wasn't consistent and changed every few seconds before returning back to what was set and the screen wasn't adequate, which caused water to come out onto the floor. I kept being awoken by bangining that I couldn't identify but my partner slept well. Parking could be free but it is very cheap for Nottingham. Overall, it was pleasant and I would stay again.

My only suggestion is for a savory option for breakfast. Cheese pastry or something but a great place, a small kitchenette in your room, not everybody can afford to eat out every night. Loved it. Fanastic.

Excellent hotel in a really convenient location. The room had everything you could need and all the supplies were of a very good quality.

For the price it's absolutely excellent! Rooms are well laid out and have small kitchen facilities. Also built in USB chargers in sockets.

Clean modrrn hotel room. We had a room at the back of the hotel, near rock city, so we were slightly worried about the noise as there was a gig on that night but we didn't hear a thing. Great stay. Pastries juice and fruit available for breakfast was nice. Parking for 24 hours for £10 great value in city centre hotel.

An amazing hotel had everything we needed and more. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Best hotel by far that we have stayed in and will 100% be staying again. I can't fault this hotel one bit.

It's a great place and I really enjoyed going there. It was spacious and really well laid out. Had no trouble at all and would definitely recommend staying again!

Great! Very conveniently located. Not far from town. If you sign up to their website (no spam so far) you also get more discounts. They do have parking available but it's £10 per night so be warned!

Ok for somewhere to sleep, but don't expect service, you'll do it all yourself. For the same money you can stay at a proper hotel. Rooms are spacious and new though.

The rooms are indredibilente comfortable and quiet, and the location is not bad at all.

I absolutely love Roomzzz and have stayed at the Nottingham location a good few times now. They're perfect for longer stays as each room comes decked out with a fully functioning kitchenette complete with cupboards & utensils, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hob and microwave — something I've never seen done in other hotels before, but have really enjoyed every time I've visited. The rooms are all decorated to a great standard too, and the blackout curtains do exactly that. Always take advantage of the free newspapers at reception, too! A few gripes I have are more logistical things; for example, the shower cycles from hot to cold randomly sometimes, and for some bizarre reason the air conditioning settings are controlled by floor. This means that although you can turn what has been chosen (i. E. Cool air or hot air) up or down, you have no actual choice over what exactly is getting pumped in. You can your floor's settings changed by phoning up reception, though. All this being said, those things still didn't take away from how much I enjoy staying here. Roomzzz will always be one of my top recommendations to visitors looking to stay in Nottingham!

Always happy to stay here. I usually go on company money, but it's great value and comfortable so we've used the Leeds one too as a result. Friendly staff, good facilities.

Location is fantastically close to the centre. And the rooms with the added touch of the apart hotel with a kitchen is absolutly fantastic. High quality rooms, clean, air con, TV, comfy bed, and late check only an extra £10. We parked directly underneath for £10 a day too. And free breakfast! Hot chocolate, pastries, tea coffee, just what you need to go! Very reasonable, makes longer stays more comfortable!

Room was clean and very well presented. Kitchenette was brilliant, everything you need for a stay. Didn't sample breakfast although it was described as a limited continental, you can cook a fry up in your room though! Late checkout was offered (1pm) for £10. Would stay again.

Lovely suite, tidy, clean & spacious. The room provided a comfortable, functional living area, with separation between the different zones, making it feel more like an apartment than a hotel room. This impression was enhanced by leather sofas, abundant shelving & a low table, in the lounge area, in addition to a bureau & the other usual hotel room furniture. There is a well appointed, functional kitchen, with dishwasher, freezer and a selection of utensils; a hot-water heater/storage tank, tucked away in a large walk-in cupboard, provided the room with its own supply of hot water. The bathroom was clean, new & modern. The size of the shower cubicle was not very generous, & the only thing that was less than I could have hoped, it was a white square cubicle, features moulded into the walls accessed via a hinged, glass door. Modem decor in strong hues adds to the atmosphere, with black window shades creating a dramatic effect. Roomzzz have a lot more gung for them than your average hotel room.

Great quality place for the amount of money you spend. It's within the city centre and has a car park with plenty of space. It's next to rock city so it's somewhere convenient to stop after a gig or a night out but it's quiet enough to sleep at. The whole look of the hotel is very sophisticated. The rooms have everything you need. Kitchen and bathroom facilities are sublime. Fully recommend.

Well situated. Only a 5 minute walk from the city centre. Rooms are big with comfortable bed and TV. Shower is excellent. Shame there is no bath. Cooking facilities are a real bonus and very unusual. Lots of complementary things like Wi-Fi, breakfast, coffee and a small fee for secure car park. All in all, an excellent place to stay!

Amazing stay. Room was very clean, bathroom was very nice and kitchen was well-equipped. Hotel as a whole was very well-presented. Very friendly staff at reception. Great location — next to rock city and very close to city centre. Would stay again. Only issue was the fluctuating temperature in the shower going cold then warm cold then warm.

A hotel room with a compact kitchenette. The hotel is new, it's clear a lot of thought has gone into the rooms which have a modern feel and there are USB chargers built into the plug sockets for at bed phone charging. It's located in the town centre next to the university. Sound proofing is good as I couldn't even hear the gig at rock city despite there being a long (and noisy) queue outside. A continental Breakfast is available to grab and go in the morning. My only complaint would be that the Internet is quite slow so no Netflix or online streaming is possible the 3 or 4 times I have been there. I hope they improve that.

Our stay here was fantastic! The hotel was in the perfect location for us, the staff were lovely and welcoming and the hotel itself was just really really cool! Also; comfy bed and nice shower, we couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended!

Much better than I was expecting. Studio Apartments suggested something quite small but no — like a self contained flat. Really modern, great location (although set back from the road meant I had to look twice for the hotel) and right in the centre of town. Would certainly stay again and maybe remember to take some eggs to cook for breakfast!

Very swanky hotel, very well presented and rooms meet a high standard, which includes a little kitchen.

The room was very impressive, well equipped and clean. Only stayed for one night but would have happily stayed for longer.

The room was very well equipped and stylish. Theunderground car park left a little to be desired as it was being remodeled but I had a very comfortable stay and the staff were very helpful.

I appreciate the self service breakfast, and the fact that the TV in the rooms doesn't have an irritating custom menu.

Not really an apartment, just a hotel room with a sink and a microwave. No complaints nice decor, not a bad place to rest your head.

An extremely handy City Centre hotel (great for those visiting Rock City as it is a stones throw away) which provides the usual facilities. A little rough around the edges, it's maybe a little overpriced, but you can be assured of a good nights sleep and clean room.

Highly Recommended! Rooms are spacious and very clean. Service was the literally outstanding! They couldnt do enough to help us! We were a large party, that all booked separately for a friends birthday. The location is really good a few minutes walk into town.

I stayed here the other night, I must say the bed was extremely comfortable despite the bedding being covered in fake tan. While I stayed here I was robbed. My phone and Nandos loyalty card were taken and I had a dislocated right arm when I woke up along with a new found fear of the fact that I may of been sexualy abused. Feeling vulnerable the staff were extremely helpful in the way that they demanded being payed and insisted that I left my wallet (previously rifled through) as a deposite of my return. I would of gave the Welbeck more than 2 stars but there was no toilet paper in the bathroom.
