I had such an amazing stay at the Crowne Plaza, staff were warm and attentitive, room service came early and the food was to a high standard. There were even computers and a printer on the ground floor for you to use at leisure, as well as a lemon-infused water dispenser (with glasses) on the 1st floor. As for issues: the bathroom lock in my twin room did not work and there was a slight stain on the ceiling, however not entirely noticeable (pictures attached). Overall would strongly recommend.

I've just been here with 3 friends for an overnight spa package. This was an amazing deal we got lunch, use of the spa and one treatment plus bed and breakfast. Good choice of lunch, I'd recommend the super food salad! The pool jacuzzi and steam room were nice. We had a half hour treatment each I had a back massage it was very good, nice professional therapist. The hotel rooms were spotless with nice touches such as pillow spray, very comfy huge bed! We are out but had a few drinks in the bar which had a great atmosphere. Last but not least the breakfast… this was fab, loads of choice of hot and cold food, excellent service. Overall this was a lovely hotel to stay in and I would definitely recommend.

The hotel itself is lovely! The lunch that we had was beautiful! And good prices. We also used the spa which was good the only thing that let it down personally was the massage. Not that it was bad at all by any means but the masseuse used plastic gloves which felt a bit strange and took away from the experience slightly. But all in all a good venue and I would recommend it.

Super City is a lot of university parks with cemeteries and as well as trams and plus walk the mountains Prya in the center.

Friendly Staff, cleaned rooms, nice bar… Especially the reception is friendly and helpful in all questions. Everything we ask for was no problem for them and they solved. Our questions quickly. A very good Spa place ist in the Hotel, too. The Hotel is located near the City, you can go for a Walk or Take the Bus to enjoy your stay without any Problems. This hotel really needs repairs. The faucets and lights in the bathroom needed repair. The shower is not thermostatically controlled so you get scalded when someone flushes a toilet elsewhere in the building. The pictures of the pool area are much better than the actual pool itself. It is much smaller than it appears in the pictures on the site of the hotel. On a positive note the front desk staff are very very welcoming and will try to help you any way they can.

Early bird spa day including breakfast and one treatment. We are only just leaving now — 5pm wish we booked a room in the hotel now as it is gorgeous. Full buffet breakfast including a selection of smoked fish and cheese along with all the fruits and English style breakfast and fresh bread. Lovely customer service.

This is actually quite a nice hotel. The ground level, that is street-level, is just the front desk and check in. Go up one level and there is a sitting area along with a bar and restaurant area. Parking is pretty tight, and if you're an American like me, it's best to have someone else do the driving if at all possible. We had a pretty small car but we're still Within 4 to 6 in of posts and other vehicles. The restaurant for breakfast is actually quite nice. Pretty good selection of meat and other hot food options. The eggs were a little different, and I avoided them. There's actually quite a lot to do in downtown Nottingham and some interesting places to see, most of which are within walking distance. Cabs are readily available. Didn't cry Uber, but it is probably available also. If you got some time, go to see the Robin Hood statue and the castle remains just up above it. I don't think you can actually go into the castle, but the remains, built into and on top of a rocky hill are pretty impressive. The Bell Pub as well as A Trip to Jerusalem, which is a pub, are worth seeing also.

Went for a hen weekend. Friendly and helpful staff throughout, nice clean rooms, robes in our room, access to the spa (which we did not use), a good selection for breakfast. The location was perfect. Close enough to everything, but without the noise. The tram stop was a stone's throw from the entrance too. Very happy with our short stay.

I use the crown plaza for its car park and occasionally go in to use the bar. The Service at reception is always outstanding with the staff being highly professional and efficient. The lobby is beautifully decorated and a really nice calm environment during the day and bright and vibrant in the evening. The hotel always gives an image of being high class with a truly polished service. It is a safe place to park as a woman alone or with the children. Good for meetings as very close to the tram stop. Highly recommended for a visit.

A plush hotel in the centre of Nottingham next to the Total Concert Hall and Theatre. Car parking is adjacent, £15 per night. Tram stop is a 2 minute walk. Rooms are decorated nicely and are spacious, clean bathrooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. Main bar and lounge is large and comfortable. Gym has all usual equipment, swimming pool, sauna, massage etc. Club Lounge on the 8th floor is good, free drinks, alcoholic from 5pm to 8pm, with canapes, cakes etc.

Lovely smart friendly hotel in Nottingham City Centre. Staff professional and courteous, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast superb. Lots of choice. Check in/Check out swift! Only downside is Rock City club behind hotel is open until 5am of a weekend so be sure to get front of hotel. Rooms do have good double glazing but could still hear the bass.

Service at reception was average. On website says can check in from 3pm. Arrived at 4pm and room not ready. Room was fairly small not a lot of floor space. Nice to have fridge in room. Bed fairly comfortable although pillows a little hard. Clean and tidy. Club lounge nice and quiet. Breakfast was a nightmare. Tables full of pots and rubbish not cleared and people being told to wait. This was still happening up to 10 minutes before breakfast was due to finish. Nice hotel and bar, great pool and gym.

Smack in the middle of town. Arrived by train and got on the tram outside to go 3 stops, just 2 minute walk then to hotel. Large reception on ground floor, bar and restaurant on 1st floor. We had booked executive club room on 8th floor. Rooms large and bright with all amenities including fridge, dressing gown and slippers. We also got access to club lounge where there was free drinks between 5 — 8. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choices. Staff very attentive.

First time staying at this hotel and couldn't have wished for a better experience. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds very comfortable. The staff were extremely polite and couldn't do enough for us. A particular mention for Connor and Roy, both restaurant staff, who went above and beyond to provide an exceptional friendly service. This won't be our last visit. Thank you.

Nice hotel, with easy access to town centre. Not a massive selection in the restaurant but what is there is really good. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Location great for Nottingham city centre. Rooms done to a good standard, nice little extras like lavender pillow spray to help you sleep. Breakfast comprehensive — everything you could want, with more if you ask for it. Service fantastic, no complaints. Also visited the spa and pool which was nice. Overall not quite a five star experience but very close.

Very smart hotel. Great staff. Receptionist were brilliant. Was originally in a disabled room and they were able to swiftly correct this. Very good food, wide selection. Facilities were brilliant, clean spa and pool.

Attended a wedding reception there, wonderful venue, in town, parking on site. Booked an overnight stay so now worries about driving after the party. Staff are very helpful and attentive.

Amazing service, brilliant and gorgeous rooms! Been there a couple of times now and loved it each time! Id lost my room key in town and the receptionist was very understanding and happily replaced my key. Only let down was the AC was unfortunately not working.

Rooms have been recently renovated. Beds are great. Great pool, decent gym. Breakfast is good, great selection and service. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Nice enough hotel in the city centre. My standard double room was very compact — minimal movement room. The bed was Cindy and the shower was hot and had good but not great pressure. Free mineral water is provided which is nice. Went to the spa to use the jacuzzi — the changing rooms require a £1 coin. A bit inconvenient. It was also in a bit of a state with towels strewn everywhere and smelt of urine. The jacuzzi is self timer and you cannot restart manually. The steam room fits 3 people in it. The front desk staff were friendly. Check in/out was quick. The cash machine charges £1.75 to be used. Overall, nice enough and would stay again but not my first choice.

We often park in the crown plaza car park when we visit town. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel and bar are fabulous. The car park feels much safer now the lifts are accessed by using your car parking ticket, but the lift area itself could be better. It's impossible to exit the car park from this area one handed which is a pain when juggling kids. It is just perfectly central which has is great.

Super-efficient, friendly and helpful staff throughout. A fine example of an IHG hotel and the best option in Nottingham if you need to park. Don't forget to pay for parking in the hotel when you check out, as there is a discount. Would have given it 5 stars, but it's such an ugly building. However, that's another good reason to stay here, at least you can't see it when you're in it.

Visited to attend a business event. Good facilities and catering, prepaid parking cards were provided (and appreciated). Car park is very convenient for hotel/conference access.

I have used Crowne Plaza Nottingham many a time for their parking facilities. I have never had any problems and the service had been impeccable. I would highly recommend.

Had a fantastic stay here for my hen weekend staff were lovely and couldnt do enough to help. Reception staff were fantastic especially james that helped us arrive at the hotel after getting lost and helping us with parking the mini bus. Very clean hotel and breakfast was lovely to and very central we will definatly return thankyou.

Centrally located, parking attached to hotel, food was very good and reasonable for the price. Room was clean and everything worked, including air con. Good shower. Room was both very dark and very quiet at night. All staff I met were very helpful and friendly. The building has impressive public areas. If I were to be very picky, 2 minor issues were the poor quality of the phones in my room; room service couldn't hear me but the person came to my room to confirm and take my orderc that is very good customer service. The bed was a little hard for me, but that's a very personal thing and the pillows made up for it. Good value and I'll stay here again for sure.

Excellent stay, as a hotel should be — very comfortable and quiet. Good central location with parking and good nearby restaurants. Only downsides small double bed for 2 people and not enough plug sockets.

Poor inner city hotel aimed at the business market, dated small rooms, uninspired public areas and poor Wi-Fi. Hard to recommend.
