Everything Fantastic here, we phoned Hotel Direct paid 330 for a week with Breakfast, let us park car for free. The Hotel is Clean. The staff friendly. You can choose too have Breakfast at 10 if you wish. Homebargains opposite. We were early checking in they let you have free Tea and Coffee in the Bar Lounge. Best Hotel in Blackpool we been too we found the 1!. X.

We have just arrived home after a 2 night stay here. Me my partner our 11 and 3 year old and our 4 week old baby. I can’t recommend this place enough, it’s quiet, very clean and the staff are so friendly. Breakfast was beautiful and the kids loved their pancakes. Thank you very much for making our little trip away enjoyable. We will most definitely be back and staying again in October for the lights xx.

We booked a 3 night stay here to see the lights switch on with our daughter and her family.
Such a friendly atmosphere, nothing was too much trouble. Our Grandaughter had a lovely surprise in their room of balloons and chocolates for her 6th birthday, thank you for making her day. The rooms were very clean, as was the hotel right through. Hand sanitiser was available to use throughout. A lovely seating area with a bar and not overpriced, so nice to have a drink when we returned from the lights.
The breakfast was lovely, with a good choice of Cereals and full English, again nothing was too much trouble. Also parking is available. Thank you for everything, will definitely be back to stay again when we visit Blackpool.

We stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. Our kids loved the fact that the staff were so happy and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It’s a lovely place with a lovely atmosphere and we would definitely come back to this hotel if we decide to come back to Blackpool again. Breakfast was delicious.

We've just had 2 nights here with our young boys. Really friendly staff, made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Delicious breakfast and the ladies working here were so attentive. We had great comfy beds and nothing too much trouble. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The owner and staff are lovely really make you welcome. Great breakfast plenty of it. Even gave us chocolates and a card for our wedding anniversary. Would stay again.

Second stay here in the last 4 months. What a fantastic establishment this is. A hidden gem, where nothing is too much trouble. My daughter was so happy for the little touches for her birthday, thank you so much for your effort. I can't recommend The Hopton highly enough, and will definitely return. Probably several times this year!

Absolutely fantastic service by Silvia & the girls. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, very dog friendly, they cooked the two dogs a sausage for breakfast and one of the lovely staff even doggy sat for us while we went to see a show. Can’t wait to return to this wonderful hotel 10/10

Stayed here last night (29/10) friendly staff, very clean room, fab breakfast. My only complaint is that there was no heating on in the room thus making it cold when we arrived, very cold when we got in later that evening after being out seeing the illuminations. Was also cold upon waking.

This was our second stay this year, we stayed for 2 nights with our little dog. The room was very spacious and very clean and the bed was so comfy. The staff are so friendly and helpful and nothing is to much trouble for them. The breakfast was lovely and our little dog even got a sausage every morning for breakfast aswell. It's close to the sea front and local amenities. The hotel is very clean. The bar was very well priced. We have already booked to stay next year and really looking forward to go back. We will definitely be keeping to this hotel now when we visit blackpool.

We’ve just came back from Blackpool. This being our second time this year in this hotel. Once being a group of girls and this time being me my friend and our children. Our rooms each time has been lovely and clean. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and always there to help whenever you need them. Constantly have a smile on there face & always asking if there is anything else they can do. They were so lovely with our children (who can be a little mischievous)
Im already looking into booking back up for new year with the rest of the family. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! And the owner is just so lovely. Xxxxx.

Lovely staff, especially the young girl, who was always smiling. They even asked if the dog would like sausage for breakfast. The hotel is spotless. Place is a bit tatty but worth what we paid. Dried milk was a bit disappointing but plenty of tea and coffee in the room.

We are just back from a 4 night stay here with friends who have stayed at hotel before. We stayed in a 3 person room, which although dated was extremely clean and the beds were super comfy. Hotel itself is well located, sitting just back from the seafront and only a 2 min walk to Manchester Square tram stop. The hotel breakfast was really nice and all the staff were very friendly. we would definately stay again.

Been twice now we love the place spotless and a well priced stay lots of people we met here are all return business and that just speaks volumes for me.

Lovely hotel… Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very warm. Ignore any bad reviews you may have seen we couldn't fault the hotel in any way. Breakfast was beautiful full English breakfast not at all greasy. Many thanks for having us. Will definitely be back.

Lovely owner. Breakfast good. Bedrooms good but somethings need a little touch up. Had a good stay for the wkend. Would recommend.

Great hotel clean and a fab breakfast. Would recommend and right next door to the old tram shed. Brilliant.

Good value for money and excellent rooms food & staff.

Went for a weekend in March. Clean and tidy hotel but the rooms are very out dated with a mish mash of wallpaper. The rooms were very cold all the weekend. Some people went to bed with clothes on! Really needs some serious up dating.

Reasonable price for a decent hotel. Could do with a bit of refurbishment. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was good, with reasonable choices.

Just spent two nights, owners and staff are lovely, family room was great, breakfast lovely, dog friendly which was great, as it was short notice decision to go to blackpool, only complaint is I couldn't stay longer as had to come home for work, myself and family can't wait to come back and stay longer, massive thank you to all x.

Lovely place to stay, it was my daughters birthday and we came back on evening to banners and balloons. Lovely location and staff. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed here for 2 nights… staff were very helpful and friendly… breakfast was good… room was very clean. But could of done with a lick of fresh paint… bed was comfy… the only disadvantage really was powdered milk in your room for hot drinks… but was tea and coffee down stairs that you could help yourself to… I would stay again… for what we paid for our room it was good for the price… thank you … keep up the good work. We stayed in rm 10 with a view of the tower.

The lady who runs this hotel is a complete angel. Her team work tirelessly day & night, to provide first class service and ensure all guests are treated better than you can ever imagine. This is one for the most loving and friendly hotels, not only in Blackpool, but the World.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I have been to in Blackpool the owners are great people and staff meet your every need great entertainment and they cater for everyone. I would also like to thank them for the beautiful champagne they issues us with for our 1st wedding anniversary x.

Good location. Staff friendly but shower didn't work and door lock wasn't secure. Screw came out and was dangerous.

Stayed for a week and loved it. Rooms were lovely and clean. Free view t. V in your room. Staff were amazing. And food was lovely! Definitely recommend to anyone.

Yea stayed 1 night for s hen do clean room bit small but ok lovley breakfast nice big bar area friendly staff all in all not bad good location easy walk to central would stay again.

Spent a weekend here for a stag weekend. For the price we paid I could deal with the cons of the place. Starting with the good stuff, breakfast was perfect what I need the morning after. The staff was all great and helpful and it was ok. Bad stuff its need a bad make over, rip of the wall paper and paint the walls, every piece was coming away from the wall anyway. The beds was all falling apart. I could go in to detail but it was find for what we need so thats why they got 4stars.

If your in a group it ok, if there is only a couple of you forget it, we was put on a table at breakfast with a big family, no room to move, they could not do enough for the family, waited n waited, no coffee no toast, cold breakfast came out, could not eat it no room, still nothing else, when checking out, I mentioned it to neil and sylvia, she called me a liar, even laughed in my face, why would I lie, very bad managment. Neil was realy nice and appologised, even offered to make something up, but it was too late by then we was going to cafe, too angered to stay any longer, the room was smelly like bad eggs, carpet had lumps, carpet grips on show, loose door lock, had shower, knock on door, can you keep shower curtain in, water running down stairs? and matress was like a bed of nails, springs digging in 3 nights stay and still suffering now home. We was going to find alternative accomadation and move, but no vacancies else where, WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN.

Been going years. New owner taken over neil and sylvia cant do enough to help you if you want a clean and friendly hotel could not recommend any further.
