Lovely hotel staff friendly really enjoyed our stay New Year’s Eve lovely breakfast to x.

Very friendly I would cum again rooms very clean taxi into town if you like that sort of thing it's peaceful.

Very friendly hotel staff, clean and comfortable room and a fabulous breakfast. We have stayed here three times now and would thoroughly recommend it.

Can not recommend this place enough lovely welcoming from the minute we got there till we left staff can not do enough for you the place is lovely and clean the food quality is 5* we had evening tea plus breakfast plenty of choice the kids loved the pancakes and waffles and all the little extras definitely catered for all we stayed in the family room boys loved the bunk beds plus TV in their room too great location away from the busyness but can catch the tram just across the road into it all we will definitely recommend and will definitely be back Thank you.

Stayed here last month, hotel is beautiful, family friendly my kids loved it. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice. Definitely going to be returning.

We stayed here for the Easter weekend with the family, lovely spacious room, couldn't fault anythin, lovely friendly staff and the breakfast was a nice full English buffet would highly recommend people to book here.

This is our 2nd time here fab breakfast really friendly staff and spotless really nice touch leaving me birthday card and chocolates in my room will definately be back again thanks for making us so welcome.

"A room with a view". This was my actual view sitting up in my bed. Owners & staff really care about people and can't do enough. The Hotel was immaculately clean and currently all rooms being upgraded. Breakfast infamous and cater to all dietary requirements without any fuss. A brilliantly stocked bar. Very relaxing time. Attention to detail makes this hotel amazing value for money.

Our stay in Blackpool on the 17-19 August at the Queens Plaza was fantastic from start to finish, on arrival we were greeted by the owner who was very pleasant and welcoming, our hotel room was lovely and well kept. The breakfast was outstanding and the choice was second to none with a choice from cooked full English, cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit the list goes on, will definitely stay here again if we back in Blackpool in the near future. Clean, comfortable and the best breakfast in town none can beat, an amazing location just out of the town of Blackpool with a tram stop located with a short 2 mins walk, owners are kind people and all staff are as helpful as you would expect if not more so, bar always fully stocked with pretty much anything you could think of, also with a pool table, gamblers and a quiz machine, also games and colourings for the children. This hotel is stated 3 star but should (in my opinion) be more, with a family run business they make you feel as part of the family by the time you leave. I would strongly recommend this hotel if you wish to stay in the nicer, quieter part of Blackpool.

A lovely friendly hotel. The staff are friendly and helpfull. With my daughter in a wheelchair they kindly let us use the staff only lift. The breakfast you get there's a big range to pick from and it's cooked very well. The bars great. The room I had was spacey. We had plenty of room. It was comfortable warm and clean. It was a little hard getting to the front door with all the cars blocking and I say the lift could do with a up date. But otherwise I enjoyed my stay and would use again and recommend it to anyone. A lovely friendly place. Thank you to the staff.

Loved it! We have stayed in a few hotels in Blackpool and this one is by far the best, lovely owners and staff very friendly and welcoming, clean and tidy and everyone enjoyed the amazing breakfast they did. We will definitely stay here again, thank you for making us so welcome and a massive thanks for letting us leave our car while we went to the water park! Fantastic place xx.

Great stay at Blackpool. Friendly check in, clean room bright and airy lovely sea front view. Well thought out amenities very suitable for a family. Extremely good breakfast catered for all and very tasty. Good links to all the sights in Blackpool. Highly reccomend and we will be back on our next visit!

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Super kind owners — always ready to help. The breakfast is AMAZING. Staying here for a while now. Extended the stay. Absolutely recommended!

Ideal located for tram. Parking available. Very warm in the rooms. Our room was above the kitchen and in the mornings we were awoken by music coming from their we believe. Our room faced an alleyway which was riddled with pigeons and their mess, they were quite noisy. We found the room too warm for us even though we opened the one window we could. Floorboards need attending too, extremely creaky.

We were three families and in a last ditch attempt of having to travel back home we called the Queen's Plaza and spoke to Alan… He was brilliant he offered us suitable accommodation for all our families with breakfast included. We had a booking elsewhere which wasn't what they had clarified it would be and after traveling so long we felt deceived. But Alan and the Plaza was a blessing in disguise. It was right opposite the sea view with the fresh air. Was amazing. When we met him he was very supportive of our needs even our dietary needs in to consideration for breakfast, the rooms were clean and well equipped, some rooms were more than adequate for the children which was a bonus he kept it grouped together so we could be close to each other again bonus. They always were respectful and always wanting to make our stay happy and make us realise we were their priority. They made their guests feel they were the most important people which is the feeling which remains… They made sure our breakfast was the way we wanted it with Alan making sure he did most of it himself. I can't thank all of the staff and Alan for the priceless experience. God bless you guys. Gave us a memory never to forget. Thank you.

Our first stay at the Queens Plaza Hotel. Really enjoyed our stay & have already booked it again for the illuminations in Sept. Highly recommended.

We held a 40th party at the Queen's Plaza Hotel. The owners could not do enough to support and help in the setting up and running of the party. The food was excellent. Staff were polite, professional and personal. Would definitely return.

The hotel staff are friendly and breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Not far from tram stop so easy to get where you want parking free but limited.

We had room 19 rooms are still being renovated ours was still to be done however we all got goid sleep we had adjoining rooms perfect for us as we had little one with us. Staff were lovely very friendly and dining room was first class beautiful surroundings the breakfast is best I have had in many years in hotels I am very fussy when it comes to dining out down to this I always eat in cook myself. This breakfast was amazing looked freshly prepared fried eggs are best I have seen and the selection was superb something for everyone from continental to full cooked or both great selection of teas even had twinning English breakfast defo 5* plus in Breakfast. Furniture in room was a bit wonky, opened one drawer then couldn't close it again without opening others and aligning them all. Toilet in the room was a little small. Could rest my head on the sink while on the toilet. But the staff, service and cleanliness were brilliant. One day room was missed by maids but next day a sorry note and a box of chocolates were left as apology. Nice touch. Would stay again if in Blackpool. The antique lift was a novelty. Full breakfast was decent.

Amazing family run hotel which frankly opitomises what going away is all about. They cant do enough to make your stay welcoming and warm.

Good room the elevator seemed like a death trap and the other one was brokeb. The breakfast was good and the staff were nice. The only problem 2 plug sockets didn't work on the wall.

The Hotel is very clean and inviting. Staff are excellent and nothing is bother to them. They are always there to help. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed from 26th July until the 28th july. Arrived welcomed at the reception. Our room was on the third floor lift wasn't working. The room was nice no complaints apart from lock in the bathroom door wouldn't lock this should of been noticed when the cleaner were in and fixed. Our room was seafront great view, however the wind blowing through the Windows was so noisy could hardly sleep. I wouldn't stay here again. Also free parking they don't tell you it's first come first served and you have to drive to the Next street to park. Parking is something we always look for when booking.

Breakfast is self serve, but tasty. Rooms are a good size. Ours had not long been redone, however still a bit of dust around from the work.

We booked this hotel as abit of a get away for me and my wife. Having seen the brilliant reviews on Trip Advisor we gave it a go and we wasn't disappointed! The room we booked had a sea view and the room was beautiful and clean. The owner was great when we booked in offering us advice on getting a 24hr tram pass which made going out for tea nice and easy as the bispham tram stop was a minutes walk. After we had been out for tea we made the most of the hotel bar and pool table before heading to bed. The beds and pillows were so comfy, better than some of the big named hotels we have stopped in! Breakfast… where to start, one of the best breakfast selections we have had. The food was lovely, wether you wanted, cereal, fruit or a big fry up and pretty much everything in between! The owners were lovely and friendly, we will definitely be back and will highly recommend to friends and family.
