Absolutely lovely place. Wonderful hosts, very clean and cosy. Ideal for hopping on tram into Blackpool.

Booked two rooms for a wedding party. Sam and Lee were amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure our experience was the best. Apartment 1&3 were both spacious and extremely clean. The owners were also on hand should we have needed anything. The welcome pack and decorations left also made it extra special. Thankyou for making our time there wonderful 🙂 The Seddons xx.

Loved the location, parking and then I got into the apartment.
Beautiful, well set up (even more than I would have expected) and what a view. Loved being able to either look out or step onto the balcony and just watch the world go past.
Close enough to the town centre, yet far away enough to escape the madness.
Lastly, Sam the owner was amazing. Friendly, informative & so very helpful.
Could easily be tempted back!

Had a fantastic stay and accommodation was perfect for a lovely family stay. Apartments were immaculate and had everything we needed. Tram stop just a 2 minute walk away and easy to get into the centre of Blackpool. Communication with Sam was so easy and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for everything and highly recommended.

This has to be the most beautiful place we’ve stayed definitely 5star spotless clean absolutely amazing, the owner has gone above and beyond.

Absolutely everything friendly very comfy also very welcoming, excellent apartments perfectly located 1st time visit for us haven't been disappointed in any way or form, trams located across the road seaview everything you could ask for off road parking10/10 short walk to beach or even into the town along the front and the illuminations across the road right outside the window or the balcony percent.

Just arrived home from a week staying in the 4 person apartment, which was spotless, with everything you could imagine you would need, a real home from home. Being at the edge of Blackpool was excellent, we had Bispham beach, the main street, pubs, amusements, restaurants, supermarket all within a short walking distance. All the advantages of visiting Blackpool but not as busy. Definitely a plus point at the moment. Paul is an excellent host. We have already booked again for our next trip. This is a fabulous location for the illuminations, you won't be disappointed.

Lovely stylish apartment, well equipped. Close to the tram, sea views, close to the town centre but far enough away that its quite.

Great place to stay! Clean, modern and very high spec!

The apartments are absolutely perfect, on the sea front, shops and everything you need just on the doorstep, beach access across the road and a short tram trip into Blackpool. We have had the most amazing weekend and the luxury of coming back each evening to beautiful comfy surroundings, sitting on the roof terrace and watching the sun set over the sea. Paul been amazing and looked after us, great food recommendations and places to visit. I just don’t want to go home! ❤️❤️

Just stayed for 4 nights in the 2 bed duplex. The Appartment is top spec with not one problem. Warm and spotless with the best view I have ever had in blackpool. Paul is wonderful to deal with and the little touches just make it even better. 5stars.

Views amazing and the apartments are designed and fitted out to the highest spec mxx.
