Went to stay here for 1 night and ended off staying for 3 nighs, the hotel manager is very friendly as is all the staff, nice and clean, hot breakfast served everymoring and was beautiful, would defently recommend.

Just come back from weekend stay at hotel… owner was very kind, made sure our stay was enjoyable, breakfast was lovely, hotel was in centre of Blackpool on seafront between fair and tower… perfect location 👍😊

Just got back from a weekend here, lovely hotel Raph the hotel owner is a lovely guy, clean rooms, breakfast is good, lovely staff, will defo be going back.

Went on Friday and came home today, we had an amazing time, nothing was a bother n made to feel really welcome, we have been in a lot of hotels in Blackpool and this one really was the best and friendliest, my grandaughter savannah who’s 1 loved it running about, so thankyou very much for your hospitality until the next time.

Stayed here for the weekend and loved it, felt very welcomed. The owner was lovely and breakfast was lush too! Best asset was the balcony! Loved having a nice beer and people watching, oh and obviously the beach too! Definitely would come back xx.

Very good hotel the manger was great had time to sit and speak to us had laugh hotel was very clean had loads of fun here will be going bk next year linda chloe and ann — с Chloe Ann Martin.

The manager is very friendly and keen to help as is Debbie who works there. The room was clean and the breakfast delicious.
Me and my sister enjoyed our stay so much so we added an extra night.

Brilliant hotel staff and management go out of there way too make sure you’re happy.

Receptionist is a crackhead, looks nothing like the pictures, wouldn’t even feed my dog the breakfast. Totally not worth the money never going here again.

The place is so dated and the decor is awful. Rooms where also Dusty, Staff where nice enough though. Definitely not worth the £90 per night we paid!

Fab ad hoc visit lovely staff an rooms an we had room to die for. Kidz wanted our bed but they banished to there beds til 8am will return here.

I stayed here with my two friends last week, we had a lovely time! Raouf and debs were very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was delicious! We loved the pool table and enjoyed playing raouf when one of us won! Thanks for a great trip — hope we will be back!

Cooked breakfast fantastic & clean (9am to 9:30am). Room clean but as others have reviewed, bit dated. But if you feel like a nostalgia trip back to 80s/90s Blackpool you'll love it. Wi-Fi only reaches 1st floor so if your room is on 2nd floor or above you'll need to rely on cellular data (4G area). Staff very friendly & helpful. Overall though for the location (20 mins max to most attractions), price & lovely breakfast you can't beat it.

Nice hotel easy reach off all the amenities — room was nice overlooking the beach-clean and tidy. Bar prices very good-Breakfast was good a lot of hard work by Rolf to make our stay as good as it was. Congratulations.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Lovely place and food gorgeous. Breakfast was cooked perfect. Very friendly staff and nice chilled place to stay. Me and my daughter loved it :) room spotless and bed so comfy. Would stay here again and soon I hope thank you for making mine and daughters weekend nice and relaxing it's just what we needed a nice break in a nice place :) x.

We have just come back from staying here as a group of 9 ladies. We stayed for the weekend and honestly it is such a lovely place. The atmosphere is so relaxed and nothing is too much trouble, the owner Raouf makes you feel so at home and comes out to chat with customers we really enjoyed his company. Our rooms were lovely and clean with sea views, beds were comfy and spotless, could even smell the fresh wash of the sheets. Being on the promenade we thought there would be no…ise but no, it was a fabulous spot, right by central pier and noise died down relatively early, a good sleep was had by all. Guests in The hotel were respectful and quiet, and all were really friendly. The balcony is an amazing little sun trap if you get the weather. Drinks are a decent price and the breakfast was absolutely gorgeous and freshly made. The staff in the hotel are also lovely, really welcoming and again nothing is too much trouble. I have told Raouf that we will definitely be back and that I will be bringing my family with me next time, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else absolutely loved it! Thank you Raouf & Co for a fabulous weekend.

Very friendly owner and staff, we we're made to feel very welcome. Rooms could do with updating but beds really comfy and clean. Breakfast was good and generous portions, would stay again.

Wow we was treated like royalty.
The staff was very polite and owner was very helpful at our requests (extra pillows) breakfast was 9-10 so we got a lie in too.
I’d definitely recommend this seafront b&b and will be returning.

Excellent location nice English breakfast, good value for the money, small rooms poor mattresses.

Stayed here before the makeover and was ok then but look at the place now. Looks lovely great location parking if your lucky enough. All lovely and modern feel to the place just what it needed can not wait and come back in few weeks time.

Staff friendly and welcoming rooms clean and tidy all in all had a great stay will defo go back.

Simple, basic but seems clean and cheap enough, breakfast is a bonus but bed squeaky.

The hotel has a very pleasant friendly feel to it and first impressions are very good. The bar and dining area are very good and food was delicious. I would however state that rooms need to be of the same standard as bar and dining area. The shower is very hot and cold and difficult to shower children when it changes so often. The doors were vehicle noisey and most didn't close to all the way. Beds are very lumpy also. My overall experience wasn't bad though. We had a brilliant time.

It's a basic place but very clean and staff are very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is of a high standard. Would consider returning.

Very small room grubby matress on bed noisy traffic outside window and not happy with £290.00 for 4 nights stay (no breakfast).

Excellent rooms clean and with wonderful view food lovely and owner really friendly and very helpful as are his staff.

Just come back from a lovely weekend in Blackpool, our stay at the New Promenade was wonderful. Peter the new owner was amazing and very attentive. I read the past review however decided to chance it. Im really glad I did and will be staying again in a couple of months. Great location too and the parking facility was a huge bonus.
