Fantastic hotel, friendly, helpful, welcoming, funny staff, beautiful room, beautiful food, great entertainment, definitely recommend and definitely going back. Thanks for a great week.

We have just stayed for 2 nights last weekend we stayed in the new Glen Eagles suite. It was lovely all brand new clean, great facilities and nice sea view. Entertainment was brill on a night too. Will defo recommend this hotel and stay again.

The staff were all lovely, the food was delicious, there were 16 of us and not one complaint, brilliant location, would definitely recommend.

Great fun and entertainment. Food and accommodation is good. No complaints, so I recommend it. Still another 2 days to go. We are looking forward to returning in August.

We had a wonderful stay Monday till Saturday staff are lovely and helpful all the time nothing is to much for them to do for you always smiling and making sure your ok and have everything you need and food is amazing breakfast and afternoon tea and tea at night all very nice and lots of it always looked lovely and so so tasty and are room was lovely lots of space in it and it was very clean and was kept clean all week and all the hotel was very warm all the time that was lovely and been able go out to see the lights what are amazing too and the tower and shops and games and we got a bit of time on the beach too thank you for making are holiday extra special hopefully see you again.

all inclusive is well worth the price and the food is great and if they are still providing this amazing service in this difficult time of Covid they are certainly going to continue to be amazing when this is all over.

First time here and very impressed with my stay here, I know it’s a coach related hotel bu we enjoyed ourselves, staff very friendly food albeit we were breakfast only brilliant, sorry but couldn’t get into the entertainment, but that’s not hotels fault, so when my next time I’ll enjoy it better, drinks fantastic price, so good tipped every time, had a great lunch one day brilliant and reasonably priced, would recommend, and will be back.

Been to the royal. Hotels before staff and facilities are brill and the food is so yummy always a welcoming reception and great staff clean constantly cleaning in current conditions 10 out of 10 from me.

We come here 4or 5 times a year staff are lovely hotel is clean and entertainment is amazing would highly recommend it.

Was there at weekend and stay was good, only complaint was on Sunday when storm hit. The weather was so bad couldn’t go out in it! Even if I wanted to trams were off and apart from paying extra for taxis couldn’t get into town. I am bad on my legs and was no way I would be able to walk down. Most people felt the same and also stayed in, which meant most of the hotel guests spent the day in the downstairs bar and the hotel foyer, meaning most people had to stand around as there is only a small number of seats available.
There was only one member of staff on the bar and she also had to run the Starbucks counter. She managed this extremely well, until someone came in and took over the bar, considering at times there were queues at both the bar and Starbucks counter, so can’t fault her.
What I don’t understand is the knowledge of this storm was on the weather reports on Friday and Saturday, meaning that the hotel management knew it was coming. So why didn’t they arrange for the upstairs lounge to be opened and a bit of music or bingo put on to entertain the guests.
Been staying at the hotel for years and also booked up again for May with my family for daughter’s birthday, so wasn’t my first experience of the hotel. Spoke to a few first timers and they said that the wouldn’t go back here because of this experience, they would go to the other hotels available through Blackpool promotions.
This is the only thing that made a good weekend really great.

Great position on seafront, staff brilliant, food and choice is great, entertainment not bad been going there for 14 years and still great.

I would completely recommend this hotel to anyone the staff are very nice an really helpful the hotel is very clean an the food is lovely x.

I really enjoy my stay bank holiday weekend staff were fab entertainment was fantastic had a great laugh with hoists and artists. Room are a little need of paint but were clean beds were comfy. Only drawn back is stairs with a small lift. But didn't bother me thanks to all the staff for making our stay a happy one.

We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back. The room was comfortable and the food was good. Table service was excellent. Staff were well turned out and the location of the hotel is in a great position central for all the activities Blackpool has to offer. Mustn’t forget the excellent entertainment on tap. I really enjoyed sitting out front with a coffee or beer, looking over at the promenade.

Old hotel didn’t try food, drinks reasonable price upstairs entertainment amazing. Rooms quite small shower not brilliant but overall nice rooms. Just beds are small double. ☺️

Its ok. Lift to all floors-then steps. Cards sent for special birthday to hotel-never received. … not happy.

The staff were faultless couldn’t of been more helpful. You had to leave a deposit for a tram ticket although you had already paid in full for your week it states tickets are given on arrival if you’ve paid for themes you were told you would get the money back at the end of your stay if you hand the tickets back!
meals were good, but we watching a waitress lay a table and handle all cutlery by the top where you would eat food from and actually throw the plates down as though she was playing Frisbee, the dishes weren’t cleaned properly still marks on things.
The room were very dated with furniture that didn’t match and warped inside and looked shabby from outside. You couldn’t even open your bedroom door fully but be hitting the bed.
The rooms only seemed to get new towels and a new bin bag put in them when cleaned and even at that the towels were stained and not cleaned properly dust on all tops of drawers and dresser.
The parking is very misleading as it states on the poster free parking what they forget to tell you is that’s if you can get a parking space 1-2 streets behind not actually in a car park.
The entertainment was ok but felt it was very dated more for the older generation! When playing bingo not one night cost the same for same amount of books, and one night it felt like the bingo caller could of slept and didn’t want to be there!

Friendly staff, spacious function area and cosy bar lounge. Rooms are tight but a lot better than most in Blackpool. Clean and comfortable. Seafront and central location. Would stay again.

Could not fault this place at all. Just had a long weekend with my partner and the 2 kids (14 & 5). My littlest was acting up as he had an audience during dinner and the staff were super helpful with him. The relaxed family friendly atmosphere was second to none. The food was lovely and tasted like proper home cooked food. The entertainment was brilliant. All the staff were friendly and approachable. And it was situated right in between all the popular attractions. Cannot wait to return next year. We all had a great time.

Absolutely cant fault this hotel staff are fantastic, food is really good, rooms can be basic but still have everything u require, but can be upgraded if available.

Myself and my partner were on a weeks holiday in Manchester. We visited Blackpool for the day last Tuesday and because of the atmosphere around we decided we would stay for a night so we checked in to this hotel for the night. The hotel room was small and basic and definitely over priced. We put it down to the fact we decided to stay last minute and that it was one of the last available rooms so we just went with it. 2 days after leaving the hotel my partner realised that he had left a sum of money (in euros) in the drawer of a locker in the hotel room. I rang the hotel and I was told that the cleaning staff check all drawers and presses when people check out and always hand in stuff that is left behind. The girl at reception told me to ring back in an hour and they would give a look. I rang and was told nothing was handed in and that euros would be no good to anyone there and also that it was a bit late ringing 2 days later! Firstly, the euros can be changed into pounds so of course the money is useful, Secondly, it shouldn't matter if I rang a week later because at the end of the day the money is ours. If the cleaners check every drawer and press in the room I can not understand why this matter was not investigated further. The money was clearly stolen and the hotel has made absolutely no effort to resolve the issue.

Just had an amazing 4 days at the royal seabank hotel the staff are brilliant and always willing to accommodate. 1 member of staff stood out above all others a young Irishman named Damian he was just amazing and made our stay that bit more perfect. So from me and the rest of my group I thank you all. Rooms A+ Staff A+ Food A+

Been there a few times great food and rooms entertainment was fantastic and great beer and spirits going back later in the year.

Rooms are basic but bed linen from the matress/mattress protector/sheets/duvet spotless. Dining room amazing meals from Breakfast to tea time fantastic staff are friendly and will do any thing for you. Evening entertainment I can't say enough good things about it awesome. Hotel staff staff all in all made my 5 day stay very enjoyable. There were two a young lady and her wee brother they enjoyed running all over the place and didn't cause 1 bit of annoyance to any one, Last but not least my stay there were 50 guests everyone knew each another by the end of the 5 days. i would stay there again that is a done deal.

Stayed here twice now and each time great rooms are clean, location is very convenient, staff is nice, Starbucks in the main seating area, includes a games room for kids and an entertainment room later on at night. The set up of the hotel is nice but one problem is the elevators are pretty small if you bring a lot of baggage you’d have to take the elevator up alone or the stairs. Overall impressed though :)

We go to the seabank at least twice a year and have never been disapointed entertainment and food aŕe very good also the staff are very good nothing is to mutch for them.

Hotel is a bit dated, very welcoming reception. Room was ok standard. Good value for money.

The only good reviews on here are obviously from the over 75 age range. This hotel and all the guests hate kids so why they provide family rooms is beyond me. I’ve read a review of kids running riot and I guarantee you this will be kids just walking in and out the rooms to parents and friends etc and not actually ‘running riot’ couldn’t laugh without getting told off! If being rude to the Christmas Day act was cheering and whistling them after their performance was rude then bloody hell I was rude. For gods sake if u want a silent Christmas stay at bloody Home. Waiting and bar staff excellent that is the one and only positive.

Don't go here if you like to have fun and are under the age of 70. Kids are really not welcome here and were made to feel unwelcome. We were continuously told to shush or be quiet even when clapping and cheering the singer on Christmas day we got told off. It was fine the next night though for the older generation to clap and cheer the act. Never come across so many rude people in one place even including some of the staff with exception to the restaurant and bar staff.

Spend 4 days here and going home today. The hotel and bar staff were amazing, room was very spacious (Family room) food was tasty and lots of options, entertainment was great (def recommend the four d's) weather well not so good but that can't be helped hahah… would like to give a shout out to Monica in the dining area such a lovely hardworking girl and very great at interacting well with all residents and obv course Steve Lewis was great seeing you again it was a pleasure.

Best cabaret and ambience in Blackpool in my opinion. Hospitality hard to beat and the food is excellent. Great value and definitely worth it. Coming back in April for grand national. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel so welcome.

Just back from a Monday to Friday at this hotel lovley attentive staff good food and very clean hotel great entertaiment and is central to everything I would defo recomed not to mention it's only 2.50 a pint would give it 5 stars but the only thing is the rooms are roasting and that's with the window open all the time but over all what a lovley hotel will defo be back next year.

Just back from a three night stay. Whole Staff team was great food really good entertainment great. Lift not the best very small but adequate. Not given 5 stars as room was clean but pretty basic no shelf in bathroom to store toiletries. We stayed in room 405 and the floor boards in the hall outside the room are seriously noisy to the point I was up through the night on an occasion thinking someone was in our room it was so bad. It's a shame really let a fab hotel down.

Good hotel staff very friendly and helpful go out ur way to help rooms are nice and with walk in shower that work also hot water good meals and if u dont like u can always order off kids menu lol I had chicken nuggets evernight I dont like much lol they also have the best cheese cake mmmm was good best desert of the 5 days anyway and bingo everynight I got a shout on £80 but had to share was still happy to win drinks r cheap enough double up its works out cheaper will be back next year good tip people book your drinking vouchers before u go we had £180 between 5 amd spent within 4days so good to have names actual mrs s sheldrick now dont now how to change it.

Just back yesterday from a long weekend.
Through Blackpool promotions it was our first visit to this hotel.
Rooms are adequate. The meals are good although Sunday night let you down. The entertainment is really good.
I must say though your staff are excellent. From your staff on the desk and bar staff but high praise must be given to the ones at meal times

Brilliant hotel, lovely staff, great service, clean comfy rooms, although some can be a bit on the small side, but I can't fault this hotel I go a few times a year and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Good food and a good choice with plenty to eat. Entertainment is excellent, and drinks reasonable priced. Top Blackpool hotel in a great location. Highly recommended but you have to book early as it's a popular choice and fills up fast.

Great value, rooms clean tidy and well kept, staff were friendly and helpful. Choice of meals every night all of which were tasty and of appropriate sized portions.

This Hotel in Blackpool has become my go to hotel, the service is second to none, its very clean and many helpful staff ready to help no matter what time of night it is. Rooms are very clean and a good size with daily clean towels left for you. It sits in a perfect spot for all the events and shows and if you don't want to leave the hotel at night the entertainment is as good as it great, Great singers funny comedians and bingo. Great hotel, good bed and drinks. Very clean although the lift can only fit two people. The stairs are no hastle. Navigating the hotel can be hard and it'll be reminiscent of the shining but it's a great place.

This hotel was very pleasant, the room we had was very clean. All the staff were very accommodating, from the reception to the service staff, all very pleasant, they all go that step further to make sure your stay is carefree relaxing happy atmosphere. I would highly recommend this hotel, my wife and I will certainly stay here again.

I stayed at Royal Seabank Hotel for six days last month.! I booked this hotel through Blackpool Promotions! BP were absolutely super.! I would highly recommend them! Their call centre staff are so helpful. The hotel Is lovely! The double room was spotless! The room has all you need & what was not there the staff promptly dealt with It. Cleaned every day by the lovely chamber maids. A MUG instead of a tiny cup! Milk, t-bags etc, refilled everyday.! Food was delicious with a varied menu! The Staff, everyone of them, we're so friendly & helpful! There are a lot of stairs Inside hotel, a lift which only holds 2 so I would request a low floor room If stairs are a problem for you! I had such a great time I'm going back In February! Fantastic!

At first when I arrived at your hotel it looked very nice and looked like a nice successful, but I toke that back when I arrived at our rooms, we have a big family and toke 2 rooms one of the rooms on the top floor which had my mother and two sisters inside. Their room they were to be in for the weekend was simply disgraceful and frankly disgusting, one of the double beds were damaged, pieces of wall paper picked of and peeled etc, toilet did not flush properly, bathroom door did not close properly, and were also silverfish in the bathroom also around the toilet and in the shower, we went down and complained and they said nothing could be done according to them as there were some rooms left to be refurbished. After this we went down to the food hall hoping we would be enlightened by their food!, again we were wrong, in my own words I would describe the food as cheap and nasty food! cheapest they could get their hands on to be quite honest, and also whilst we were booking we had told them about one of us having a gluten allergy also so they had prior warning for our upcoming stay in a few weeks. They said OK this would not be a problem we will get food in for her.
