I would definitely recommend this hotel and have already book to stay again. The manager and staff are very welcoming and helpful. Lovely clean comfy rooms and hearty breakfasts.

Had a lovely stay at the balmorol. The staff canot do enough for you. We had a bay window seaview and large double bed and still enough space. Food great and entertainment good. Clean all round They all work so hard in these stressful times Well done to you all.

Staff were friendly/polite meals were bang on bar was well stocked just an all round nice place to be cant wait to return.

So friendly and welcoming! We didn't stay at this hotel on our trip as we didn't know about it but I am leaving with an amazing experience and will definitely be booking a room for our family on our next trip. Highly recommended.

Basic hotel but can’t complain had a great time there staff are lovely very helpful and polite food was ok would go back again x.

The windows of both the rooms and the toilet recess were broken, the light fitting in toilet was broken with wires exposed, the lavatory was filthy and appeared to be blocked, the sink was leaking and the room was dark and damp. This actually is a description of a jail cell but would be a much nicer place to stay.

Had a fantastic time at the Balmoral, the staff bent over backwards to help us in any way possible and were so friendly and kind. Lovely atmosphere and room, the breakfast was great too! We will definitely be staying again and suggesting the same to friends and family. Thanks again.

My grandparents stayed here and would like to write a review. After staying at a dirty hotel they found his hotel which helped them straight away, Lovely staff, very helpful and their hotel was really clean! Breakfast was excellent and their staff were professional at all times. 1000%% recommend this hotel.

We have loved our 3 night stay with breakfast even ordered evening 3 course meal was gorgeous, family room was also clean loads of room, bathroom a little 2 small but hasn't put us off, entertainment is fantastic, kid friendly, staff well mannered and always happy to help and go the extra mile, also has a lock up storage for luggage if you don't get picked uptill later after check out, defernatly coming back xxx.

Just back from a 3 day break. Lovely wee hotel in the heart of blackpool. Breakfast was great. Really nice staff. Made very welcome on arrival. Had a lovely room. And fresh clean bed and towels. Will defo be back.

Don’t stay here.
As a seasoned Blackpool visitor I know what to expect from the hotels on the resort. Cheap, cheerful and small.
This place is way below standard. We couldn’t even eat breakfast which was the cheapest quality I have had from any hotel in Blackpool.
The room was cold, the “shower” was pretty much a tap on the wall — and cold! We were not able to shower in the two days.
The room is very dated.
There are better places to stay. Try the Craig Y Don next door.
We went in about 7pm on the second night to a shout of “are you a resident” yes. “We’ve been trying to get hold of you for days (we checked in at 6.30pm the previous night. )
Service in the dinning room was poor, as I said above we could eat breakfast when it eventually arrived so we ate at a small cafe later on.

Stayed with my son and mum and dad this week the sea view rooms were lovely to sit and watch the lights and mine and my sons room was clean and spacious… The breakfast and staff was lovely and catered for whatever we wanted. The bar staff was welcoming and made us all feel welcome and my son who is 9 and bored easily loved the bingo and was entertained all night in the cabinet room xx would recommend and will be returning xx.

Friendly staff, rooms tired, shower a joke, glasses in bar, were filthy when served with shorts, lager was sour, could be due to start of season, as not enough volume was sold, therefore beer in pipes was sour, food good enough, lovely dining room.
