The so called owner stole my 7 year old son's consol. Stealing from a child, what a dirty rotten thief.

Knock it down and rebuild, very damp, even your clothes in your bag where damp the following morning decor ripped and dirty, beds uncomfortable, radiators were not on when we came into the room at 11 at night so room was cold came on in morning but only half heated the top was freezing the bottom was warm, hidden charges is says free parking for then you get charged £5 when you get here then you need a £10 deposit if you want the television, will not go back, photos on the website are wrong they are from about 2 years ago, we slept with our clothes on as too cold for PJ's.

We travelled 5 hours. And when we arrived at the cadeby lodge, we were treated appallingly we had to ring for the host to check into hotel and could not get hold of host. And were left standing in the rain for 45 minutes along with other guests, and made feel we were an inconvenience. When we finally gained access into the property both my partner and myself were totally disgusted to find the place was unclean, we were taken to a room and told that they would get a room key and towels. And once again were left waiting, in a place that smelt of damp, there was no guest information pack as is required by law and no condiments or means to make coffee. This was the last straw and I made a decision that I would not stay there. As we thought the host was a very rude and arrogant woman, I now wish to get my money paid to be refunded, and I will take the matter to the papers along with photographs that we have taken I will be informing booking. Com about the matter if I am not happy that my request is actioned I feel that this place is not fit to home animals let alone paying guests the place looked like a pig sty not hotel, I look forward to hearing that my complaint is sanctioned to my satisfaction. As we were not the only guest to leave. We were also told there was parking onsite for guests when we arrived on site we were then told we had to use public carpark costing me a further, £20 From a angry and disgusted guest.

Bed matresses to big for the bases, hole in the roof of the staircase, sheets creased unkept, hallway dirty cluttered, in need of good clean, there is nothing to like.

The owner should get back on her broom stick and p*ss off.

Owner is a lovely woman who is very friendly and approachable. If there’s a problem and you tell her she will do her best to sort it. Would definately recommend.

Would not recommend to anybody not a nice place.

As a budget B&B in Blackpool it's as good as any other. Good location, parking for £5 a day and very clean and tidy. Will stay there again!

I've had friends stay there recently, as in the past week, the owner was one of the most nastiest rudest people they had ever met, apparently it would have been cleaner sleeping outside, when they complained about, the thilth and how disgusting it was, she kept their money and through them out, they are now trying to get their money back, don't be fooled by the nice reviews they were when the previous owners had it,

Avoid at all costs. Absolute scum filthy place. Owner will rip you off. We booked a twin bed room and was put in a single box room with two lumpy beds shoved. In with only enough room to squeeze in. Shelf on wall with tea making stuff as no room anywhere else (safety hazard). We walked out as could not stay in such a filthy dump and certainly wouldnt eat anything out of their kitchen. Owner would not give a refund even though room was not as described and filthy.

Cheap and cheerful. Welcoming and helpful, free parking, cozy room.

Location good, thats it, hotel changed hands last year, we stay twice a year normally, October was an experience, decided to give another chance… there for 6 nights, 5 of which we used a bucket to flush toilet, in the end used another room for toilet but had to ask for a key, had 3 breakfasts the entire time first one was late, second was very late and cold and the third was not nice at all… Had to ask for room to be cleaned, No towel for bathroom floor, had to ask for one, had to ask for bin to be emptied, No cups in bathroom anymore for toothbrushes, all little touches that previous owner did gone. Dinning room changed to bar area, not nice, Windows filthy and I mean filthy… Sorry Never Again and it upsets me to post this as loved this b&b and always has same room, booked hotel up road for October and next February already… it used to be great price with so much extra value and welcoming, now you get what you pay for, didn't pay a lot but my cats were treated better whilst we were away. I will be writing to visit England as should not be 3 stars anymore needs to be 1 (if that) … I think every repeat customer has now left and gone elsewhere… such a shame…

Nice landlady and warm welcome bedroom bit small and bed not that comfortable being pushed to the wall.

We have stayed here two nights. Very clean and tidy. Morrisa works really hard tho see that you get everything you need and more. Her son is also very polite. You would really like it here. It's all you need we will come back again.

Exellent clean place very central the new owner goes above and beyond and even out of her way to help nothing is too much trouble. Thourougly enjoyable stay would reccomend to anyone without hesitation. Excellent breakfast for an additional £5.

Fab place and sue and john are great cant do enough for u. We have been comin here for 5yrs and av such a warm friendly welcome Defo home from home. Sue is an outstanding lady and fab host and rooms and breakfast are superb! recommend to anyone!

Shocking attitude, my 60 year old aunt who has slight dementia, accidentally knocked at the wrong door at 2.30am. 8.20am, the 6 of us were asked to leave via a text message. We had no breakfast and then had the cheek to charge us all £5 each for parking. I will be writing to the papers about this place.

Great hotel, great breakfast and great service would recommend any one and everyone.
