This is the worst hotel I’ve ever seen in my life. Showers don’t work there was blood all over the walls in the corridors. We seen a boy smoking what looked to be heroin on the stairs The woman who ran the gaff couldn’t care about anything one customer complained about noise she told them basicallly to shut up and it wasn’t her fault it was noisy. Would rather sleep on the street filthy black stinking hotel.

I have recently just stayed here. It is by far the worst place I have ever been — the lady at the front desk is awful. Her attitude is discusting, she will not help u with anything. There are no words to describe her. Now it brings me to the rooms — discusting, filthy, freezing no heating, muck & dust everywhere quite basically horrendous, the beds are vile! do not stay here, it will spoilt your time at Blackpool it's discusting. Had to click at least one star — however they shouldn't even get one star!

Rang to reserve 2 rooms told them I will be there in 10minutes on arivel they ignored the door and phone.

Had a great 3 night stay August 2017, great room, great hosts, big brekkie with great smiley service, free parking what more can you say, will be back in 3 weeks can't wait. Ignore all negative reviews been 4 times now all ways great.

Staying here was a big mistake the ensuite was disgusting as soon so we used sink the room stunk like a sewer we were offered another room which we accepted because the smell was so bad but the night was ruined already,

Would never go back to this hotel! Absolutely flithy, lady at reception is so unprofessional. Car parking is unbelievable. Rooms are dated and dirty. Won't be back.

We're to start we booked 2 rooms for 4 adults the rooms are small and that's the sea view rooms have to be 5 foot tall have a good shower the curtains were not wide enough to fit the Windows and the best is that I have a bmw x5 car parked on car park and the ladie at the reception desk said to leave keys in a emergence behind desk so I did next morning after breakfast looked out window to find another guest at the hotel getting in my car to move it without my permission I was screaming out the window and my husvand spoke to the reception ladies she said thay was moving my car as it was blocking a car in I have phoned the Police and will be phoning trading standards as I feel a crime as taken place to give my key Without my concent I am devostated.

The walls were peeling off, so was the drawers. I was sleeping on many stains which I later found out were in fact cum stains! There was mould everywhere and the mirror had not been cleaned since 1970 which the TV you get will be from. Go to the new espalande hotel as it's half the price and more than 100% better. Wouldn't even recommend to homeless as the streets are better cleaned. The lady at reception was ok.

Great place to stay, only stayed one night but can't recommend the place high enough. Will definitely be returning here when in Blackpool.

Dirty hotel, really needs some work. The female member of staff was very rude and you really got the impression you were hassling her when asking questions.
