Spotless, welcoming, excellent breakfast, great location, car parking, sea view, well stocked bar could go on and on.

Bob and veronica are lovely, rooms lovely and clean very helpful breakfast gorgeous and they will tell you places of interest very close to the sea, trams, and bus stops and the town beautiful dining room too. We go back there every year.

Stayed here for the first time a couple of weeks ago. The place is spotless clean. The owner Simon can't do enough for you the breakfast is 10 out of 10. Bar food is first class. If you are going to blackpool you need to stay here.

Fantastic stay, couldn't fault a thing. Lovely host, great room, well stocked cheap bar and a top notch breakfast. Will always be our first choice to stay when in Blackpool again. X.

Held a fundraising function at the New Brooklyn Hotel. Simon and Richard couldn't have done enough for us. The hotel is spotless, beautifully decorated and so welcoming. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

A truly wonderful place. Staff are super friendly, they even sorted out a small surprise for my brother who's birthday it was. Me and my family were appreciative of everything. Breakfast was amazing, super filling and table service was awesome too! I would love to go back here! Right on the promenade.

I've tried many seafront hotels, and this one is one of the best in Blackpool as it has a panoramic sea view that does not just let you view the sea, but you can view the whole Promenade from Blackpool tower to pleasure beach. They also serve a good range of breakfast choices, the omelette cheese is fantastic, and if you require certain diet such as vegetarian etc you let them know in advance (the night before) and they'll be happy to accommodate. Some reviewers have criticised the security of this hotel but they just don't get it. The key system is brilliant, you get a single key that only opens the doors you need to get into your room. So if your room is on the first floor, you can only open front doors as well as your room door but your key cannot give you access to the second floor. It's just a nice additional security feature for people on that floor. The only downside is that they have a limited car park, which they charge £5 per night, and other residents may park behind you and block you from using your car whenever you want to. However, £5 for 24hrs is very reasonable considering that the alternative is to pay much more to park on the street (for maximum of 10hrs). You just need to let Simon know when you want to move/use your car and he will arrange with other residents to quickly move their cars. Other than that, it's a fantastic hotel with an outstanding view and great hospitality, would happily book again.

AVOID! The Owner charged MY CARD when I didn’t even say he could, that’s THEFT & I will be reporting it! All because a room that my friends were staying in, the owner claimed they stole a towel!? please! We are not pikeys! They didn’t get 4 towels to start with like the rest of our rooms, they had 3. When they said the maids were “strict” on cleaning, well our room wasn’t cleaned every day and fresh towels weren’t given when you are there for 4 days you need fresh towels! Also another group of our friends didn’t have any shampoo, conditioner or body wash like the rest of us, so you can’t be that strict if two rooms were missing different things. It’s all pathetic! They even Conned us out of parking and didn’t tell us it was £15 until we was leaving! Cheeky money grabbers. Doors slam loud at night so you can’t sleep and my boyfriend even walked in on one of the men in our rooms, claming he was Cleaning our fan, but fishy and rude to just let yourself in. It should have been cleaned before it was in our room. No safes in room, so anything could have been stolen, luckily we kept all important things on us. Hassle really, wouldn’t stay again.

Superb location. Excellent friendly service. Loved our room with a sea view. Nice and clean en suite with decent shower, and a TV with all the freeview channels in the room. Good breakfast too. Would definitely return and recommend!

I have never been to Blackpool in my life but staying at "The New Brooklyn Hotel" made the trip perfect.
Simon was a kind, friendly & just utterly wonderful bloke & the staff were incredibly friendly & helpful.

Went to Blackpool over May Bank Holiday for 2 nights and stayed at The New Brooklyn Hotel. I can't give half star therefore I decided to give 4* else it would have been 3.5*. Having said that please read full review. Location: 5*, as with most of the B&Bs and Hotels along the Promenade I do not think you cannot find any fault with the location. We stayed in Sea View Room and didn't get disappointed. The view was truly beautiful especially the sunset. As the windows is on road side you can have some noise till late in night. The Hotel doesn't have a lift and our room was situated on 2nd floor with 2 flights of stairs. I counted there were total 39steps :) So if you find difficult to climb up and down the stairs do keep the above in mind. Service: 5*, Simon will make sure that he does whatever he can to make your stay comfortable. He is such a lovely host. I am vegetarian so didn't had much options for breakfast but he made sure that I don't feel left out and got plenty of options for breakfast. Make sure you let your preferences know in advance, preferably the night before. The tables in the dining room are set according to room numbers :) Facilities: 3.5*, I would not classify it as a proper hotel but then it is also not the typical B&B too. Simon has definitely made an excellent effort to upscale it to stand out differently from a B&B but if you think it as a hotel it falls little short on expectation. You do get towels and few biscuits on arrival in room.

Looks a nice place when I went in.

Had a grate stay very clean and comfortable accommodation. Very clean and a brilliant breakfast. Nice friendly staff will be going back for shore. Very highly recommended. Much Better than some of the other hotels we have stayed at. Thanks again Mr A carnell.

What can I say excellent 3rd year for New Year and as always brilliant. The hotel itself is emaculate very clean, staff are very helpful and accomadating. Simon and Richard are the best hosts the food was amazing we saw the new year in with good company and good people. Not one complaint cannot praise Simon and Richard enough. Lovely hotel and atmosphere. The owner was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, we stayed in a family room which was very spacious. Will definitely be visiting again.

Amazing… I highly recommend staying in this hotel. It's warm, friendly and very clean! With a great breakfast severed every morning. We've stayed here twice now an can't recommend it enough! We definitely will be back… Caitriona x.
