The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is amazing, the staff are lovely. We visit Blackpool at least once a year and always stay hear! I Wouldn’t even think of staying anywhere else (not that anywhere else is crap) but this place is the best)

We only stayed here for 2 nights but could have made it longer The warm welcome and happy atmosphere made the stay The excellent breakfast served in our room 10/10 Great hosts Comfy bed great sleep will definitely be returning to see Jo Milly &Tilly very soon.

I wish my video would work I stayed in the smallest room because I'm handicapped and it was a very small little few stairs up into the room everything was vintage it was just adorable I absolutely loved it I took the whole video of the whole room wonderful showers the owner Jo was absolutely the best your breakfast in the morning was outstanding no matter what type of food if you were a vegetarian or not. Outside of the ballroom her B&B was the best thing Blackpool had to offer as far as I'm concerned they had a great little Pub down the road like a block called The Bridge I loved it I actually enjoyed my stay at the Barton House.

Lovely helpful and friendly couple, nothing is too much trouble. Very clean rooms, excellent breakfast and service.

Fantastic place, rooms are lovely, accommodated us perfect with 2 children aged 1 & 7years old and 2 adults, the staff are so warm & friendly breakfast was lovely too, great location, will definitely be returning xx

Stayed in room number two on Saturday night nice little room with HD TV and a comfy bed would recommend this hotel also free breakfast :)

Stayed here for 3 days over the new year. Arrived very late on the 31st (11.30pm) Jo and John were very accommodating, when we got to our room there was a box of chocolates waiting for us (cadbury, not cheap stuff). She even supplied us with a big bucket of ice for drinks. Then have a 'Bar' but its a self service bar and the rules are drink what you want but just replace it, and there was LOTS to choose from. So. Instead of paying 2 pounds a can of lager like most bars, drink for free and head to the b and m 2 minutes down the road to re-stalk. Was here with my partner and stayed in room 1. Bed was the most comfortable one I have ever slept in. 2 robes were supplied, as were 2 pairs of slippers. En suite (very clean, great shower), plenty small shower gels to use (if u don't have your own). Room had king bed, wardrobe, kettle with unlimited coffee and tea, a small fridge with fresh milk every day. Room also has a table to sit and eat at as well as a dressing table. Flat screen TV in room on wall so its not taking up space, also has a DVD player and there is a small collection of DVDs if u fancy a film/and unlike some places I had a perfect signal on the tv. Breakfast can be ordered the night before and specify a time you want it (8am-10.30am) and its brought right to the room. Food was cooked to perfection. My partner is very fussy about eggs and Jo and John made sure the cooked them to her liking.

Thank you Jo for a wonderful weekend. Breakfast in bed was top. Excellent. Clean tidy place and wish we could have brought that bed home, so comfy. Recommending you 200% to everybody. Mick from Leeds.
