Loved our little apartment it was perfect, great host, lovely and clean. Excellent location for families. Would definately recommend.

Lovely apartment, nothing too much trouble. Complimentary bottled water & lemonade, also candy floss for children. Wonderful breakfast, lovely people.

Really pleased with the 2bed room suite, quite yet right on pleasure beach/promenade. Nicely welcomed and provided with local information. Handy for restaurants and local amenities.

Such a lovely little find! Our stay was perfect, breakfast was beautiful & my toddler loved the pancakes! … perfect location next to the pleasure beach & over the road from the water park.

Fab definitely worth another visit.

Very clean and comfortable. Good location, convenient for trams. Breakfast delicious and plentiful. Delivered to your room or in the nice coffee lounge/dining area. Lovely staff. Quiet policy at night. We both slept well in our big comfy bed.

Rude staff, had a booking and cancelled it online the night before. Got a call from a man who was just rude and hung up when I told him I had already cancelled it. I have the cancellation email. But will post it online to prove the standard of customer service you offer.

Lovely hotel and brilliant owners nothing too much trouble had breakfast in our room came back to room to find a happy birthday decoration outside and inside a box of fudge and more decorations thank you mick and Jo.

2nd time here first time was the use of double bedroom All clean and just good size for a couple This time we had the apartment use as we had friends with us The apartment had a wee kitchen is sink fridge and kettle and a wee microwave Had a king size bedroom and twin room which was fine A small table and chairs for 4 and two wee lounge sofas All clean and just what u need to rest up in Breakfast included too So again well happy My friends were happy too as we are close to trams and buses etc Owners are so friendly and nothing to much of a problem So guess what all booked up again for next April just the two of us this time and I can't wait The rates are the best I've paid down in Blackpool for a long time and I go every year So and thank you and may your wee place keep going.

Fantastic place near the pleasure beach and sandcastle. Lovely breakfast served in our clean and comfy studio room on request. Great touches like complimentary hot and cold drinks and dvds on request, usb docking station, Wi-Fi etc. Ideal for families. Great find!

Just came back from the aparthotel today after staying for 3 nights over my son's birthday. Was a brilliant stay and the people that owned the place put a birthday banner on his bed and a happy birthday decoration on the door following on with a happy birthday decoration with the breakfast in the morning. They also had left drinks and choclates and candy floss in the room for him. We stayed in Studio 3 the room was nice and clean with comfy king size beds the breakfast was lovely and served up in our room which was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou for making our stay so enjoyable we will definatly be returning.

Just stayed for five nights with partner and two sons absolute fantastic hotel in a great area. Excellent hosts who made u feel welcome room was excellent spacious and very clean. Breakfast was again excellent which is served by the hosts so great way to start the day. Will definitely be back been to Blackpool for last five years and wouldn't stay anywhere else but here when we go back. Have already recommended to family and friends all in all a great hotel.

We are here now and it is amazing. The breakfasts are huge and very tasty plus they bring them to your room.
I feel they under price themselves for what is offered.
Great clean facilities and location.

Just back from a 3 night stay with sister in law and our little ones, our apartment was spotless and really nice, the breakfast brought to our door in the morning was delicious too. The location is great and the staff really helpful and friendly, my little girl loved being able to choose from a selection on DVDs to watch in bed after fun filled days/evenings. We have found somewhere we will always return to next time we visit Blackpool. Highly recommend.
