Great stay at this B&B. Clean and good breakfast, owners are lovely and are doing their best to update it but it is an old house.

Georgina & Chris are fab made us all feel so welcome lovely and clean room & bathroom. Breakfast was great also. Me and my boys will definitely be back soon. Thanks Georgina & Chris. Thomas said he will bust ya butt at pool next time Chris.

Stayed here for 2 nights, August 18/19 2019 with my other half.
owners Georgina and Chris, a couple themselves, were really lovely, welcoming and friendly when we arrived.
we were told all we needed to know, re: breakfast times, bar times, keys etc. Then Chris took us to our room and helped with our bags.
our room was small with us only being a 2. However, it was clean, had nice bedding and fresh towels for the shower.
Breakfast was, fruit juice, tea/coffee and a full cooked breakfast, which was nice. Alternatives were offered to other guests. Such as those with children or allergies.
Bar area ok plenty of seating, TV and pool table. Chris on hand for a drink and a chat!
Location great as right by the Pleasure Beach, Splashworld and weatherspoons. Loads of shops and takeaways nearby.
you can easily get to the North shore by buying a 24 hour tram ticket for £6, allowing you to hop on and off as many times as you want. This was suggested to us by Chris, who also gave us the number of a good taxi firm.
We enjoyed our stay here, it was pretty quiet and relaxing, Georgina and Chris are very friendly and down to earth.

We have had an amazing time, staff so friendly would 100% go back, kids love Chris, definitely family friendly hotel, thanks for making our stay amazing.

Very welcoming hosts, get treated as if it's home from home and they are very caring people making it a pleasure to be here we will give it 5 stars and will definitely come again the bedroom is comfy as well, breakfast is out of this world its lovely. Thanks Chris and Georgia for making us feel welcome we have enjoyed it hope to see you both soon x.

Hotel was nice Except I stayed 5 nights showered every day but they never changed the towels. Which has put me off going back.

Highly Recommended, Lovely Staff, Room very clean, breakfast was lovely, also staff great with the kids, would defiantly stay here again. Also left some items behind they phoned me I was already back at home so they posted my item out to my address. Very impressed with the service here. Also have parking here which is the added plus side. Happy with the service, Thank you :)

Really friendly staff everything you need nice clean tidy accommodation thanks for your friendly welcome.

Nice and clean with friendly owners. My only complaint is the see through curtains in the bedroom that make it feel like day time until around 9pm in the summertime so our children struggled to sleep. Dark curtains or black out blinds would have got 5 stars.

Great place to stay in Blackpool close to the pleasure beach.

Very friendly, great with kids. Immaculate, helpful. Not a far walk to some of black pools greatest attractions. Would definitely recommend and go back. I didn't think room was as spacious but wasn't a big deal.

Great hotel, rooms were spacious and designed well and immaculate, bathroom was stunning with heating system, great service and the breakfast was delicious, would definitely recommend and go back!

This is our second visit to this Hotel and would recommend it to all, David, Lyubov and Costa could not be more welcoming and helpful and the English breakfast is brilliant. There has great improvement in a lot of the rooms which is still on going, nothing was to much trouble for them. Dave & Hester.

Run by a really nice couple they are really helpful and breakfast was spot on. We will be going back to watch the lights later in the year.
