We loved the midland, the Thai food was amazing. Until tonight. They got our order wrong and we accepted one of the dishes / didn’t make a big deal. I just said I couldn’t accept the other as I was veggie. The waitress was fuming, she was shouting loud so the whole pub could hear. She was aggressive and rude And abused us for no reason and then the manager, an old lady came over and confronted us like we had done something wrong, she shouted at us infront of the whole restaurant. Told us to get out of her pub if we didn’t like it. Horrendous. The two women behind the bar were like something I’ve never experienced. It was shocking. We did nothing at all. We didn’t even complain the order was wrong. It was mind boggling!
