After staying at this hotel for just one night I was completely covered in bug bites. I have tried to contact the hotel but they are not responding. Since staying at the hotel I have had an advert reaction to the bites. This is not acceptable. Yes the hotel is a good price but I don’t not expect that to come at the expense of being eaten alive.

Lovely clean room very spacious brilliant value for money.

Nice friendly staff lovely little hotel so near the palace & other amenities stayed here on a number of occasions.

I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND! There were bugs and cockroaches in the room. I was severely bitten. We were tempted by the perfect location and very good price. That's why I did not have excessive expectations to the size of the room or a breakfast quality. What I deffinitively did not expect parasites and insects in hotel room. My disappointment has no limits. I strongly advise against staying at this property!

Infested with BED BUGS! DO NOT STAY HERE! They are FULLY aware of this infestation and continue to place the health and safety of their patrons at risk.

A pity the place infested with bed bugs. Not last or 1 hour when they were bed bugs walking on the bed and the corners of the headers. The receptionist as I showed him the video I do not hesitate in refunding the money. I would recommend it but the experience was not the best.

Very, very small room with no AC, but doable with an open window and the provided fan. Location was good. Close to attractions and lots of reasonably priced restaurants just a couple blocks east, but also in a quiet, more residential area, so not too noisy with the open window. No elevator and very narrow stairwells. Breakfast was disappointing, bread, cereal, boiled eggs, and one type of sliced cheese. No cream for coffee, just milk. We opted for a breakfast deal at a nearby pub the second morning.

A nice hotel, with clean rooms. A bit smaller room than some nearby hotels. Our room had a separate bathroom that required walking across a shared hall. Breakfast has hot food but no prepared eggs/ham.

Small rooms with no air conditioning, but great location and price for the area, close to Victoria station making it very convenient. Great if on a budget.

The room was ok even it was small but it was fine for a couple. I think the room is an average size for the hotel in London. The location was great, it was just few minutes walking to Victoria station. The breakfast was ok, not so many choices of food available but it was delicious. Only negative point is the toilet was very tiny and I felt uncomfortable when I was in the toilet.

The bathroom was outside the room, it's central, simple breakfast, only eggs, boiled, bread duñce and oats.

Dirty, buggy, unuseful tiny rooms. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly but any other thing about the hotel is really terrible! I am really disappointed.

Very tight spaces but good location. 2 blocks from victoria station.

The housekeepers will check the bags, we stole the. Charger. IPhone, we claim and we laughed in the face. Not recommended for anything. The receptionists or the cameras wanted to review. Just saying that neither understood. A shame. Thieves.

I stole out of the room accessories of my cell phone. And the people of the hotel did not want to do charge. I received abuse and even threats. Not recommended

The hotel is located few meters away from Victoria coach station and from one of santander bike docking stations. However, it is on a very quiet road and you definitely are not disturbed by road traffic. On the positive side, you can also have free breakfast. The choices are not huge but you can have a good start of the day. Be advised to get to breakfast early to avoid the queue and crowd of people. On the negative side, but very common in London, is the size of the room. Not more than 10 cm separates the bed from the wall, making it difficult to access the balcony.

Convenient and quiet location.
You can reach the most interesting places with Metro, bus and also on foot.
Very small room (no closet).
Recommended Max for 2 nights.

We found the Hotel to be acceptable. Small but equipped with hair dryer kettle of water for the small thirst is present. German outlet and a Safe. Bed blanket comfortable large bed. Bathroom with clean towels, shower cream and soap. Very clean. Some lamps are defective, but is bright enough. Daily Room Cleaning. The Breakfast is acceptable. The only minus point we had the bathroom in the room but across the hall in our bathroom. Hotel super close to the Victoria Station. Very nice staff. Happy again.

This place is not good for small children as the rooms are to small for kids to move around. We reserved a double bed room and when I we got here we were told they did not have them nor did they exist at this hotel. The heater and towel warmer are broken. The great view of the city we were promised is actually a concert square slab with a trash can in the center of it. How this is a 3 star hotel is beyond me.

Can I say if you need somewhere with great value this place is highly recommend.

Good location, clean but very small room. Free mobile phone and Wi-Fi. The breakfast is basic and can get very crowded.

Great location at 5m from Victoria Metro station and bus… small room but equipped with all comforts, balcony, clean bathroom and comfortable shower. International breakfast.

Very good location, clean and tidy. The bad, the room too small, no place to pass D one side to the other d the room, not a double bed, two mattresses together. Good breakfast.

Terrible experience. Staff were largely unhelpful. One, in fact, was extremely rude. Rooms were small and, as such, unsuitable for travelers with large luggage. They were also poorly ventilated. Stairways and hallways are narrow. Don't too feel too comfortable with their fire safety standards.

No, just no. Twin beds on wheels pushed together in a tiny room, don't move in bed as you'll roll. Pulled the comforter back and there were small dark hairs in the bed and they weren't mine. Smells like mold in hallways. Knew the room would be small because of the architecture but it was very uncomfortable. Suffocating bathroom, open door immediately after a shower as you'll feel like you're going to expire. Very disappointed.

Victorian architecture building on Warwick Way within walking distance to Victoria station. Positioned in quiet part of Victoria; easy to find.

Good location. Room good for price paid.

The room is incredibly tiny. You basically have to crawl over your bed and out a window to get to the balcony. There is hardly even enough room for my bags to sit. No elevator. I walk with a cane and upon booking told them that I could manage the stairs as long as I had assistance getting my bags up to my room. At the time, I was told it wouldn't be an issue, but then when I actually checked in, the staff was obviously upset that I asked for help and acted very rude telling me I should just leave it at the front desk. When I told them that I needed my bag with me, they told me they'd do it later and so I had to wait a while. Only bright side is that the bed is actually quite comfortable.

When we booked the hotel they portrayed it as a family hotel more like the sopranas they were a bit terse and agressive when we complained and there was a lot to complain about all I can say is give it a wide birth.

Great location being so close to Victoria station. Rooms small but more than adequate. Hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. Continental breakfast decent enough, and plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants nearby. Will def be using the hotel as great value for money.

It's conveniently positioned near Victoria station, so travelling about was easy. The room was small but clean and comfortable, perfect to use as a base for site seeing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, allowing us to leave our bag before and after check in/out. The breakfast was continental style with a selection of pastries, cereal and bread, all tasty.

The location is unbeatable.

If you like very small rooms, bath and wc down the hall and down the stairs, and a place where the carpet smells like something from WW2. If thats what you are looking for, and still want to top it up whit a breakfast, where you have to wait to sit down, just for getting borring food, if it that… then you dont nedd too seach anymore, cuse this is it. Ohh yes and the best of all, the price… is way way off the scale. Only chose this place if you are dying for sleeping in Victoria.

Neighborhood Pimlico, beautiful. Movie. Very good service. Rooms girls but very cute, clean and comfortable … they give you a cell with 4 g to q what take a tour of the city, with international calls free. The breakfast is good, the reduced hours of 7.30 am to 9.30 pm.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. My en-suite room had all the amenities you would need — free Wi-Fi, flatscreen TV, tea making facilities, fresh linens, phone, hairdryer etc. And also came with a cute roof terrace. The room was not big but it was clean and bright, and amazing for the location!
The hotel is located in a quiet, residential area a few minutes walk from Victoria train/bus station, and from there, all the main sights of London are easily accessible. The breakfast at the hotel was very good, with lots of choice but if you fancied eating out, here are also plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as a large supermarket, all within a 5min walk.

Comfortable, quiet and very clean. Friendly staff.
But tiny room, bathroom half a floor down, smelly and water flow is malfunctioning.
The breakfast was very average.

I did not like the service at the reception desk. They were not helpful or friendly. We booked two rooms (22 y 25) and they both had issues. Room 22's shower was clogged and it took a full day and several reminders for them to fix it. In room 25 the lights went out one night because of a fuse which the front desk clerk was able to diagnose and fix right away. Something tells me they already know about it. NOTE! The restrooms for these two rooms are detached from the room and accessible by walking down a flight of stairs. The rooms are very tiny and barely fit 4 pieces of luggage. All things considered I have to say that it is a good deal considering the location and for a couple of people. If you have a family then don't even consider it. | No me gusto el servicio en la recepción. Los empleados no fueron muy corteses que digamos. Las habitaciónes (22 y 25) tuvieron problemas desde el principio. Las bañeras e inodoros estaban seperados del cuarto aunque si eran privados. Una de las bañeras se tapó y mis amigos no pudieron usarla sino hasta la noche después de pedirle a la gerencia 3 veces que la arreglaran. Los cuartos son diminutos y apenas cabían nuestras maletas. Supongo que cuando se toma encuenta él local y la conveniencia el precio era más o menos razonable.

The bathroom s are good and so are the beds and the rooms are clean but I personally didn't like the breakfast.

I really liked this hotel! Stayed for 3 nights. I had a single room, which probably was the smallest room ever, I pretty much just had room for my suitcase, but the bed was nice and the bathroom was lovely. Really liked the shower! I didn`t spend much time in the room anyway, I don`t travel to London to spend unnecessary time in a hotelroom;) I also really liked the breakfast, it was much better than I expected since it was included in an already quite cheap price. It was lots of different bread, toast, croissants, sweet pastries, porridge, boiled eggs, cheese, jam, cereals, 3 different type of juice and really good coffee! No meat, I guess that would have made it more expensive. Vegetarian breakfast was great for a few days anyway! The people working there seemed nice, I didn`t have to speak with them a lot since I didn`t have any problems during my stay. I arrived quite early and they kept my suitcase safe until I checked in later and also offered the same service when I checked out. Everyone seemed very polite. Please be aware that there is no elevator in the hotel but lots of stairs, my room was almost at the top. I`m quite young so it didn`t really bother me, but might not be so good for old people. It was also easy to find, even for me who is not good with maps. I arrived at Victoria station and it took me maybe 7 minutes to walk.

Very Small room but clean and friendly staff.

Fair at best. The staff was not friendly at all, which is fine except when there is a problem. First of all, we were shocked to find out that our "private" bathroom was actually down a very public hallway and and a half flight of stairs. This isn't ideal when traveling with children who have to "go" in the middle of the night and this was a room advertised as a family room. Most problematic, after check in, we decided to go out to find something to eat and discovered that our ground floor window didn't lock. My husband went to the reception and the staff there said there was nothing they could do. REALLY? The sidewalk is right outside our window and the window doesn't lock and you won't fix it? We ended up shoving a butter knife between the window and wall frame to sort of jam it shut. The advertised ceiling fan was broken. The in-room phone was broken, so if we needed anything we had to go outside, walk down the sidewalk and around the corner to reception. It didn't matter anyway since the staff was not helpful except for when we accidentally locked our only key in the bathroom. Yes, you had to use a key to enter the bathroom. It was a key shuffling nightmare. Looking back, we are already laughing about it, so it didn't ruin our vacation, but it could have. I feel we were way overcharged for the service and quality we got. The location of this hotel is very nice. The neighborhood is professional and quiet.

Best Hotel in the world — I had a wonderful stay — Perfect — if you would to stay close to all the big attractions! Loved it.
