This is our favourite hotel out of the Firmdales. We always come back to the Haymarket. Amazing rooms, amazing staff and amazing food.

Wonderful 9 nights at the hotel. Staff are extremely warm and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is unbeatable.

Overall staff lovely and accommodating. Beautiful room and bathroom with such short notice booking. Unfortunately front-of — desk on checkout this Sunday lacked initiative and offered confusing and pointless ‘compensation’ for something that was broken in our room. This had caused significant interruption to our morning and she required a lot of prompting to do her job. I would have wanted to stay again but for that irritating experience.

Beautifully decorated, friendly, helpful staff. Manager was fantastic. Location is great for theatreland visits Will stay here again for sure.

Gone down since my last visit a year ago. Had to keep asking waiters for bread, water & my choice of main meal was replaced by chicken that was boring & no sauce came with it. Took waiters ages to come back to me by which time I had eaten it. Didn't get the offer of a mini sorbet at the end either despite seeing others with them.

Our favorite hotel for vacation by far. We've stayed at 45 Park Lane, The Mayfair, Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental. Haymarket stands apart as a boutique hotel that has staff better than the other hotels. Location ideal. We've been staying here for 9 years and looking forward to staying again next month.

Gorgeous hotel very well located.

My bed was too short. I never experienced this in my life. Really surprising as it's not a cheap hotel. I'm not a fan of the breakfast. I do prefer to be able to select my products by myself. Like in Vienna, Palais Hansen Kempiski. 5 stars but a big space for all the products for the breakfast. Plus cookers preparing in front of you your eggs or anything you want.

Loved it. The people who work there were lovely and so helpful. Wonderful hotel that is smart and well placed. I also noticed that it was quiet at night. I will be visiting again oh and again.

I've been staying at the Firmdale Hotels since 1992, starting with the Pelham in South Kensington. I have stayed at all their London hotels and my personal favorite is the Haymarket. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Service is outstanding, the concierge is super helpful, the managers and front of house place a premium on excellent service. Breakfast is a real treat, the restaurant is an excellent location for business meetings over coffee or a meal. The location is steps from Trafalgar and the whole of the West End. If you are looking for a warm, personal hotel for either a business trip or special vacation then, without reservation I would recommend the Haymarket.

This was my first visit to a Firmdale property and it was outstanding. The hotel staff was friendly, professional and so accommodating! It is beautifully decorated with subtle surprises at every turn. The private dining room, The Shooting Gallery was my favorite room, with delicate and bold decor creating a warm welcoming vibe. Brumus restaurant did not disappoint, we had breakfast and dinner there and both meals were quite satisfying. Thanks Marion and front desk staff for being so welcoming!

Excellent service in a lovely restaurant with modern decor. Afternoon tea was delicious with a nice variety of sandwiches, cakes and 2 types of scone.

Afternoon tea was amazing and high quality. Atmosphere is very nice. Service is very professional and generous so don't be shy to ask for something! A real gem in the city.

Our deluxe room has every amenity one could ask for. All at the front desk were most pleasant and helpful. The location is fabulous. Near Trafalgar Sq. As well as the West End Theaters. You pay for the quality esp at the holiday time, but well worth it. Breakfast is sumptuous. Highly recommended.

Very stylish hotel, with good food and despite inner city quiet ambience.

This is one of my favorite hotels in the world. I'm lucky enough to have stayed in some great hotels across the world and this is right up there for me. The rooms are charming and modern. We opt for a deluxe room when we stay which is a bit more expensive than the standard but worth every penny. The decor is a great mix of contemporary and heritage, as well as being very comfortable and fitted with all of the modern conveniences you'd expect, The service is phenomenal — efficient and friendly. Lastly, the location is great (depending on where you are going of course). It's close to the centre but it's on a small street that means it's really quiet in your room. Love this place.

Very discrete high hotel/venue with amazing breakfast options. No skimping on portion sizes… pleasant atmosphere I beautiful surroundings.

Good food, waiting staff were a bit hit and miss which affected my experience. All started from the moment I walked in and the maître d flashed me a disparaging look. The mood didn't improve once they'd realised I'd booked in advance and was shown to my table. I thought it best not to take up much more of their time so once they had left, I asked a waiter if I could move one table across (I was crammed in a corner and needed a more conventional seating arrangement, opposite one another rather than at a 90° angle). This request was met with an exasperated response which was as equally disheartening as it was annoying. I'm just pleased it was on my company rather than having to spend my own money. But again, the food was good and the waiter that actually served us was a delight.

Uber trendy boutique hotel in the middle of London's West End. Well appointed, attentive staff, great food and the pool area is incredible. Worth a stay if the budget can be stretched.

Attended as part of a work event. Staff were lovely and the building is very stylish. Very well located also.

We went to the Brumus restaurant for a Wind in the Willows themed afternoon tea before watching the show at the theatre. It was a lovely experience. The staff were all very friendly, the food was incredible and all in such lovely, tasteful yet quirky surroundings. I would highly recommend the Brumus restaurant.

Beautiful hotel in a fab location for shopping and theatre. Super friendly staff-this is our second visit here. We have also stayed at two other Firmdale hotels-Covent Garden and Ham Yard-and have loved them all. Bath products smell divine, cocktails are even more divine and the food is fab. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic holiday to London — it was a very short stay but we had a lovely and comfortable stay at the Haymarket. The décor is so unique and warm. Loved the Joan Crawford artwork in elevator! Nice touch. The restaurant had great dinner and breakfast. It's still not my favorite in the group (that's the Soho Hotel, no competition) but this time I had a much better room, large and elegant. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the whole experience was very pleasant.

Another stunning hotel from the Firmdale group. Like all of them the staff are all really friendly and accommodating. I came for afternoon tea which is delicious. Tell them in advance if you're vegetarian so they can prepare a different sandwich selection, they have this char-grilled pepper sandwich and a spinach wrap which is really tasty. Go downstairs and check out the massive swimming pool (with bar, guests only).

One of my favorite hotels of all time — impeccable service, great restaurant, awesome location near Piccadilly. Rooms are comfy and well decorated.

Fantastic little boutique hotel just 2 minutes walk from Piccadilly Circus. Despite its central location, it is absolutely quiet. Great design, great service. Only the breakfast is, as everywhere in England, does not have any doubts raised. Would book again but immediately.
