A nice place to stay and the staff are very friendly.

The hotel was lovely and clean, the staff was very friendly. We had the choice of which room we wanted stupidly we picked the top floor (no lift) The shower was great plenty of space, beds were comfy and clean. Would definitely return.

Given its reasonable pricing at such great location, I did not expect much from the hotel. However an unpleasant accident happened during our tour and it really dampen the holiday mood. I informed the staff of our situation, not doubt they do not have what I needed but the staff made the best they can offer, thoughtful gestures the reduce my stress, and that really lift up our spirit. We are able to continue our original itinerary as planned. A fine charming British style accommodation front with trained staff with excellent customer service. 10/10

The hotel facilities are a little dodgy. My double room was underground with a window facing a box and very claustrophobic. However, most importantly the Wi-Fi, hairdryer and TV did not work and staff did not offer any solutions to this. I needed the Wi-Fi for work and also check into my flights so this was a little inconvenient.

I stayed in room 106 for one night on 25.8.2018. I was greeted with a friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is generally clean good and comfort. The only set back was the breakfast where the menu is very simple and minimum choice.

Good loacation just 500m away from victoria station. Just be aware if you travel with handicap or old peoples, to many stairs. No lift.

Very small room at least for us who were in 4, but recently renovated and clean. No elevator. Poor breakfast but with the necessary.

Clean hotel and close to the bus station and many monuments that are accessible on foot.
Room a little small, not enough to put his suitcase, so the bed was certainly narrowed not wide and the feet protrude.
WC too close to the wall impossible to pass one leg on either side.

What a great hotel. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Handy that we could leave our bags there when we checked in too early. The location was perfect for the theatre and bus tour tea. Great restaurants and cafes nearby.
Room was a decent size, clean and modern with a good heating/aircon system.
We would definitely stay here again.
It could do with a toast machine and a few more cereals at breakfast but still giving 5* as the staff were so lovely.

Room was clean and very modern. Front desk was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was okay. Overall good hotel in a GREAT area. Near the Victoria station and Buckingham Palace.

Very small rooms by US standards, so take that for what it is. Beds were clean, but room walls were not, nor curtains. Overall I felt the room was decent for the price. Make sure if you're traveling with children you understand the restrictions for room size according to kids ages. We had to book a second room because our "triple room" was for two adults and a child 5 or under. With 3 kids over 5 we had to split up. Good convenient location to the coach lines and tour bus stops near Victoria. To sum it up, if you're on a tight budget and traveling by coach or heading to the airport early, this is a good option.

Very small room, no lift. Clean. Delicious, manageable breakfast buffet. Nice staff. Good location, 10 minutes to Victoria Underground Station, 10 minutes to Victoria Central Bus Station, which has a bus service to Heathrow Airport.

My initial impression was nice which turned bad fairly fast. Great location if you need to be near Victoria station for easy access to Gatwick et al. The price was fairly steep, but cheaper than most places in London. Anyway, good, clean, small rooms. The downside is that you can hear everything down to people opening and closing doors and taking a pee. The worst was when we went to take a shower we thought the water was already on, but it wasn't. It was the shower above us that was LEAKING THROUGH THE SHOWER LIGHT into ours. Needless to say, we had to skip showers in favour of not getting electrocuted. The front desk didn't seem overly concerned. They offered us another room to shower but it was too little too late as we had to catch our flight. I wouldn't stay here again. EDIT/UPDATE: I emailed the management asking for an answer and a partial refund. They have yet to respond but they did take the time to respond to my review on Google and comment on things I did not even imply were issues. The rooms are small, that's true and not an issue. They are well layed out. Staff were nice, I never said they weren't. They were just not concerned as they should have been about a potential potential electrical shock occurring in a shower. I'm still waiting for my direct response from management, and I won't be making another trip to this hotel. I will now add poor customer service to the list of issues with this hotel.

Nice Hotel on a quiet street in the center of London, near Victoria station. Comfortable beds, AC, nice "rain"shower and a breakfast with youghurt, bread, fruit. Looks just like the pictures.

It is a renovated hotel, and very close to the Victoriay station of the bus station. And if you have to leave hour before 10 in the morning, they will give you a little bag with some breakfast to take away. Very friendly staff.

Excellent, 3rd time we visited it is small, economical, with a staff well biased. The only cons is that it's all up stairs. No elevator.

One night stay over : —) good selection of breakfast and we timed it just right and the shower! Rain shower type thing :-) and good shops for snacks near by and right by Victoria so handy when your train is cancelled due to snow :D haha.

The hotel is very well located two blocks from Victoria station. Excellent treatment of its employees. Very good predisposition. We were very comfortable there.

Really nice hotel. I was lucky enough to have a ground floor room so didn't have the problem with luggage and stairs. Spotlessly clean. Room serviced daily. Friendly helpful staff. Fantastic shower. Very nice modern decor. Adequate continental breakfast. Approximately 10 minute walk from rail and coach stations. Quiet road. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The weather was very cold when I first arrived and whilst the room soon warmed up once I switched on the heater there was no heating in the bathroom which felt a bit like a fridge. Once the temperatures outside improved it was OK. Anyway just a suggestion that maybe a heated towel rail would be a good idea. Still give it a 5 though.

Hotel can recommend 4 floors without elevator. The paint that's decrepit. Super Noisy.

There was nowhere to put the luggage so we had to walk over them to get to the bathroom. — Hard, small and uncomfortable bed & pillow. — The bathroom was so small that we had to use the toilet sideways since there was no leg room to fit. Nowhere to hang wet towels. — Shower tray filled up and would not drain. — Linens and walls were dirty, as well as the carpet. — Walls were extremely thin and could hear guests from the neighbouring rooms at night. — Very creaky floorboards and noisy slamming doors outside our room. — The room was freezing — Poor Internet connection, need to check in on facebook to access it. — Reception guy was extremely arrogant (rude), unfriendly and unprofessional — Check out process took one hour. Reception was reluctant to give the Invoice, I had to insist and complain. It took so much time that I had to run (with my luggage) to Victoria Station to take the bus to the airport. — Not worth the price. For the same amount you can get a 4 star and above hotel with facilities. — Run away from it!

Room-> Small room with wardrobe, desk + chair, LCD TV (however only English channels), tea maker, mini balcony, telephone, mirror, air conditioning.
Small clean bathroom with large modern rain shower and spray.
Small minus point the bed was already very short width 180 cm long and therefore for me with average 186cm already something short. It was very convenient though!
Breakfast room-> with coffee machine with ten different programs, four cereals, toast, Crossaint, buns, normal cold cuts (sausage/cheese, Nutella and jam).
This room was also cleaned every day!
5 minutes on foot from the hotel, the Harry Potter tour bus to the movie studio.

Freindly staff and good location for Victoria Coach station and Theatre. Rooms could do with a bit of additional TLC however overall happy with the stay.

The hotel was very close to Victoria Station. Easy access to central London. The hotel was clean and the staff were lovely. The only negative was the extremely small toilets and room.

Super location, comfy rooms and great shower. However, lower ground rooms and associated area were quite cold when air con wasn't on and the generators were quite noisy.

The hotel is ok, it isn't noisy and close to Victoria Station. The bedroom was a bit small but just what you need if you're a tourist that will be outside the hotel room. The bathroom is clean and has a nice shower.

Great Service Although the room was very small (especially the toilet, basically attached to the wall). Very nice shower. Very Close to the coach station (Victoria Coach station).

Had a good 2 night stay here, breakfast is continental but more than sufficient, no lift so if you don't want a good workout ask for lower floors overall couldn't really fault it for the reasonable price, very central.

Overall OK, the room rather small but clean and breakfast acceptable.
But we lost the key to the room and first we were told to charge us 3 pounds at night and then we were charged 5, I found a rate, no longer that I get charged, but I charge what I give them at every moment, so I suspend them.

Hello Hotel very comfortable room for 4 according to the explanations very good bedding and very nice bathroom ideally located only downside 3rd floor without lift I recommend.

Perfect location at a budget rate. Be sure you understand that any hotel in this area will have smaller rooms unless you are willing to spend a lot of $$$. We were close to everything we wanted to do and Victoria station as well. The reception staff were superb. They accommodated our 1 year old with a crib, and put us in a room away from the others which was a good thing since our baby was recovering from jetlag. The only complaint was that the young gentleman working reception at night was less than courteous to us and our baby. Everybody else though were excellent.

Very welcoming concierge. Was not able to avail the breakfast because we had to leave early. Has television, hair dryer, extra towels folded into swans and telephone. Modern design, occupied a room in the upper floor, the floor was a bit creaky but understandably the buildings in London are old.

The hotel is very well located and the rooms, although small, have everything you need, with a modern décor.
The price is somewhat above average in the area and is expensive for what it offers, although you already know how the accommodations are in London.
Breakfast is not very varied.

It is a good place, although the rooms are very small but if you are going to visit London you will not spend it in the room so cover what you need and the ones that are there are very friendly.

Great little hotel with friendly staff, comfortable beds, good hotel showers and an above average breakfast. We just found the 6 flights of stairs to our 3rd floor room a little daunting (! ), and woe betide you if you're taller than around 5' 6", because you'll have to sit on the loo sideways! But good value and a great, quiet location 10 mins from Victoria Station.

Beautiful Hotel and the staff are so polite and genuine. We were made to feel very welcome and we're allowed to store our bags before check in; allowing us to explore the city without having to lug them around! A great location with Victoria coach station, train station and underground all within a 5 minute walk, but still away from all the hustle and bustle. Would happily stay there again and would recommend it to anyone!

It was a very nice Hotel. Friendly staff.

Very expensive for what it is, but this is the case everywhere in London. The rooms are tiny, our basement overlooked a kind of small walled courtyard with a huge machine (ventilation? ) very very noisy. Otherwise the room is pretty, well decorated and the bed comfortable. The breakfast included in the price is of a quality and a pretty heartbreaking choice. The location on the other hand is perfect, and the staff very helpful and nice.

The hotel is nice clean and with great bathrooms! He doesn't have an elevator… So if you sleep like me Al4piano: Good climb! International outlets. Great I would say.

The room was clean and modern, perhaps a little smaller than expected but was still very reasonably priced for London. Breakfast was a very basic continental but it was free so really can't complain. It is less than 5 minutes walk away from Victoria station and along level ground so useful when bringing baggage. There is no elevator access and breakfast is downstairs, not sure if this is advertised. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is really nice. My only problem was that when I booked the hotel we reserved a 3 bedroom room and it didn't say on the website at the time that this would be a double and a single and there was no way they could fix this for us.

Great hotel, central location to victoria station. Breakfast not overwhelming but great before arriving at lunch and not be weighed down. There is no elevator so everything on foot. Rooms a bit tired though modernized. Nice bathroom and very comfortable. Sure that you pay all upon arrival. Wi-Fi good but certain things blocked like Instagram and the like.

I have chosen this place since we arrived at the airport at midnight and there is an easy transfer to Victoria station. The hotel is in walking distance and it was beneficial also for departure back. It is not far from centre. You either take bus, tube or there are the Santander bikes on the way to station. We'd got a room at the lower ground, but there is a window to get some air in, as well as light. Room was very small (you cannot even open bathroom door fully since a bed stand there), but you do not miss anything, room is clean and looks that was recently refurbished). Breakfast is simple, but everything is very good. Bread, cheese, ham, salami, cereals, yogurt, jam, sweet pastry, juices, coffee/tea.

Hotel very well located opposite the station victoria and the subways! Staff were friendly despite the fact that staff don't speak french! Hearty breakfast! Comfortable and clean room!

Little expense this surrender … we were 3 in a triple … will that we love each other and we were fine too tight! Nice hotel without pretensions … very nice. We were always around: but what you need to do in the rooms had to be huge!? Regular cleaning. Breakfast room normal. I would return again since I can't afford more!

The worst hotel experience in London so far! The stairs are dirty — like they never have been vacuumed! The breakfast area is a small cafeteria — in which there is not enough food, plates, cutlery or juice. The single bedroom are very small — you have to hose if you wanna go to the bath room. Imagine it is in the middle of the night! I can't recommend Airways Hotel to anyone!

Absolutely avoid the 405 tiny room. Currently under renovation. Wake up to the Sunrise of the day because the curtain does not prevent the light to pass through. The bed is small and narrow. Breakfast at years lights of the breakfast indicated in the description. It's cheap, as the price.
The photos on the page are false and do not reflect the reality of the place. The only advantage: located 2 steps from Victoria Station, but there are many other hotels in the area…

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone… Dirty carpets and walls, holes and wires hanging freely from the ceiling, a broken showercabin and a restroom that smelled of ammonia. The breakfast was basic (to say the least, prisoners in Sweden are offered a better meal to start of the day) and it truly felt like you were eating in the basement (or an old, beaten and windowless cafeteria in a mental institute from the 1920's). Never again.

The location is good but the Hotel is a nightmare. There is No elevator, the worst breakfast I had in Europe, the only one without Air Conditioning, the shower gave two options, or cold, or burning. In order to better avoid the hotel.

Good, I just arrived from my trip to London and the truth is that everything has gone great… except for the hotel… We have traveled to 10 friends to the capital and after a cansadísimo journey we arrived at the St Georges hotel Victoria, street, St Georges. If you are interested you can go to your page where it is sold taaaaaaaaaaaan nice to fool anyone. Well, the hotel was not cheap and was 3-star, so even though you know what's account of the hotels in london, we were expecting something more normal. We had paid in agency-by-4 double rooms with bathroom and two beds. To ask for our rooms as soon give us each a in a floor. Specifically, our were in the basement. When we opened the door of the room had such a heat that even smelled bad. The heating was full and you could not drop… it was a tiny room where the bed was hitting the radiator (burning) to be able to go to the bathroom (in that if you were within not podìas close the door because literalemente not you). I for work I travel a lot and I know the minimum that we had paid and I turned round to my partner and I we were sleeping there.
