Great cocktails and atmosphere :) We have been served by Cristian tonight — one of the bartenders. This guy puts so much effor into what he does that it makes this place really amazing.

I spent one night in this so called 3 Star hotel. My room was along the road from the main Hotel. Down some steps at the back, bed was a double but no headboard and the bed base had come apart. Cups and kettle but no tea or coffee, tap for water is in the shower space, no chairs of any sort. Not all lights worked The room would be ok in a house share at £30 a night But a 3 Star Hotel at over £120 per night?

Very old, not clean, never come again. Besides, we lost 150 pounds in our pocket left in hotel, because they didn’t take all, so we didn’t realize until leave London.

Poor… Grubby and poorly run. Internet not working, no toilet rolls, dirty carpets. £25 deposit for mini bar containing 2 Mars, 2 Fanta and a kitkat! Only positive is location…

After initially being told we couldn't stay due to private parties, we were welcomed once it was established that a staff member have told us to pop by earlier that day. We had a groupon voucher and were on holidays. The staff were so professional, friendly n fun! We sat at the bar watching them make the most delicious cocktails ever. This is a classy and funky venue n we will defo visit again next time we are in London. Thank guys n gal. Sorry I forgot ur name! Ps check out the toilets.

Great place. We had cocktails and sharing platters and everything was delicious. The staff are lovely. Would highly recommend and will be back next time we're in London.

Been here twice now, great service, innovative cocktails, very reasonably priced for London. Had a really good sharing platter and an amazing Skyfall cocktail that came in a bell jar filled with lavender smoke! Amazing.

Received a group on voucher for a gift and used it on Friday night with my 2 friends to be really surprised! This place was outstanding; service, drinks, food and music was all amazing. We had two fantastic waitresses, pity I didn't catch there names (they did tell me). I couldn't fault the place and highly recommend. Planning to come back soon for a work night out!

I was looking for a very cheap hotel with a great location and that's exactly what I got. Right next to Victoria station, it was just a bed and that was all I was after. Marks on the walls, tiny room with tiny bathing facilities and in a basement, but great for what I was after.

In other situations, the quality / price ratio justified the stay. In this hotel the price is not worth even the location. Rooms small and in need of essential maintenance. The photos are not of the hotel in question, but of one near where it is required to check-in, cumbersome and slow. I'm sorry but it does not deserve the three-star hotel which boasts.

Clean rooms, kind staff, but everything is very small.

This place doesnt look like the pictures AT ALL! The room we got was on a fourth floor and when I say the fourth floor I mean steep narrow steps leading pretty much to the attic with no elevator, a broken fan with no stand (like seriously wth am I supposed to do with that?! ), and a super small bathroom. Not sure the bathroom fully constitutes a bathroom more like a dirty airline restroom. Now I know why they have a no cancellation policy! Didn't even trust walking barefoot in the room. The rug looks like the last guests died on it. I had booked 6 days wish I had booked none!

Great price for the location but some little niggles that made it 3 star. Bed was uncomfortable with springs sticking out and very creeky. We also had the network server in the room, very strange. Seperate toilet was a bit annoying at 3 in the morning. But it was simple and cheap so cant really complain.

The photos from this hotel looks rather decent and appealing. However, the truth is much different. This room that I am having do not even have a room number and it is on the first floor. Room cannot be lock properly and comes with a cabinet with exposed screw, an abandon network cabinet, old table and oddly placed drawer. The wardrobe door cannot even be properly closed due to the ironing board. To be fair, the reservation team was helpful to accept my parcel before my arrival. Except for this, the entire hotel sucks big time. This belongs to Tophams Hotel and the front desk person that I encountered during my checkin was very snobbish. Tophams was supposed to be a fine hotel but comes with subpar standards on service. Totally not recommended for stay in this hotel.

The lobby is in a different hotel. My room was in the basements with bad internet. Room was clean but paint came from the wall. Breakfast was good.

Absolutely lovely place. Very attentive service even thou they did get my reservation name wrong! We bought a Groupon before going, a platter and 4 cocktails for 24 pounds. Absolute bargain. Well worth it, cocktails and food was stunning. A hidden gem.

Good location, and reasonably priced, but thats the only nice thing I can say about this hotel. Receptionists at check-in wasent particularily friendly or welcoming. Rooms were small, although this is expected in London, but what was unacceptable was dirty, rundown, musty rooms. There were several types of mold immediately recognizable in the disgustly dirty bathroom. We were afraid of using the bathrooms because of how dirty they were. There was exposed wiring in the bathrooms and pee stains on a curtain next to the toilet. The hotel should be shut down and made uninhabitable until they completely renovate it. Judging by the terrible management of the place, this probably wont happen.

Much nicer hotel than I had anticipated. Breakfast was a lot smaller than I expected but the rooms were nice and the beds were pretty comfortable.

I hired this venue exclusively for my boyfriend's 30th birthday party last weekend. I could not have imagined a better turnout on all levels of the service. Originally I chose to hire Eaton Square Bar because of the spacious interior and fabulous decor, but I ended up receiving countless extra perks — like a delightful staff who teamed up with me from beginning to end. The 12 different canapés served were all impressively tasty and the cocktails on the menu received non-stop praise from the guests. One of my guests was in fact Lebanese and is a fan of their food — which says a lot! The prices were beyond reasonable. Thank you Eaton Sqaure Bar for making my event the subject of high praise from the 100 guests — many of whom plan to get in touch with you for their events in the future cheers xx.

Excellent service. The staff are very attentive, and the food and cocktails are great. Perfect for that special occasion.

A perfectly fine bar but has little atmosphere and feels a bit like an airport lounge. Food was reasonable, had the Salmon tagliatelle which was cooked perfectly. At the touristy end of prices so better with discount offered by tastecard. Nothing wrong with this bar, staff were very nice but just a bit bland.

Used this place for a very important charity fundraising event. The style is comfortable and easy on the eye but adaptable to create whatever feel needed. The layout creates natural flow and zoning areas. All the staff are amazingly friendly and accommodating, very professional. Great food and drink. Will certainly be popping back with friends for a social get together. Highly recommended.

Loved it! Great location to the theater, just 5 minutes walk. Amazing cocktails, great food, and awesome service (thanks Diego! ) Highly recommended.

I am generally easy going on reviews but not on this place… poor service (unenthusiastic / unhelpful) and the food was of low quality — very basic and uninteresting. Much better Lebanese food and service can be found across London. The price was high but even if it was low I wouldn't go back. Not for me, one to miss.

Have just been once, because the main restaurant next door was booked for a private party. The decor wasn't really to my taste, to be honest, a bit too modern and trendy. That said, the food seems to come from essentially the same kitchen as next door, and they serve mostly the same menu, which was just as excellent as it is in the restaurant proper. So if you wanted something a bit more lively/trendy than a normal sit down meal, this might be the place for you.

I absolutely love that place! David, Andre and all the staff at the Lounge were so helpful and funny. The food is amazing, the drinks are very affordable and very fresh. Would definitely take my friends to Noura Lounge again.
