Great place, nice rooms, friendly and helpful stuff, excellent central location close to tube, bus and shops. Ideal for a weekend in London for a couple/individual on leisure or business. Been 4 times abs every time is brilliant. Value for money.

Very close to everything, convenient shops nearby, very close to Regents Park. Quite modern rooms in terms of technology, including lovely underfloor heating in the bathroom. Breakfast is good, nice buffet to help yourself to.

Very good location, great service and breakfast. Amazing amenities in the room. Our only concern was that the room was very tiny and not great for long stay.

Although some rooms are accross the street from main building and on how high floors with no elevator, the management is very good about changing rooms subject to availability. Other than that, excellent hotel, clean, basic, small but modern and efficient rooms. Great prices, great value.

This is a really, really bad hotel. Don't let the website fool you. They've used a fisheyed lens to make you think the rooms have any size. Of course in this area, small rooms are expected, but the website is quite deceptive. I have to turn sideways to slither past my bed to the closet, for example. Breakfast is mediocre. The AC in my room didn't work for the first three nights, and the person that came to check on it would helpfully open the window, which housekeeping would immediately close when I left the room. My last night (tonight, May 24 2018) the AC actually came on but the hotel wireless completely stopped working while I was trying to rebook flights. The staff is terrifically disinterested in any of these issues and mostly just doesn't answer the phone at reception. Oh, and something randomly does a two tone beep on a regular basis for a few hours every night. Do not stay here.

I was booked into your hotel for 2 nights, the 9th and 10th of this month. I was in room 221. I would like to raise some issues with my stay. I called the night porter on the evening of the 9th, around midnight. The green LED in the room was so bright that I thought I'd left a light on. The porter covered it with tape, which although goes against health and safety was a welcome addition to the room. I also mentioned that the room was very hot, and that the aircon was ineffectual, or broken. In the end I had to open my window (outside was noisy) and open my bedroom door and the landing door to allow some cold air through. The mattress was also broken. Where the bed is against the wall, and I assume never turned, the springs on one side were broken and when lying down I would roll to the edge of the bed. The night porter suggested I move my pillows to the foot of the bed! I said I'd turn the mattress, to which the night porter offered no assistance and left, so I turned it on my own. The room also was missing the TV remote control. I had so little confidence in your room, or the staff being able to rectify the issues I had to book into the Marylebone Travel lodge. Which cost me another £120 (cheaper than your hotel) but at least it had a comfy king size bed and a room at an acceptable temperature. I am very disappointed with my stay at your hotel, I've never had such a poor experience.

It's small but cozy. Very convenient to 2 stations. There are some restaurants and Cafe around the hotel. But you can hear the sound and noise from the next room and outside.

Small room, no elevator, dark stairs, old carpet, you can hear the noise from the other rooms, windows need cleening, I would not recommend despite the good central location. It is not a charming boutique hotel, it is not worth 4 stars.

Lovely decor but small. Noisy on the lower ground but as expected next to road. Good breakfast, could do with topping items up more regularly. Friendly staff!

We spent 3 nights at the Park Avenue Baker Street and the first thing I would like to highlight is the friendliness and the good service we received at all Times. The staff at the hotel are excellent, starting from the reception to the attendance in the dining room during Breakfast.
The room was well equipped, very clean and super warm (something that is appreciated with the cold that always does in this city! )
The breakfast pretty full, I would say perfect to start a long day of sightseeing!
Definitely the value for money hard to beat… 'll! :)

Booked a room with them, realised an hour later I'd made a mistake with the dates (two months before the date). Hotel wouldn't change date or rearrange the room. Awful service.

Good hotel for a short stay in London Near tube station and restaurants The rooms are small, but clean, modern and safe.

Location of the hotel very convenient with two Metro stops close by (Baker Street and Marylebone), but for good walkers in a short time you arrive in the center of Oxford Street.
Renovated hotel relatively recently, fairly new, with good housekeeping service and welcoming customers.
Good breakfast, both Continental and English breakfast, to be consumed in a nice bright and cozy room.
The products for the personal toilet of excellent quality, provided punctually every day.
There is also service of you, coffee and carbonated drinks available in the room.
Only one note a little negative, there is no elevator but the old structure that houses the hotel does not allow its insertion.
So not suitable for disabled.
On the other side of the road, on Gloucester Place, in the building opposite, there is another block of rooms.

Clean and modern but nothing special, breakfast was disappointing.

Absolute shambles of a organisation would not recommend this hotel to anybody. The customer service that we received was shocking still waiting for somebody from the hotel to get in touch with me regarding a issue on the 1st of July.

The rooms may be small, but I'll stay here again! The price of this hotel is significantly lower than at other hotels in London. Yes, the rooms are small, but have everything you need and are very stylish. Yes, it's a 5 minute walk from the Tube, but it's also on a street that's nice and quiet. Yes, the breakfast isn't spectacular, but it's amble and good enough. The service was very pleasant, but I didn't need them for anything. Everything was as it should be, so no need to go looking for help. Ah, yes, some of the rooms are across the street. The hotel is a series of townhouses on both sides of the street. I found it charming and much more accessible than a traditional hotel. If you're looking to be on the Queen's doorstep — this place is not for you. If you're looking to spend the weekend in London, go for walks, ride the tube to wherever you need to go to, this is the perfect place, because you'll save enough on your stay to spend those savings on drinks and food. Don't get me wrong, this place is NOT cheap. But, in comparison to the other non-scary options in London, it's quite a deal.

Annoyingly bright green LED in ceiling which can't be turned off and lights up the whole room. Great shower though.

It is London, so everything is quite small. Hotel was good, bathroom was excellent, exactly the same on pictures.

Lovely room, well designed, clean, airco working well without noise, large, modern bathroom, with luxury products. So why only 3 stars? Room in the basement. Oh well, only 1 night.

Copy Cats. When I arrived in the room that I was staying in, I immediately had this feeling of uncanny familiarity. I soon realised that the interior design in this hotel was a cheap imitation of a hotel that I had already stayed at called Eccleston Square Hotel. Especially the headboards and the unit around the TV's. Also, as of 09/10/14, the main photo on their website homepage isn't actually of their own building. Beware of staying in this hotel as the people running it seem to be quite disingenuous.
