I have already reviewed on TripAdvisor but can honestly say this place is brilliant for such a reasonable price you are paying & the staff were great!

Perfect place for your trip. Great location.

I was in the residence last week for my holiday. I chose this place because to be honest the rest of hotels are quite expensive and I didn´t want to share my bathroom or bedroom. In my experience was great and definitely if I return to London I´ll be again in this place. First, the residence is located near to the Mile End station that is located in zone 2 of London, the bedroom was comfortable and clean, actually the residence will provide you linen, towels and toilet paper. All staff is very friendly and always able to help you. I chose and option with breakfast included, isn´t a big breakfast but it´s ok. I preferred to booked in place instead of some hostel because I didn´t want to share bathroom or bedroom, it was the perfect choice. The only think that I didn´t like me was that one of the lamps in my room was not working correctly so I went to the reception and they gave me a table lamp. The rest of things were perfect.

Beautiful place to stay beside the regents canal. Mile end station is just 5 mins walk. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are pretty clean. I stayed in beaumont court, only con was no lift, And I had to climb 3 floors with all the luggage. Rest everything was great, the food at the curve was fine. Breakfast was okay. Would stay here again!

Basic rooms, but functional and clean.

Graduated in 2014 and I am expecting to stay here this summer.

Rooms are nice enough of a little past their best/tired. The flat I was in seemed quite noisy, doors slamming, stairs creaky and rooms not particularly well sound proofed. But the price is more than reasonable, the location good and the staff friendly and helpful.

Good basic accommodation. Great location and excellent value for money.

This is a very affordable way to stay in London in the summer. The room is nice enough and on the large side (for a single room in London). Clean. Breakfast was included, but not all that good. Location is good and close to Mile End underground (good connection to most sights).

Ensuite bathroom with a bath. Extra bed. Overall, great place to stay.

Clean and quite, near a metro station and a lot of wine and food shops.

You get what you pay for: cramped but fairly clean student rooms. Way too hot for comfort, and windows open only in some rooms. Toilet leaked water onto the shower floor every time it was flushed. Doors slam upon exit, thus awakening everyone. Breakfast only barely passable. Only stay here if you must, e. G. Visiting Uni for a short period.

Room was a modern student room. Clinical but fine. Ensuite small but functional. Convenient for working at Queen Mary University. Breakfast in canteen passable.

Very nice location room were very good.
