Very nice hostel. Wifi is fast and free, lots of options for breakfast all for only £3, each bed has its own plug with a small nightlight which is handy, place is clean and tidy and staff are great. All in all a good place to stay.

I've had a very nice night sleep, nice and clean place. Very happy to choose this place to stay, close to the Tube Mile End station, very helpful.

Small hostel of high quality. Comfy and well organised beds with a lot of storage. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Very good location, close to the underground and pubs/food stores close by.

Courteous staff. Clean rooms and linen with a well equipped kitchen, laundry room and the best part is the lounge. The bathrooms were well kept. I would say the best place for young people and people travelling without a family. Will always come back here.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The hostel is nearby an Uni so there is plenty of places to eat, best of all: inexpensive. Not to far from the hostel down Grove road there is a great fish and chips spot. Cool wall art at the reception of the hostel. The rooms are a bit smaller than your regular hostel but cozy and comfy nevertheless.

A very well kept youth hostel. Very clean, and with excellent service. Small downside, the road is very busy!

The best hostel in London. I stayed in several dozen and this was the best. So clean, comfortable and accommodating. The staff is also the friendliest I've encountered.

Perfect location near central line subway station and the Regent's canal, comfortable and cozy place, nice staff, good breakfast.

Great Place. No wonder they have the distinctive best hostel in england. The staff is very friendly (the in the evenings speaks Spanish tb), the site is close to the MileEnd station and the room without having luxuries I really liked. The beds were very comfortable.

This place is probably the best hostel to stay in London. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the old house is lovely. It's the many details that make a difference: Power adapters and padlocks to borrow for free, cute London-themed drawings on the walls, always available coffee and tea. The staff was very polite and helpful as well. In general the atmosphere appeared to be rather calm and serene, the other guests tried their best to be as quiet as possible and to not disturb each other. I can and will definitely recommend this hostel.

Great affordable hostel. About 30 minutes by bike or tube to the center.

The only truly comfy hostel I've been to in the UK. Sometimes a bit overpriced, but you know it'll be warm inside, the beds have curtains, Wi-Fi is ok and there's a kitchen. Gets a quieter crowd accordingly. Not too far from Brick Lane and Shoreditch.

An extremely friendly staff and a nice clean hostel. The rooms are kept in tip top shape and most importantly the beds are quite comfortable. The kitchenette is well equipped with burners, a microwave, a toaster, and a kettle. As well as dry storage and fridge space. Just a short walk from the underground and a handful of bus stops. Shops right around the corner along with Mile End park. I would happily stay here again.

Very friendly, got lockers and a little diy safe with charger ports and light in the bunk beds. The curtains in the bunk beds were great for privacy. Shower was great. Very clean. Best hostel I've stayed at.

Great receptionists, clean, fairly quiet, smart setup in the rooms with privacy curtains for the bunk beds in the dorms. Also lots of small shops and cafes around, great park and walking areas.

They got very nice and helpful staff. It is the best hostel I've been to so far and they've raised the bar pretty high. It is very clean and nice place to be in. It has some cool and educational artworks painted on walls and ceilings. Kitchen is well equipped and breakfasts are worth extra few pounds. Everything there, is well organized and thought through. For example little things like soap dispensers and paper towels in bathrooms, or free socket adapters and padlocks for safe cabinets. Wi-Fi is free, nice and fast. There is free Netflix on TV in the cosy lounge area. Hostel is located close to lovely park, subway station and mini market. It's​ definitely a place I want to visit again.

This hostel is a gem in London and has rightly been awarded best hostel in England. Quiet, comfortable, all around good deal. Come here to stay near the city center without breaking the bank. Staff, rooms and facilities are great. Improvement is possible surrounding breakfast, but that's a minor gripe. — Staff is fantastic. Any request is taken seriously with a "can do, will do attitude" — Wi-Fi is super fast (plenty to steam video at 1080p) so watching Netflix in bed before sleep is possible. — Rooms are comfy, and curtains around bunk beds make it feel you really have your own little cocoon, and quality pillows and mattresses help significantly. — Rooms are quiet, and this is no party hostel, so night rest is uninterrupted. — Every bed has its own wall plug in a locker (to charge your phone and store your valuables), which is locked with a padlock that you can loan for free from reception. Additionally, under the beds you can lock away a carry-on or backpack (another padlock) — Facilities are roomy and clean. — Common room tricked out with a shared PC and Smart TV with netflix.

Cool Hostel! Secure and locked rooms, with a cool cupboard over your bed you can use as a laptop desk and phone charger! Nice staff, good facilities, breakfast included, good oasis out of the London cold.

Thank you so much Park Villa Hostel for hosting our family for the 'Devon-Punjabi Mash-up' of our wedding! We cant praise the hostel and staff enough. We had our wedding in the nearby Art Pavilion and our family came up from Devon and stayed at the hostel. The price was great, rooms clean and comfortable with all the things you need. Everything was of a really high standard with no request (large and small) being too much for the staff! they help with last minute wedding emergencies and bent over backwards to ensure that everyone was well looked after! Thank you!

Great hostel to stay at in London. Comfortable beds with privacy curtains, reading lamp, outlet and fold out laptop desk. 5 people to a room maximum with a small breakfast included. Croissants, toast, cereal, milk and juice, peanut butter, jam and butter. Small kitchen with microwave, hot plate, toaster and all essentials to cook your own small meal if you want to cook. Bear in mind this hostel does not have air conditioning. I stayed here twice the first time was great as the weather was cool the second time it was extremely hot and the windows in room 2 only opened about 3 inches so the heat was unbearable. Keep the weather in mind when staying here. About a 5 minute walk to the closest tube station (mile end). There are also a few places to eat within walking distance.

Great hostel! The bathrooms are particularly good.
