Modern, Roomy and Refreshing. This hotel is new, modern and close to London Bridge station. The neighborhood is safe, trendy and easy to navigate from the hotel. The room was big and the bathroom was pretty spacious too. The bed was comfortable and the pillows weren't a thin cotton mess. The a/c was cold and there is a grocery store across the courtyard. The bad. The walls are thin. There was a couple having loud sex down the hall that I felt like were in my bedroom at some points. I also saw a drunk woman on a man's lap in the lobby bouncing up and down on him presumably trying to go at it. Sure these were just 1 offs. Everything else was lovely and I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful neighborhood views and a view of The Shard from the room. Oh and the hotel stafg was fabulous. Don't try to check in early though. They are very strict about this.

Stopped by for lunch while driving from London to Bristol. You can order a la carte or choose the menu options fairly priced £20 for 2 and £25 for 3 courses. Delicious food, friendly service, beautiful decor. Dog friendly and large free parking area. Highly recommended.

One of the best hotel rooms I've stayed in. Was lucky enough to get upgraded to a suite. Very comfortable and nice and quiet.

Great welcome and good advice for sightseeing! Several people on the team speak French.

The Bermondsey Square Hotel is a decent hotel. The neighbourhood is very trendy, hipster, with a lot of young people, bars and restaurants. London Bridge station is a 5-10 minute walk and connects you with the rest of London. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room itself is fine. We maybe expected a bit more luxury for the price paid, but London is a very expensive city overall, so it will probably be an accurate price for its worth. Only aspect that could really be improved, is the drainage system in the bathroom. It makes a lot of noise and the bathroom and also the towels smell quite weird.

Lovely service great breakfast — scrambled eggs a bit hard for my liking but no reason to knock a star off.

Clean. Very comfortable mattresses. The bathrooms are smelling delicious. The room has everything to make itself tea, coffee, hot chocolate. Linen is changed every day. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere.

The Bermondsey Square hotel is in a prime location walking distance from Tower Bridge. My hotel room overlooked the square which is a busy place with a wonderful Turkish restaurant, a Sainsbury grocery store (with an Atm), a bar and movie theater, food trucks at lunch and general community atmosphere. It is across the street from an historic Abbey Church which has a lovely park where people walk there dogs, eat picnics, and spend time outdoors looking at their phones. There are plenty of restaurants withing walking distance that there will always be something new for dinner. (Or you can do like my grandmother and I and eat at the Turkish restaurant three of the five nights of our stay. ) The hotel has a wonderful breakfast included with the room and a restaurant and room service menu as well. The hotel does not serve alcohol. The staff was incredibly accommodating and set my grandmother and I up with two rooms last minute when we were ripped off by an Air B&B user. Everyone was so friendly and offered assistance when we had billions of questions as the tourists we were.

Great, always with is excellent customer service. The menu is not very expensive, good value for money. The kitchen was excellent.

This is a really surprising place. It is a dry hotel so no alcohol unless you take it to your room (I did, no prob), the staff are really really nice and helpful, the atmosphere is absolutely great and the decoration of the place is simply beautiful. The room was cosy and nice, absolutely great ceiling shower, fantastic view of the London skyline. I recommend it hands down, please everyone stay here (I swear the owner is not a member of my family! ).

Good service and enough food for breakfast. Rooms for 4 people have nice bathrooms, but when you have a shower, water goes every way.

Very nice location and quiet hotel. Modern equipped rooms that offer everything you need for a London GETAWAY. Subway easy to reach (alternatively you can use the bus which leaves almost before the Hotel)

The hotel is good, the warehouses Excellent. Only the breakfast is left to be desired. If you like a British breakfast where you prefer, the offer will be less than the standard in this hotel class.

Nice modern and stylish hotel. The neighborhood is quiet and rather young. The price is a bit expensive but if you are lucky enough to be able to offer you go there as well as a couple as with family.

VIBRATING NOISE AND FRONT DESK DIDN'T CARE! My wife recently treated me to a secret anniversary get away to Central London, booking us a stay at the Bermondsey Square Hotel. On the face it we were delighted to have a weekend in London, but upon arrival it quickly became apparent we had an issue which would ruin our stay. We reported that there was a buzzing noise coming from our top floor room and the front desk literally treated us like we were crazy. It went on right up until midnight and then started up again at around 5am. We called down on three separate occasions on night one. Unfortunately for the hotel I work as a M&E Mechanical Engineer in London and know the sound of dodgy air-conditioning and extraction, but the front desk appeared disinterest claiming it would be resolved and then the next day the duty manager also appeared to claim it had been resolved although it had not. In the end we paid our bill (my wife's insistence) and left. We would not recommend until they get their noise and customer service issues sorted out. Avoid.

Great welcome, superb staff. Spacious rooms, perfectly clean and everything required. Came back extremely late one night and we're still able to get a sandwich to our room, was needed! Would definitely recommend!

Great location and very attentive staff. The room was lovely and of good size with a fantastic view of the city skyline. The food Inc breakfast was a good quality with good portion size and not too badly priced for London. Would definitely stay again.

We had a newer room, very nice, clean and equipped with several built in USB charging ports! That saved me every day :) free Wi-Fi and once logged in with Android (a bit quirky due to login page design) it will quickly reconnect after prompting you to login, upon returning to hotel. We took the free breakfast option, it was easy and nice just to go down and eat with out having to gear up and leave the hotel. The food was nice and plenty of it. Plenty of options too. The only bummer was the coffee was luke-warm, never hot, but was able to ask the staff to heat it up with the steam from the cappuccino machine problem solved! (Wouldn't let that stop you from staying here) The staff was very nice and friendly :) thanks to all and especially those who steamed my coffee! I would certainly stay here again, great location and quiet for good sleeping.

Simple and tidy Hotel. Without great demands and with a minimalist but effective approach. Good cost/performance ratio especially if related to Nice location in an area of London that becomes more and more interesting. Some downsides are related to the difficulty of adjusting the temperature in the room (all too hot, for my taste), to the need to have an adapter for the power outlets (the hotel does not make them available to guests, but has someone only in And to the management a little ' approximate of the spaces for breakfast.

This hotel is in a great location. Just half a mile from More London. The room I stayed in had recently been renovated and was finished to a high standard. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were nice and clean if not on the small side. Surprised to find the hotel was dry (did not serve any alcohol) which was a shame as I would have definitely used the bar if there was one. Food was good in the hotel restaurant and very reasonably priced. Location was good, and was a short walk to tower bridge. If getting there via tube, I would suggest walking from London Bridge station rather than borough as it's a much nicer walk.

A truly stunning hotel. The bed was the single most comfortable I've ever stayed in, the room was spacious and luxurious, the bathroom modern and well kept. It is a dry hotel so they don't serve any alcohol, but that doesn't matter as there's a Sainsburys next door and they let you bring your own drinks to the room. Breakfast was very very good, high quality and very filling with a good choice of food, both hot and cold. The staff were a little hit and miss though. Most were very friendly and a pleasure to talk to, however there was one who came across like he didn't want to be there and was (possibly unintentionally) a little rude. All in all, a fantastic hotel and I wouldn't think twice about returning.

Nice place for meetings and work. Pretty good coffee, nice biscuits but be aware it has a no alcohol policy.

We stayed in room 114, is a newly refurbished great room. The paint smell is pretty obvious, except the Elevator is the smell, but the room was definitely not apparent. Location good, you can go for London Bridge, walk in a circle, around a small cinema and Sainsburys supermarket. We never drink…

We stayed at the hotel for valentines night and got the All You Need Is Love Package (All you need is love this February! Indulge your someone special with chocolate dipped strawberries, a delicious breakfast in bed and a lazy late check out at 12 noon and feel the love! ). The suite was lovely, spacious with a comfortable large bed. Shower was amazing. Lovely balcony overlooking the sky line. The location is great, a short stroll from London Bridge, on a square with a small cinema & a sainsburys local. Breakfast was lovely and service was very good. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was nicely decorated and very modern. Loved the shower. Mattress was very firm but didn't feel the springs. I just wish it was closer to the underground we didn't need to take the bus.

Great views of the shard from our bedroom and only a 10min walk to London Bridge station! Rooms are bigger than average making it great value for money. Restaurant has a casual vibe with free coffee in the day. Excellent customer service, will definitely be visiting again!

Really great location with free parking nearby at weekends The bed is really comfy and the hotel has a charming boutique feel. Would not hesitate to recommend.
