I only stayed one night but I really enjoyed my stay comfortable bed and so spotlessly clean:) single room was a bit small but it was functional. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice nice coffee too I checked out at 05.20am but returned to use my parking space and have breakfast in the Zara Lounge the lady on Reception and the Breakfast staff were lovely, if i'm up in the City again I will return thanks Lee Moore.

If I could leave no stars, or negative stars, I would. Here’s all the issues I experienced during my stay:
*initial wrong room number / key card given
*layers of dust on shelf above the best
*disgusting stained sheets
*dirty unhoovered floors
*very dirty toilet bowl and seat
*a piece of card stuck to the ceiling in the hall — very unsafe
*a luke warm barely edible breakfast.
I would never recommend staying here, not even to my worst enemy. Hotel refuse to accept responsibility for the dirty room and poor customer service I’ve received. Avoid at all costs.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location, in the heart of LONDON! We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back soon. Thanks to the great and friendly staff.

Fabulous location, lovely hotel, newly decorated very stylish :) welcoming place to stay friendly staff and so convenient situated a 2 minute walk from the underground, and we enjoyed our breakfast very much :)

Beautiful and very cosy hotel. Everything is new and clean. Reception and other staff are very kind, Abu and George, specialy! I strongly recommend.

An amazing hotel, the facilities, the toiletry, the Tv, the Wi-Fi; everything is amazing. The staff is really nice and helpful. I only stayed there for a night and I will stay there once I go back.

Lovely small newly refurbished townhouse hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and you can store your luggage if you come before time or after you have checked out. The rooms are a bit small but suitable for people just use the room for sleep. Roms have bathroom (with hand soap, shower gel, shampoo) and are equipped with TV, coffee/tea and electric kettle, and closet with safety deposit box. It is 5 min. Walk from Earls Court underground station — picadilly line (Blue) from Heathrow Airport and district line (green) and circle line (yellow) — And 3 minutes walk to road A3220 with restaurants, pub's and shop's, buses run nearby. And 8 minutes walk to Cromwell Road that lead to National History Museum (about 25 minutes walk).

The rooms are clean, the breakfast tasty, and the staff are absolutely lovely. For this price in Earl's Court, it's great. Would happily stay again!

Stayed in small double room. You can see in the photo I posted it is not a double bed. The room is very small but very comfortable and squeaky clean. Love that they have hairdryer and water kettle in the room. But they don't provide toothbrush and toothpaste. The location is golden! 2 min walk from Earl's Court tube station.

Wonderful staff who were unfailingly polite. Decent breakfast. Small but wonderfully air conditioned room was very comfortable in the 30°C heat! Thanks.

Good quality for a reasonable price, nice 24h reception service. Clean rooms and bathrooms, there's a safe in each room, free Wi-Fi and tv. I stayed there 1 night and I'm pretty satisfied with the service. It's really close to Earls Court Underground Station so it's pretty easy to get anywhere from there.

Great location. Rooms alright. Cheap hotel, you get what you pay for. Parking isn't really good. Staff are alright.

The most terrible internet service ever. You need to reconnect every minute… dont count on the internet service for more than a click. Even to write this review I got dc twice! The location is good, the room was clean except once!

This is an ideal stopover place if you're attending an event at Earls Court, as I was. The room was rather small, but it had the basics covered, including free Wi-Fi. Breakfast was simple but tasty, as you'd expect at this price in this location. In short, think of this as a good value hotel and you'll be happy.

Lovely place positioned between earls Court and the high street. Perfect for attending expos, while having the option to eat out and local. Room was more than adequate, lift was tiny and useless, breakfast was as expected. Great value.

Have stayed at this hotel from the 17 to 19/01/08, I highly recommend, value is indisputable, the hotel is clean the rooms are friendly even if they are small. Good reception, good breakfast. Difficult to criticize at this price! I will return. And besides it's walk to the metro.
