So far it has being a fantastic experience — staff are great — location is perfect — nothing to complain about.

Great location for business meetings in The City.

Awesome place… value for money… good location.

Even though got a staff that was so rude when we check in… still a nice little hotel to go to especially if you’ve got 2 Christmas parties to attend and they’re literally 5-10 minutes taxi. Free snacks and refreshments. We got to work out too at their gym (with few running, bike and rowing machine plus some eights) as we don’t want to miss our gym day. Other staffs were friendly and helpful and was so apologetic when I explain to them our “unwelcoming and horrible check in experience”. And what I don’t get is this particular rude and obnoxious female reception was also from the same country as me (Philippines) but the way she treated me and bf was not was Filifinos are known… we are very friendly, caring, helpful and hospitable. Just sent my email complain as what she has done was uncalled for and not acceptable at all. We got good service from hotels we paid for less than £80 and at this hotel we paid £108 and we get treated really horrible. I will still come back and hopefully the staff in question will get more training on how to do her job properly.

It’s a little tired! Towels in bathroom very old and scratchy. No safe in room. Staff lovely though and some nice touches like wine at 5pm!

There were ups and downs staying at this hotel. Its geared toward business travelers so lobby staffing is very minimal, and they have self checkin and check out. The lobby always has snacks and coffee/tea available which is nice. My biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the room. There was a big, nasty stain on the bed skirt and overall it didn't seem thoroughly clean. The location is very much in a business area of the city, so restaurant and pubs close down early and there may not be the options you're looking for if your visiting as a tourist. Easy walk to tower of london though.

Great centrally located hotel. Was perfect for our one night after a late flight back from Gatwick and work the next morning — only 2 mins round the corner from where we work so we got a lay in and good night sleep! Thanks.

The location is excellent for business. The rooms are too. The hall is very elegant, albeit I'm afraid is a bit small if > 10 people are seated in coaches. There is a small buffet in the hall, that is perhaps the only defect because for the class of the hotel it's a bit poor. Wines and champagne offered at 17 and very welcome. Enough quiet to rest the night. Breakfast non included for > 160 £ and this is in my humble opinion a lack of class for an hotel appealing the gentlemen visiting the city. My room was spotless and the bathroom generously spacious, hence why to don't install a luxury tub or a proper shower cabinet instead to be obliged to take a shower in naked tiles and the simplest courtain to protect the rest of bathrooms from spills and splashes?

Nice touch having complementary coffee, fruit teas, cold drinks, and snacks/fruit in the lounge area. Free water available in refillable bottles. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice clean room, great power shower.

Decent medium standard with easy access to the tube. Check in is very easy however there is only one person at that desk and once you check in he moves on to the next. No greetings or mentioning what's available. Not even pointing me in the direction of the lift!

Booked a standard room but was upgraded which made all the difference to me as I was staying the night before running in a road race the next day. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful & let me use the gym shower on my return to collect my luggage so I could cool off and get changed before heading to get my train home. The lobby area is great and the room service options to get delivered to your room are also good (even if the app is a little dodgy on phones — pop down to reception and they will sort). I’ll definitely be back.

Check-in was super easy. Great location. Not too far from 2 different Underground stops. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. We weren't able to go to the cocktail bar because they were close the first time and the second time was a private party, but we went to the restaurant and had a few drinks there. The restaurant is very nice. The room was very comfortable and they had air conditioning! …

Decent medium standard. Easy for the tube and central London. Rooms clean and roomy. Business like if a bit boring. Free drinks and nibbles although these get taken quickly and are not replenished. Check the rates though as they change on different websites quickly. We weren't offered their best rate directly either. Which was disappointing.

Good business hotel Pros: — Room. Big room, with big TV. It has all the amenities that you would need for a business trip. — Location. City of London. Mixed: — Breakfast. Although the breakfast was good, they didn't have a wide variety of choices. Also the plates and the cutlery weren't properly washed or dried, as I was able to see water spots on them. This isn't what you'd expect from such a hotel. Cons: — Check in experience. They have a very cumbersome check in procedure which really takes a lot of time. We came to this hotel as a group of about 50-60 people, and it literally took them more than one hour to complete the check-in for all of us.

Clean room and bottle of wine and snacks, great location and staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. Free snacks and soft drinks in lounge and water on every floor. Free happy hour between 5&6pm. Will definitely return.

No food/ snacks or tea or coffee as we returned from a night out… disappointing.
Few apples and coffee in the morning for breakfast nothing else… didn't bother!
Strange concept, don't think I'd use again.

The hotel is located in the business district between bank and monument. This makes it easy to get around on the tube, but it’s very busy during the week and a dead on weekends. Nothing is open on weekends Hotel rooms are comfortable with fridge and microwave. Staff are generally helpful besides one Asian lady, manager I assume. She’s rude and blunt. Shouldn’t be in hospitality. Otherwise great stay!

It was clean, comfy and simple hotel. The restaurant at the bottle level serves really good steak. The lounge on first floor offers free coffee and some snacks to all guests. It is near a market where Harry Potter was filmed in one scene.

Great location. Friendly and professional Staff. Smart Hotel with automatic check-in and check-out; Mobile app for elevator control and room door opening. Free Refreshment desk in the entrance hall. Water dispenser in every corridor. Good prices.

Nice and quiet are on a weekend due to the business district. Nice clean rooms with fast free Wi-Fi, a nice breakfast is served within gaucho. Didn't have lunch or dinner so can't comment on that. All in all a good hotel within underground distance of everything you want.

Clean and nice hotel. Reserved for a small room, but still very spacious for two! And for a few days.
Only small downside, the pipes of the adjoining rooms (we know when the person next to shower or flushes the water).

In a triple room there actually are two double beds (one is the sofa bed), so two children and two adults sleep comfortably. The hotel and the rooms are clean, the location is great, close to the biggest attractions of the city, very quiet. Also recommended to families of four people.

Nice comfortable hotel close to some of the tourist attractions. Rooms are small bylut quiet and clean. Bathrooms look a bit dated though but are maintained well. The staff is nice and helpful.

Good hotel, the room has a microwave, it is convenient in this place in London.
In the hotel lobby area, enjoy some tea/coffee at any time, with fruit and snacks in the morning and red wine in the afternoon 5~6.
There are water dispensers and free bottles on each floor. Personally highly recommend it.

Good and pleasant place to stay in central London with reasonable price. They do have restaurant and physical activity gym. Food was awesome. Kind receptionist and good hospitality. They do care their guest good way. Better to book earlier to avoid no room. Wonderful place to stay. Giving 5 stars rating.

The rooms were very clean and rather quiet. We were there for 4 nights. I slept every night like a baby. Breakfast was overpriced and without any fresh vegetables at all. Overall the choice was quite small. We then used to go for breakfasts elsewhere and we ended up with much better selection for less money.

Very good service with coffee, fruit, water, soft drinks and snacks available to guests. Good flat rate of taxi to the airport.

A great stay in the heart of the city. Our room was comfortable and quiet, cleaned to a high standard. Really liked the ability to refill water bottles and free refreshments. Overall a good hotel.

Good location. Loved the water dispenser with refillable bottles. Nice to have a coffee machine in the lobby. The only issue was about the temperature in room, but I guess we could have changed the ac.

Tiny room. Bathroom FREEZING! Broken TV and two calls before they sent someone to fix it. Very limited menu for dinner. (Great if you like Gauchos — not so good if you don’t. ) All in all, top dollar for a mediocre hotel.

I stayed at the Cub Quarters Hotel Grace Church London this month with my friends and we had a lovely time. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The staff were very helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

Great Hotel, great location for business, close to Liverpool station so well connected with airports clean rooms and functional water distributors on each floor.

Very good hotel to spend a few days with family. Nice area and very well communicated, nothing noisy and with many places of attraction nearby. Very friendly staff. And how much is to appreciate the service that is in the hall of coffee, tea, fruit, cereals, cookies… And even, at certain times, nachos, sauces and wines, all included in the price, as well as bottles of water available in the plants. The family room is very spacious and well-distributed, with a microwave and fridge, with millions of drawers and a good wardrobe. The very powerful shower with daily replenishment of hygiene products. I do not put five stars because the beds are not as comfortable as you expect compared to the rest of the services. Still, I absolutely recommend it.

Good location from tube station, and pub next door. On a weekend, most places nearby are closed however London bridge is in walking distance. Room service is not provided by hotel, however there is a local delivery service that we had to collect from reception. Rooms were nice with heating for the winter, the only fault would be outside noise, so perhaps ask for a room away from alleyway. Great to have free chilled water available.

We arrived in the morning and the check in was at 15. Without asking for the early check in money we were handed the room card. Free to enter when we wanted!
Friendly, helpful and friendly. Staff always present and impeccable.
Free coffee and herbal teas at the lobby and also some kind of wine.
In the room, besides usually kettle with you and coffee, a microwave, a fridge and smart TV.
Bathroom and room spotless.
They do daily housekeeping and change sheets and towels on request to avoid waste.
For an Italian this hotel is a true 4 star.
Maybe the only flaw are the rooms not soundproof but with the tiredness you sleep the same!
Promoted with full marks, also for the very adequate price and the great location.
Liverpool Street Station is a 10-minute walk away, in front of the hotel there is a bus stop and 400 metres from the "Monument" Metro stop.

Bed that barely holds, cage with the extra women of rooms under the bed, card charged twice (first time for a kind of bail more expensive than the price of the room reversed one week after departure. Second levy to pay for the room. Never notified of this procedure, neither orally by the reception, nor on the site)

Room comfortable and clean, bathroom slightly older, hotel is right in the middle of the bank center, breakfast so la la la.

Hotel is dated. Rooms are very small. Kept hitting my head on wall. Switched rooms which hotel was very accommodating about. Cleaning of the rooms was not very good. Hotel staff was friendly. There is a hot water kettle in room if you like to make tea or coffee in the morning. Filtered water available on every floor. TV in rooms kept shutting off in the middle of a show. Seems like there is a network problem in hotel. Hotel location is good. But will not be staying here again.

Average To go, sleep and come back.

The room I had was great, with even a kitchenette inside. It was always super clean, always someone available in case of need and moreover always very helpful. I was allowed to take a bike within the room and I highly enjoyed the snacks provided for both breakfast and dinner and the drinking water always available in the hall. Finally, they were super quick in both the check in and check out processes.

We had a couple weekend late October 2017 at this hotel, we were pleasantly surprised! Very good reception of the staff with an early check in authorized, hotel located in the heart of the City Bank of London, easy access by the National Express train from the Gatwick airport to the station Blackfriars (45min) and this station 20 minutes on foot. Moreover the hotel is served by several buses and two metro stations (Bank and monument) and all in an acceptable value for money. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We stayed 2 days and were 3 people. The hotel is central. There is no breakfast but coffee, tea, drinking water and Wi-Fi are free. We were happy with our stay. Definitely may stay there again…

Very happy with my stay here. Great room for a business stay, had everything I could ask for. However, some of the staff could smile a bit more.

Great hotel. Room very clean. Tea, coffee drink making facilities plus microwave in small kitchen area. Free hot drink machine in reception area along with selection of nuts, seeds & smarties to help yourself to. Ordered food to the room from Goucho's restaurant which is within the hotel. Lovely food. Free bottle of good wine in room but believe that was supplied from booking company not hotel.

The london gracechurch located is dirty, disgusting and unwelcoming. The hallways smell like curry. I will never booked with club quarters again, will pass the word around friends and family and blog about it. Room 209

Arrived here for a 1 night stay for business. Quick self service check in at the desk. Got room 523. Upon opening the door I got a smell of damp. Not pleasant. My suspicion being water was spilled on the carpet some time back. The room was dull wedged in the middle of the building with little natural light making it in. The room otherwise is basic nothing fancy. Bathroom reminded me of an airplane. Room service menu seemed quite expensive but they did have the option of ordering from local restaurants also through a service called seamless. I did that for pizza. Breakfast was average but reasonable the restaurant is dark and seedy feeling though not the kind of place for first thing in the morning. Overall this hotel is location location location and little else. Certainly my room wouldn't give me cause to come back.

We've had excellent service so far for our first night, the room is well layed out and very comfortable, even including a small kitchen area. We've got one more night, but I'm sure our whole stay there will be great.

Comfortable hotel reasonable size room, free coffee at the lobby, walkable distance to London Bridge and borough market. One thing is that on the weekend everything around the hotel is closed.

The room was spacious and well kept. There was a kitchenette if you want to do some cooking. However not really practical as a business Traveller, as there were not pots or pans or plates. A bottle of chilled water is offered to guests. What this means is that there are fill bottles in the lift lobby and a water dispenser. Not really what you picture. All in all my opinion is that the it is overpriced for what you get.

Despite being a four star the rooms leave much to be desired similarly to the service. Prices really high and although I had taken a room with breakfast included I had to pay £14 extra. I recommend it. Look for other places to stay in the beautiful city that is London.

I have been to this hotel with friends (we have occupied 5 double rooms)
The hotel near the London Bridge and Tower Bridge, the area surrounding the hotel is an area of offices and banks so it is quite quiet, it is very close to 2 Metro stops (Monument and Bank), what not to underestimate since in the weekend one was closed for jobs we have PO Tuto use the other without problems, not far from the hotel there is also the Liverpool Street train station, 2 bus stops or 10 minutes walk.
The hotel has a small lobby but welcome you where you can serve free with coffee, cappuccino, tea and water, in all floors you will find water dispensers and bottles to be able to fill.

Very nice Hotel Clean rooms and dispensers of water and coffee available to the customers. The breakfast and the gym are very small.

Hotel very well done the only flaw the staff does not speak Italian water dispenser at your disposal spacious rooms with all the comforts from the television to the USB socket to charge your smartphone very clean.

Comfortable staff friendly drinks always available in the lobby and water available in the dispensers on the floors. The room large enough (the third bed is a sofa bed). A few steps from the subway.

A present hotel. The decor is slightly dated. It was certainly state of the art technology 4 years ago but the thing with technology is that it moves on. The only complaint I might have is the bathroom, which wasn't really the standard I would expect from a 4* hotel.

Great location in London (for business) and very nice rooms. Fast and free Wi-Fi as well as filtered water on every floor. Modern rooms with all the required amenities (except and iron / board). Complementary soft drinks and snacks in the lobby.

When I arrived at the hotel I was told they were overbooked and had no room available — even though I had pre paid for the room. So I had to go to another hotel at midnight in central London. Not a good experience.

I stay at the CQ fairly regular and I enjoy staying here. The service is good and it's very close to the venue I am working at.

Definitely not a 4-star hotel but not a bad hotel at all. I've given it 3 stars because when I purchased on Priceline it was sold to me as a 4 star hotel and it's 2 at best. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and it's in a prime location next door to the metro station (closed on weekends) and walking distance to the white house. The hotel restaurant is expensive and the food is not good at all, nor is the wine. If you just want a clean hotel room where you can sleep that's close to attractions, this is the hotel for you.

A solid hotel. Good sized (and reasonably updated) rooms, excellent location, and decent rates. Not a lot of amenities at this place, but no complaints.

This is the 4th time we have stayed at Club Quarters Gracechurch. The hotel strikes a good balance between value for money and the size of / quality of the rooms. There is no restaurant at this hotel, but there is a coffee area where they have light snacks available. I have stayed in other hotels in London, more luxurious and more basic; Club Quarters Gracechurch Street is the perfect mix.

When the price is right (read weekday) this is a wonderfully centrally located hotel in the heart of the Old City. Across the street from the fantastic Victorian shopping galleria of Leadenhall the location is fine. The adjacent Wetherspoons, however, remains the height of bland.

Rooms are nice, free Wi-Fi, lots of snacks available free in the lounge, downside is the cost of the food otherwise a very nice hotel.

Average hotel, but a lot better price/quality compared the other hotels in the surroundings. Location is excellent. Close to Tower, Bank and Liverpool Street Station. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean.

Stayed here for 4 nights whilst on a training course. Really good value for a last minute booking, had a fitness suite (hard to find on a lower budget! ) And offered lots of little freebies (soft drinks, nibbles). Really couldn't ask for more… The fact I had a fridge and microwave in my room was an absolute bonus. Other comments mention small bathrooms, but unless you want a bath (an odd hotel priority) this really isn't an issue. Will be staying again.

Nice self service hotel, with good transport links around. A little bit old fashioned but makes its job to stay for a few days in London.

Nice hotel for the price food facilities etc and only a few minutes walk from monument station, however my card was pre charged for the booking + extras then on departure was charged again and took over a week for the charges to be reversed, meaning I missed payments and incurred £75 bank charges, after telling the guy at reception when I checked in that I would pay in full then. Fuming doesn't even cover it! would recommend if they can get their processes sorted out, until then I won't be going back.

The entire staff we encountered were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and were at great pains to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Excellent service, guys.

Location is great, but that's about it. It gets by almost for this reason alone. The rooms are tiny, and you can always hear some loud noise from either inside or outside. Bathrooms are standard, but again barely get by — the toilets sometimes are very finicky, and sometimes the AC is finicky. I was here in early summer and they had yet to turn on the AC units, so it was extremely hot. Pretty sure one of the housekeeping staff stole one of my phone chargers, which is super annoying.

I have stayed at quite a few hotels around London before and after staying here over the weekend this has been my personal best, lovely hotel, newly refurbished, amazing lounge with a free to use drinks machine, there is also a few MAC PC's to use in the lounge free to use as well with a printer, the room is perfect, the bed is so comfy, the room service is pretty cheap and good, the gym is free to use, the rooms have pretty good I-pod doc's and a good TV with good channels, the staff are very helpful and polite. I personally will always be staying at this hotel now in the future. Worth every penny. It's very close to Liverpool street station, which is also good, everything is just a tube away. Amazing hotel. Fully recommend.

Had an overnight stay here as my meeting in The City were next day, Club Quarters brand is always a safe choice, good price/quality ratio, walking distance to Bank tube station, room was bigger than normal, but bathroom was smaller than normal, Wi-Fi is free (always good). I've stayed in other hotels of this brand and they are pretty much the same, good at maintaining the standart.

Great, reasonably priced hotel in finance district center! Super friendly and helpful staff! Super adjacent Pub and restaurant.

Good location in the city. Hotel offers you everything you need for a business trip: modern and quiet room, good shower, great bed, good service, free and fast Wi-Fi, proper desk.

Stay once again for their price and helpfulness.
