Absolutely everything. It is a truly superb hotel. Having just hosted a large event there I cannot fault the service, food, amenities and particularly the staff! Seamless!

What a lovely experience! a very relaxed, cosy place where staff is impeccable, very helpful and informative.
Very good value for money on our cream afternoon tea, with fresh scones and nice tea.
the building is very interesting with a little art exhibition inside and in front of the Tower of London.

Fantastic hotel, apparently it took almost 10 years to renovate the building which is beautiful, nice location next to Tower of London, great staff, top class gym and pool, rooms and service excellent, now our favourite London hotel.

So impressed with the Drake suite. It’s just lovely! Amazing service and such lovely people taking pride in their work in beautiful surroundings. And the Karl Lagerfeld exhibition is the icing on the cake as well as a stunning dinner at La Dame de Pic! Have had such a wonderful time.

Exceptional service at an exceptional hotel. We came here with our 15 month old daughter and staff couldn’t have been any more accommodating. I have no bad words to say. It really is an amazing hotel and went above & beyond my expectations.

Went for afternoon tea. The staff were very nice, very helpful. Food was delicious. Prices on parr with other hotels.

Very, very friendly reception and very, very, very considerate porter we have ever met. When the luggage was sent to our room, the check-in label sticker on the luggage was removed, this little thing was just divine. This is our first time at Four Seasons, and we definitely will come back.

Wonderfully designed foyer and cocktail lounge. Cocktails are surprisingly well priced considering the venue and the service is excellent.
We will definitely be back to repeat.

Outstanding hotel in a great part of London. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and surroundings. The rooms were luxurious and generously large, Including outstanding bathrooms. The staff was helpful, friendly, and intuitive. The location is great for access to the London Tower, the Thames, and to all public transportation. This was one of the top 5 hotels that I have stayed in.

Been there for afternoon tea and evening drinks, fabulous surroundings, excellent food and superb service. Friends who had booked to stay overnight in London, moved their belongings to four seasons as they were so impressed.

Not my kind of place. Ultra luxury but felt overstaffed and oppressive. Before I even got out of the lobby I had passed three door holders and two or three greeters. Had I been staying there rather than just attending an evening function I would not have been happy contributing towards all those salaries. Food was nice though.

Newly opened, this 1920's themed four seasons pampered us silly with their amazing service and beautiful live jazz music. At the Rotunda lounge, they had waiters dressed in Gatsby, with feather headbands and tassle tops — felt like we were stepping into a different world. Even if you drop by for afternoon tea, you will be in for a delight. Custom made chinaware and fragrant tea choices engulf you with a gentle pianist at the back. If you're into that era, Thursday nights are a bit more special because its a special live band event while you sip on some scotch.

Such a warm & welcoming arrival, with amazing rooms, bars, conference & seating rooms. Valentina Russo was performing, what an amazing energy this Female DJ brought to the events room. Loved every minute of it. The cocktails were made to a very high standard The decor was absolutely stunning, exquisite glass lift, beautiful chandeliers, you have to see it for yourself. I would 100% Recommend it for any event.

Very beautiful room, love the bathroom most! In-room breakfast were nice, the Chinese breakfast was impressive!

Great hotel. However the questioning eyes and approach of people on multiple gates are not very welcoming. I think guests need a warm welcome. Otherwise, facility wise and service wise one of the best you can get in London.

Very classical and story-building, refit although the room is slightly small, but the service and the delicious restaurant has a big bonus effect. The location is good.

Well designed property, great experience and the kitchen was fabulous in creating a terrific pasta dish, with delicious french fries! The staff was well attired and very service oriented.

9/12/2017 I was a DJ/Guest for a friends Christmas celebration and she hired a hall at the hotel. (I was more of a guest than a hired service) When dropping off, I was told to go the back entry as I was bringing equipment. From the first employee interaction he gave me a cold impression, I thought it would just be him but I was wrong. -he asked me to follow but walked off till I couldn't see them. Knowing I was carrying equipment he didn't ask once to help or to even help with the door. — I was not given a trolley, I was told to go collect the trolley myself by the supervisor. At first she was not going to guide me, she thought it would be okay to give me directions despite the basement being a huge maze for anyone that hasn't been there before. I had to push the trolley from a storage room to my equipment, put the equipment on the trolley and then push it to the hall. I was following her and she kept walking off. — Another issue I had with the supervisor, she made me wait 10-15 mins because she said she needed to sort out another job and she didn't want keep going up and down. The conversation started off professional and then became causal for the last 3/4 of it. — I made a complaint about the members to Jonathan but he instead defended their actions and not one person apologised. — meanwhile preparing the event, the supervisor she said to me "You look tired, do you want a coffee".

A stunning hotel and room, very expensive though but for a one-off very worth it. Spa and pool was nice but on the small-ish size, however the changing rooms were huge. Excellent service all round.

The definition of a luxury London hotel. Wonderful service staff too. Very easy access to Tower Hill tube station too, and a great view of The Shard from outside.

The former London Port Authority head quarters, now a luxury hotel with views over Tower of London. Maintains many of its original features, lots of intricate wood work in the Member's Club, stunning chandeliers in the lobby.

Wow what can I say about this wow. Beautiful building and inside is so lavishing too and the french restaurant I went to was amazing literally everything was just so unique it changed my concept of French cuisine. I went for 6 course set menu for £110 I believe without drinks. French portions ofcourse are very small so it wont be too much to eat. It does not include but most things are marinated and cooked in alcohol for its not good for someone who does not drink alcohol for relegious beliefs or personal choice. This review is just for French hotel but there is another asian resturant or you can have high tea in a beautiful setting in the lobby. Interior is lovely.

Fabulous luxury 5* hotel and delivers fantastic service. The cocktails and food is tasty served in a good atmosphere. This is a special hotel located in the City of London and I would highly recommend to stay here or drinks&dinner.

FOR ONCE, A REAL 5 STAR EXPERIENCE Too many hotels in London appoint themselves a 5 Star rating and really don't deserve it. Long gone are the days when a third party organisation appoints the star rating for a hotel, these days, they just decide what star rating they are themselves and then advertise that way. But here, it's undeniably appropriate. I had come for a complimentary spa experience and a tour of the venue. And from the minute you walk in the door, you feel like the entire operation exists purely to cater for your needs, as any 5 star experience should. Staff, begin with calling you Sir, but quickly revert to calling you Mr. (insert surname) upon learning it. A far cry (thankfully) from The Ned (read review). Everything feels of the highest quality and attention to detail is absolutely everywhere from the beautifully stocked locker to Robbios Tea (the best I've ever tasted). Special mention should go to the receptionist Adriemm who made the experience exceptional and Maxim the masseuse who did such a good job with deep tissue massage I actually fell asleep. This is an exceptional hotel, in an astounding building, a visit is essential.

A very plush brand new hotel in a great location for the City financial district. Found the staff are very helpful although are still getting to know things themselves due to this place having just opened. One downside is being shown to a Mercedes car after asking for a taxi to take us to Heathrow airport.

Stayed at the weekend with four other couples for a birthday celebration. I booked an executive room which was very comfortable with lots of space and very well appointed. Some friends stayed in the standard rooms which are still nicely finished but obviously a lot smaller etc. I think definitely worth paying extra for the bigger rooms. The website said the spa was opening on May 1st and this was one of the reasons we chose the hotel however we found this wasn't the case in the afternoon when we asked where the spa was. It doesn't open till June. I wish the hotel had let us know before arrival that it still wasn't ready just out of courtesy as we had gone out for lunch etc and cut our afternoon short to go to the spa. Very disappointing indeed as it looks lovely. I didn't score the hotel down for this as they took on board our comments with good grace. A bit of inconsistency with cakes being delivered to wrong rooms and some of us had fruit etc in room and others didn't even though we had booked the same room. I'll put this down to teething troubles. On a plus the bar staff and breakfast staff are very nice and couldn't do enough for us. We would return but unfortunately we won't be going with all of our friends again as was a one off celebration. This is why it was such a shame about the spa being closed.

Beautiful rotunda and hotel lobby. Still not fully opened so would love to visit once all the kinks are ironed out. Hopefully it'll have the same charm as the Four Seasons Hampshire which was sublime.

Location is excellent alsi as you walk out you are facing Tower of London almost infront of you (great view from the bedrooms) and just also in fornt is Tower bridge.
