We loved it! Very friendly staff, clean room and nice. Full breakfasts and some days we have eaten or dined in the hotel's keepers bar which is nicely decorated and good value for money.
It is well located and next to the metro.
Recommended.

As far as we were concerned it was a pleasant stay, all very clean and tidy in the common spaces. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. Hotel recommended! good location just minutes from Tower Hill metro.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Very handy location by the underground station. Small gym on the ground floor. Good breakfast.

A nice hotel close to the square mile business district. Rooms are a good size with comfortable modern furnishings. Aircon isn't great and the room was a little too warm. Comfy bed. Breakfast is good but can get a little busy and restocking of items doesn't happen quick enough.

My room was hot and smelled like sewage when the air came on. The staff offered to move me but I didn’t have time with my busy work schedule… the cappuccino machine in my room didn’t work… breakfast didn’t have many healthy options. I would prefer to stay at the doubletree across the street next time as they seem to pay better attention to detail. Otherwise, it’s a great location and the restaurant, keepers, was a good place to watch the World Cup.

A Fine Room, Weak Service Just a short walk from the Tower Hill Underground Station, checking in was great. Carrie was friendly and got us checked-in early. Carrie was pleased to loan us a couple of outlet converters, as well. Our room was fine but, the air conditioning struggled at even the highest setting. Despite the good service to start, it was poor during the rest of our stay. On the second morning, we found we had only been left one towel. When we got in late, we called for room service and twice, there was no answer. We called the front desk for help and they just transferred us to the kitchen and they ignored us a third time. The next morning, I brought it up to the front desk, they said they'd sort it and let me know the outcome but, they never mentioned it to me again. When my wife and I returned from our day with a bottle of wine, we asked to borrow an opener. They reffered us to the hotel restautant to open it for us. Later, we wanted a bucket of ice to chill the wine. Again, they referred us to the restaurant. In both cases, four star service would have been, "Yes sir, we'll have it sent right up. " You'll be comfortable here but, unless you're talking with Carrie, you won't get the four star service I was expecting.

It a good location, 1 minute from the tube stop. I did have to get my door re programmed twice as it didn't work both evenings I was there. 5he food is good, breakfast has a lot of choice, I didn't try the cooked breakfast. Evening meals are good. I had the Halloumi fries, focaccia and the cheese platter. The room is good, the bed quite comfy. There is a glass wall to the shower, not very British. There is also an espresso machine, iron with ironing board and a hair dryer in the room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they were all attentive to the information about the hotel on the visits to Metro schedules etc. The rooms are pretty and spacious with large King size bed Kettle with the coffee and coffee box safe mini fridge table and iron ironing. The hotel is located 1 min from the Metro facing the towers of London. The breakfast is plentiful but it would sometimes be necessary to change the pastries so as not to have the feeling of eating every day the same thing is the only small thing to improve but apart CA I strongly advise this hotel for its staff its cleanliness and its Location.

My second visit to the Novotel as part of an MBL training course. The conferencing facilities are perfect for the purpose and modern. Nice selection of coffee, pastries on arrival, followed by cookies for mid morning snack I knew from my first visit to look forward to lunch and again I am pleasantly surprised. Hot buffet lunch with lots of variety, fish, curry, roast meats, noodles, deserts were delicious I had a Belgium Chocolate Delice and then forced down some cheese and biscuits for good measure. Thankfully my course was so engaging that I didn’t fall asleep!

The hotel is perfectly located for a visit to London. Very nice rooms. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great place! Friendly staff, good food, and the building itself is right in the middle of London! It's incredibly easy to access popular places! The rooms are also excellent, I highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel very decent but a lack of washcloth and insulation in the window. You can hear everything.

We stayed three nights and four days and were delighted with our stay we were a couple with a 14 year old teenager! The staff is at the top many of them speak French and are very welcoming! The rooms at the top and the breakfast a real treat! The restaurant is really classy! The location is just beautiful, we walk a lot as a lot of monument are made on foot! And the Metro is 50 meters from the hotel! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The place is clean but when we were there (4 days) They did not pass a vacuum on the parquet.
Very nice. There's no bidet. The bathroom does not have a window and has no key (door with magnet). The room and the bathroom are divided by a glass that gets dark and transparent with a button (at least mine).
There's a TV, you can have coffee and get yourself a bottle of water, free.
There is the restaurant downstairs where you don't but terrible and a little place to let the kids play.

I stayed for the Easter week and at the Novotel in London in Pepys Street.
Location, cleanliness of the rooms and common parts, excellent. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful. A special thank you to Salem that helped me to disband a problem with the pick-up of poor quality OTS.
If I return to London definitely opt for Novotel Pepys Street.

Good hotel but not quite the same standard compares with other Novetels globally. Check-in was chaotic. The staffs were friendly but they don't have a conventional check-in counter and people jump queues. Room is small. Not a problem, but you may need to be aware. The facility is average. The drainage in my shower is blocked, and almost flooded the bathroom. Overall it is still a good hotel. Just the little things make it feel not quite pleased.

Lovely place and great services. Family friendly and easy access for people with disability. Large room and with lots of space. Clean environment and nice decor. Keep up the good work. Well done.

Absolutely love it here, stayed here many times before. Staff are always very polite and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic! Rooms are very nice and the beds are so comfy!

Very happy with my stay here (3 nights). I was in London for meetings in Canary Wharf and the location of this hotel is ideal. Close to Canary Wharf with the DLR (15 min) and close to the center of London. My room was clean and had a lot of space. Staff was very friendly. Only minor complaint is that the windows could be better isolated but it didn’t bother me as I slept great 3 nights in a row. Recommended!

The Novotel is good as: one great room service, the room is nice sized it is German TV there is nice and modern design there.

Nice hotel in the centre of London. The bar that they have inside is funky with a decent atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities that you could want. The shower was next level in terms of use, would definitely stay here again when in London.

Very good reception of the staff, very nice restaurant and excellent breakfast. On the other hand, in winter, the temperature of the rooms during the night is excessive: in the order of 23 or 24 degrees. I didn't sleep very well.

Visited for 2 nights to celebrate my birthday. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. Food in the Keepers bar was great and breakfast plentiful. Very close to the tube and Tower of London. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed as part of a large family group for a birthday. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating; they made the weekend very special. The lobby area has great places to sit and chat, and breakfast was very chilled out and tasty. Really great family hotel.

Pretty modern hotel: nothing fancy but fresh and functional. Our room was big enough, quite comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. We very much enjoyed the breakfast which was included in the room rate. There were several varieties of bread and cheeses, cold (like cereals, dried fruits and nuts) and hot (bacon, sausages, hash browns, tree types of eggs, beans, mushrooms, etc) food, fresh fruits and vegetables with a selection of salad dressings, juices, teas and good coffee. Everything was tasty! The staff, both at the reception and in the breakfast room, was very friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcomed! And yes, one of the best things — the location was excellent for us. Lots to see and to do in walking distance + the “Tower Hill” tube station is just a minute away. The only disappointment for me was that the spa (steam room and sauna) did not work when we were there…

UPDATE: Refund Arrived! So I have increased the stars referring only to the characteristics of the Novotel, I can not give the 5 stars, because the mix that I have been remarkable, but I have to confirm that the hotel is nice clean and the staff is nice.
Nothing to complain about the service and the comfort of the room and the kindness of the operators, but I have seen charged two more breakfasts! The night before leaving I checked the balance with the operator, "magically", after my departure, I got the invoice with 8 breakfasts instead of 6! And despite the reassurances on the part of the reception, after a week I still did not have any refund. Too bad because beyond this episode the hotel is very nice and the staff very kind other small flaw, of which however objectively I can not blame the hotel but I want to bring it back to help other travelers! We needed two taxis. He called us the hotel! They arrived, for the path two taxis parted and then 5 of us entered from one entrance of the station and 5 on the other. The agreement was to pay the two races to one of the two, pity that the other one was to rant that he wanted to immediately the money because for every minute he lost he wanted 2 pounds more and that surely the other taxi driver would not take the money for him. Well instead of 30 pounds we paid 45 for a good 5 min of treats! So beware of scams!

I loved it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is super full. The location is very good one block from the subway station and very close to Tower Bridge.

Very good reception at the Check Inn. We checked in online in advance. Had the key for the room within 2 minutes. Had a standard room for 2 Erw. + 1 child 12 years. The size of the room was absolutely sufficient. Cleanliness sehrgut. Equipment too. Breakfast very good. Only the sausage selection could have been slightly larger and possibly a little fish:-) But that's not supposed to be a minus-point. All super and also at breakfast very nice service and especially courteous! We will certainly be back.

Great hotel, 10 steps from Tower Hill stop, spacious and clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Also the breakfast buffet and you can use the restaurant service. In relation to the price, above the usual London standards.

Really enjoyed staying at Novotel Tower Bridge for two nights. Staff very attentive and efficient. Room was fine and comfortable. Restaurant very good. Overall made a nice change for other recent central London stays. Have a lot stays in London over the next couple of years and will try to stay here again as often as possible.

I enjoyed the hotel, thought the breakfasts were great, was appreciative of the staff. But we had a room with three people and there were 2 electric sockets — wish there were more. Overall, really good place to stay and very close to Tower of London. UPDATE: they reached out to me and pointed out I could have asked for help, and would have been provided extenders. Fair enough! I appreciate their advice, and have accordingly upgraded my eval.

We felt comfortable. We liked the breakfast room and the great, versatile breakfast. The staff were also very attentive. We felt negative: At night it was unfortunately very loud — through party returnees and street noise. During the day through construction site. Room for four was already a bit scarce.

I only stayed at the hotel for one night, but every aspect of my stay was outstanding. I like the room's decor and design as well as the breakfast set-up. Most of all, and as always, its the people that make the difference. Elisa and Salem at reception stood out as did every person I interacted with at the hotel, including the room service staff and the welcoming young lady at the breakfast area. Thank you.

I stay in a lot of hotels on business. But on this occasion I took my family as I wanted to combine a mini break. I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and I cannot fault it in anyway. The price was reasonable for the location it was spotlessly clean and the staff were very professional and helpful at all times. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to book again.

The staff at check-in were very welcoming and nice and continued to be so throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and always well made up. The location is great. It is just across from the Tower of London and a few steps from the entrance to the Tower Hill tube station. This was very convenient for us.

Great weekend, great hotel, excellent location. Staff very attentive and helpful, both on reception and in the restaurant. Went for a weekend break and was very happy with the quality of the hotel. Our rooms were upgraded on arrival. We ate both nights in the Keepers restaurant and enjoyed the food and experience. Breakfast was also very good, with a good selection to choose from. One little gripe, we were out sight seeing all day Saturday from 9.00am and returned around 5.45pm, our room had not been serviced, which was annoying. Around 6pm we had a knock at the door and room service asking to clean the room. Next morning our check out day they knocked on our door at 8.00am to service the room! Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful, our room was very comfortable and quiet with everything we needed for a short stay. The proximity to public transport: buses, Underground, Docklands Light Railway and even the Thames Clipper made it very easy to get around London. The hotel bar was lively in the evening and breakfast was good. All in all, this was a very pleasant hotel experience. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Very nice and clean hotel for being in London. Near the Tower Hill Underground station and 5 minutes to the Tower Hill. The breakfast was very good with both continental and English breakfast, the coffee was surprisingly good. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and it was good but not more than that. The service was very friendly but they missed out some sides and drinks and bbq-sauce to the chicken.

Staff very helpful, courteous, rooms big and clean, luxurious wellness area and accessible independently with the room key.

Had a team meeting here. Good facilities and restaurant food was nice but eclectic.

Rooms are rather small and don't offer the same value for money like nearby Grange, for example. No mini-bar in the room. The view is not great either. Good breakfast selection, though.

Very nice, great located Hotel for visitors to London. The renovated rooms are very nice & stylish, located on the top floor, this Suite is perfect for a family vacation — — with a view of the Tower! Beautiful Breakfast Buffet. The Bacon could krosser. The Restaurant and the Bar in the evening — — the food is (for a Hotel) is very good and quite inexpensive. The underground (Tower Hill) is a 2-minute walk away.

Cheaper option than the doubletree infront, room was a bit smaller, but like all novotels, have a sofa bed in-room in case you need it. Tv. Wi-Fi and shower were ok, toilet a bit small. Bed was ok, service was good. Nothing to complain really.

On vacation with our two children (ages 6 and 8). We had a suite. Very nice, spacious children had room for fun after our long walks during the day. The restaurant offers a card for everyone.
It is located 100 m from the tower Hill station. It's a great choice to explore London with kids.

Free Wi-Fi, modern look, charged as an extra £10 for checking in 2 hours early. One side of the mattress was sunken deep like a bucket. A 2 minute walk to the tube.

This is a review for the Keepers restaurant not the hotel. Came here as part of the restaurant festival. Firstly when we arrived they couldn't find our reservation, but managed to seat us anyway. We had a choice of 3 items for each course, but soon found out that they didn't have one of the starters and the other starter part of it would be missing. We both chose the hock ham and pea terrine, mine followed by the duck confit and then the cheese board. My husband chose the sea bass and the apple tart. After the starter arrived, which look just like ham with some peas in it, it was pretty bland too. After this we waited a whole 40 minutes for our main course to arrive and then another 30 for our dessert. My main was reasonable but a bit on the salty side. It still took longer for the bill to come and when it did they added on not only the "discretionary" service charge but they had also added the wine, which was to be included in the price of the set menu. I would have argued the service charge off but I was too annoyed at the time it wouldn't have come across well. I definitely will not be back.

Nice room great breakfast.

Very nice rooms and a great location. Also staff very friendly and helpful on functional hotel issues (1 maid in particular was a godsend to my wife who got ill on arrival). Also the gym is fantastic! However, here are my problems (note that I'd still stay there again) : 1. The staff did not know a lot of the touristy stuff like where to get tour buses or cheapest way to get places. 2. They tried to steer us to taxis that are way costlier than the regular city cabs (eg from/to airport). 3. Elevators are very tiny for amount of traffic in that hotel. 4. L22 for breakfast buffet advertised. That's too high IMHO. I belive no hotel should have an unaffordable breakfast option. Bottom line is that if you need a lot of hand_holding in a new city this hotel is not the best bet but otherwise it's a pretty decent place.

This hotel has a preciosss buenisimosssss! Siemre very attentive and very good release, I like their views. And it is very helpful and many.

Our family was supposed to stay in this hotel for 1 day only (May 5, 2013), but our stay in London got extended 'cause our 3 carry-on bags got stolen inside this hotel's luggage room ON OUR FIRST DAY IN EUROPE. Imagine the horror for Europe first-timers like us. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and we only had 1 day in London so we had to make the most out of it, so we decided to leave our huge luggages and some carry-on luggages inside the hotel so we could explore the city immediately, 'cause we thought they would be much safer inside the hotel's luggage room rather than on the road with us. It's a branded, 4-star hotel anyway, so we never thought of any negative things to happen as we entrusted them our possessions. Unfortunately, that move of ours was wrong. After having lunch outside, we arrived to 3 lost baggages. According to the assigned staff that time, after reviewing the CCTV footage, the luggage room's door was forced open by a man in a suit who took away our bags, which contained our most prized possessions (a PASSPORT with a Schengen and US Visa, Apple gadgets, some euros, etc). Because of this, we weren't able to continue on with our paid Cosmos Europe package tour. It was very devastating, especially from a family who's been anticipating this trip to Europe for years already.

A hotel quite good price and quality, though more expensive than others. It is very new and the facilities are appreciated. Your situation, just behind Tower Hill is great, while it is true that at night is not the most lively area.

It is a very good hotel in the price-quality ratio, I don't know how people say that staying in London is impossible. 150 m you will find the underground station of Tower Hill, very practical, and in addition there are many places to have breakfast if you don't do in the hotel.

I stayed here on 02-03-2011 in a newly refurbished room. I thought the room lacked character or any soul, you could of been in any hotel in any city in the world. The reception area looked like Barbarella's Conservatory and the chairs were uncomfortable. The rooms rates were a joke for this standard of hotel, and there was loud building work being carried out on the 2nd floor at 9am (I stayed on the 1st floor) This had not been advised to me at the time of check in, and prevented me from having a necessary sleep in the morning (I had been working until around 2am) Check out is at 12noon I expect to be able to use the room properly until that time. Food was OK, but a little on the pricey side, but I've had better. The location was good, but I'm sure if it was in Novotel's control they would endevour to spoil this too.
