Hotel

It's a very nice hotel if you are staying for business or pleasure. The location is just fabulous and the underground is next door so you can go anywhere quick. Or you can stay in and watch a few movies, which are movies just out of cinema. All in all I will visit the hotel again if I am staying in London.

Breakfast is great, decor downstairs is awesome. Rooms are slightly larger than other hotels in London. Location on top of a tube station and right behind the tower of London is perfect. Room service every day, good selection of movies, helpful staff.

One of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of staying at. Both in the Netherlands and the UK. Everything you could want. The beds are amazing and the staff cannot help you enough. Very accommodating. It's reasonably priced for London. They don't offer many discounts and it's rare the price will shift below 100 per night.

Nicely appointed rooms. There is an ipad in the room that lets you control the blinds, TV, lights and AC. Check-in was easy, did it ahead of time online before getting to hotel and scanned my QR code upon arrival. Rooms are small but they have a king size bed and is enough for 2 adults.

Absolutely loved this place. It is the best hotel I have stayed in a long time. The staff were amazing and friendly. The location was great. The view from the rooftops bar was excellent, the quirky reception and hangout area was fabulous. Loved the techie features of the rooms and it was super clean… Free movies too… I would highly recommend to any visitor to London.

Fantastic one night stay for my wife's Birthday. Room super clean and trendy with amazing bed and brilliant rain shower. Staff so good and helpful, I believe we have found our new hotel chain to use.

Excellent customer service I have only been in here a few times over the last few months when I am in London. Went in yesterday morning again for my coffee which I must say is very tasty as soon as I entered, the guy behind the counter was very happy and friendly and he even remembered what my normal order was how great is that after all the customers he must service over the course of the day. Will I return 100% if only everyone could give such great service it would make people's day thank you.

Wow what an amazing hotel! My wife surprised me with a trip to London and I was blown away by the design, convenience and service.
We had an amazing view of Tower Hill and Tower Bridge from our room and I could control everything in the room from the lighting, blinds, air con and television, which was obviously the highlight
We could check ourselves in and out, even programming our own door keys.
I may be a little behind the times on hotels but this one was right up my street.

I love this hotel! It has a very fun/unique atmosphere with great staff. The room is on the smaller side but has everything you'd need. The mood lighting and rain shower we're great amenities. Hotel is very good at making technology work for you. The self check in & iPad controlled room was fun and useful. The tower of London citizenM is conveniently located to public transport and sightseeing attractions. We had a great view of the tower of London.

Upon checking in on the self service check-in computers, staff were right there assisting with any questions. The room was pretty cool, much like the lobby atmosphere. We loved the location! Right next to the tower of London and literally right on top of the tower tube. The lobby has a great coffee shop and lounge area. We decided to go out for breakfast, but the breakfast on sight looked pretty amazing. All in all, we had a wonderful stay.

Fantastic hotel. Every one of the team members I came across was fantastic. So friendly and helpful. Standards were high too. Absolutely spotlessly clean in every single part of the hotel. Nothing warn or tired looking and the attention to detail in every part of it was fantastic. Thank you for an awesome break away.

I really enjoyed staying here. Fantastic location for sightseeing. Adjacent to 'Tower Hill' (Tower of London opposite and very short walk to Tower Bridge) It is true to say it is not the 'run of the mill" sterile hotel, with it's modern decor, music and referring to everyone as "citizens". The room was quite basic, but contained everything you require. Was spotless, very light and again 'funky' including the window blind, lights, TV etc. All controlled from the A5 tablet. Check-in is via computer screen, but not a problem, with plenty of friendly and very helpful staff. There is plenty of room downstairs The evening meal was a little limited & self-service, but the short-end beef I had was probably the best I've ever had! One thing to take note of: the TV, it has many channels but come from a variety of countries! Control is via the tablet, but didn't seem to follow any numerical order when changed Although I loved this hotel, I do feel it was a little pricey!

We stayed for one night and had a perfect stay. The room was very comfortable and the shower was refreshing. The in room lighting/heating/entertainment system takes a little time to get used to but once you've mastered it it's very easy and responsive. Highly recommended.

This is a very modern hotel in a great location, right next to Tower Hill station. It is walking distance from some great London landmarks, such as the Tower of London, Tower Bridge and St Katherine's Dock is nearby too. The staff are very friendly and helpful, check in is done by yourself, check in screens are located on the ground floor in front of the lifts. The rooms are a little on the small side but the bed is large and comfortable. Everything in the room can be controlled by the iPad, the lights, lighting, blinds, curtain, temp, etc. Books are provided and if you're not lucky enough to have a view of London, the inner rooms facing the courtyard have some interesting fixtures moving up and down. There is a bar on the top 2 floors with beautiful views of the city skyline.

I find the citizen very practical and, I have to say, I really appreciate the general approach. You check in and check out alone, you do not waste time to make queues, the rooms are small but modern and rational, cozy and totally quiet. Governments everything from a tablet (television, lights, curtains, temperature, etc. ), the staff is reduced but absolutely efficient, if you're hungry at four in the morning come down and find food in a very cozy self of sneack. There are plenty of sharing tables for breakfast (excellent croissants) and for working, really many workstations of PCs, sofas and fireplaces, informal clientele and average young… Modern furniture with large spaces. I mean a cut that I really like. View of the Tower of London and Metro below the hotel… I mean, I like… I definitely recommend it.

Great funky little hotel. The manager is wonderful. I attended an event there in their to floor bar. The bar has some fantastic views of London, you get to look over Tower Bridge and The Tower of London. The bar staff were very attentive and the place was kept tidy throughout the event. The only negative thing I would say is that the event space is beer long and thin and should have been designed a bit better but you get over that quickly.

Modern, cured, hyper-technological interesting both for work and for tourism.

Only visited the bar but it was very modern and hip. A good range of drinks and cocktails. Good place for meeting up and having the first night's drinks or chilling after site seeing local landmarks like the Tower of London or London Bridge.

Very modern and stylish. Rooms are small but are very well designed. Very impressed with the bar and staff too. Very attentive. Then meeting room had a gorgeous view of tower hill and the shard. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location near the Tower of London. Friendly vibe. Ground floor has tables, sofas and drop out spaces to perch. TV to watch. Meet your friends etc. Room was had plenty of room for 2. Pod style bathroom with great show and a fabulous view of London from the window.

The rooms are maybe a little small and the soundproofing is not perfect but still worth it.

The Tower of London, Tower Bridge at a hundred meters and the subway is at the kind of the hotel (from the hotel to the station of Saint Pancrace in 16min).
Welcome and ambience in the hotel perfect.
On the 7th floor, the bar offers a splendid view the rooms are very clean and the control system of lights, temperature and media via the touch pad is awesome.

It's a very peculiar hotel. It has big common environments, where you can chat with other people, work, watch TV or eat something. Breakfast is buffet service. The pieces are small, for one person. The good thing is that everything in the piece, the blinds, the television, the lights, the color of the lights, etc. It is controlled by a tablet that leaves you in the room. All very modern.

A very trendy place to stay and they have the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! I also love the colorful lights in the shower and the amenities like bottled water, refrigerator, hair dryer, morning exercises on TV and books to read. Everything is controlled by a tablet computer in the room. The room is small-just right for 2 people-but there is plenty of storage under the bed. We had A courtyard view and could watch the moving art of white umbrellas going up and down. This is also a great location for popular tourist attractions and just around the corner from the Tube. They even have a large breakfast selection and a coffe & tea bar right on the first floor. The view from the bar on the top floor is great! We had a complimentary hard beverage as another amenity! We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel a few steps from the subway on Tower Hill Station, the reception is excellent the check in check out is of an exceptional speed I would say only downside is that there is no restaurant on site if not a few things to nibble in the form of Buffet but the choice is more than restricted. Otherwise nothing to say about the completely displaced decoration and the cleanliness of the rooms. We had the view of the Tower of London and in the evening when the lights are illuminated it's just magical. The insulation is perfect we do not hear the road or what happens in the hallway or in the adjoining rooms. I recommend it because the price is more than correct for such a benefit.

Excellent Concept. Rooms of the right size, not too big not too small. Full of technology. Splendid common areas. And view from the bar on the beautiful London tower. Cocktails to fall. Very very high standard for the price!

Nice, modern hotel, rooms are fairly small but that's ok because the beds in them are huge and really comfortable. The top floor bar has great views of the Tower of London, Tower Bridge and the Shard. Large communal lobby and good coffee and snacks in the cafe. Very enjoyable stay, with the tube stop right outside for convenient travel.

A hotel "too" modern, looks like you are in a novel, as Hotel is a good story. The location is excellent.

Absolutely the best hotel I've ever stayed in! Incredibly cool vibe, friendly staff, great bar on the 7th floor. Fun for young people and couples. There is some funny and fresh art in the lobby/ all over the hotel so not for the easily offended.

Very cool amd trendy. So easy to reach, its above the Tube station so it couldn't be easier to find! Superb views of the Tower of London and many landmarks. Great staff.

I only know the hall and the cafeteria as well as the downstairs rooms, specially designed to read. I loved it. Good location There are books everywhere and comfortable places to read.

The future of hotels. Room 807 was tiny but perfectly designed so has all you need, including huge bed and spacious en suite. Love the iPad controls and free movies. Window facing into the centre was fine. Shower is amazing and quality shower gels. The shop and bar are brilliantly designed to cater for everyone. I'll keep an eye out for Citizen M wherever I go.

It was a really great hotel! Everything was good, too eager to rerourné. In addition the Metro is right next door and the bus at 2min.

I love staying here. The rooms are futuristic. You get a free drink voucher if you book direct. The lobby area looks nice. The automated check-in is a nice touch. The internet is very fast. But most of all, the bed is huge and comfortable.

Love this hotel. Decor and layout are to die for. A great venue to host meetings with clients as its like a home from home and the lobby spaces are warm and welcoming. Hats off to the maker of this brilliant chain of pocket friendly priced yet stylish hotels.

It is really stylish hotel. High tech. Nice rooms. Bed is perfect, really comfortable. To me the hotel is top, but: the rooms are small and you can hear every sound from the toilet. I point this so no one is disappointed. In the end the best one in this hotel is the view from the bar. Just amazing.
