Always stay when in London. They have coffee, soda, snacks served 24 hours downstairs, Also washer and dryers with laundry soap included to use. You can request microwave free of charge. The concierge are the best most helpful go out of their way for you and very accommodating. We were there for my husbands birthday which is News Years day but on News Years Eve they sent a basket up to room for him with 2 bottles of wine and all kinds of snacks. To me to go out of their was kind.

Nice redeveloped location thoughtfully located around the corner from the Old Bailey and St Paul’s Cathedral. Justice available for this world and the next. Nice and modest.

Very comfortable hotel located very centrally. Doesn't do breakfasts or have a hotel bar and no safe in the room. But other that good and despite being near a busy road, sound proofing was effective and the freebies in the club lounge were welcome.

This hotel has very quiet rooms, despite its busy location. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are well kept. There is a good selection of guest facilities including ice makers, refillable water stations, washing machines. Air conditioning is adequate (considering it was 30c outside) staff are friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi is good quality and is fast and free. Highly recommended hotel.

Excellent hotel, everything has been considered even down to them leaving water bottles by the lifts for you to take on your journey. The gentleman on the front desk is lovely and very helpful. The room is a good size, clean and having a kitchenette is very handy. Really great spot, right next to St Paul's cathedral and there are plenty of eateries around.

Great location, right next to St Paul. You can take the bus, Big Bus or tube right next door. You can grab a nice breakfast from Paul or if you don’t have much time and want to grab a quick breakfast, you can enjoy the hotel’s complimentary coffee and food in the lobby. I grabbed a cereal bar, a fruit and made an espresso the other day. This hotel has a laundry room with free washer and dryer. The washing machine is pre-loaded with which detergent, so you will not have to worry about it. This place also offers complimentary wine (red and white) between 5-6pm. There is a Marks and Spencer right next door that has food, fresh fruits, drinks and more.

Good location hotel in the heart of the City. This is its major point. Other than that I believe is overrated to give this hotel a four star. It has, like many other hotels in the UK carpet in the rooms. This is ok if it's clean but in my case it was full of dust. Moreover the room cannot be opened by the window (for security reasons) so the smell in the room is covered by aerosols. In my stay I had strong reaction to the dust and I've never been allergic to dust. Apart from that I must say the staff working there is very professional and welcoming. Hope this helps if someone is allergic to dust.

The rooms were cozy but spacious enough. Front desk staff were nice and extremely accommodating. There is a free Wine from 5-6, with bottomless red or white wine (it differs daily), and some chips and salsa. It's located between two Underground stops: Blackfriars and St. Paul and honestly, you can get anywhere from either stop (I made the mistake of walking to St. Paul when I should've went to Blackfriars, but it was incredibly easy to figure out where I needed to go using the Underground map). I didn't try the brassiere next door, but I am staying again next month and intend on grabbing lunch there before check-in. Thanks for being great hosts Club Quarters!

Great location really close to the central Line. Always helpful and smiling staff available. Nice lobby with possibility to take free nibbles at any time. Bed at the French but comfortable. Bathroom of course without bidet. Carpeting everywhere. At the end of April about £340 total for three nights with double bed.

A friendly and functional hotel. Nice neighborhood. Impeccable service and room with practical kitchenette. Flat on the extra bed (convertible armchair) uncomfortable but other perfect bedding.

I liked the hotel. It is right next to St. Paul's cathedral and close to public transport. The staff were nice and helpful and when we had a problem with the TV a guy came and fixed it. There a little kitchenette in the rooms which is great for preparing breakfast or microwaving something or cooking something on the hob. The room was clean and warm. There is a restaurant, but we didn't try it.

Great location, staff were very warm and welcoming. Check out system was slightly strange as you were told to do it yourself on a computer which lost the personal touch for me. Room was a good size but the air conditioning unit is loud and the room is pretty dated and cold.

In central London, super Price on the Agoda website. A 20-minute walk from London Bridge and the Tower of London. Metro to 5 minutes. For check-in you are accompanied to a touch screen and you have to accept if you are the owner of the reservation and the duration of it, a little roll the truth. They have a boudoir where you have coffee, pastas and fruits in the morning and in the evenings, soft drinks and snacks, they also have computers with printers for free use. The heating was full and is appreciated in the middle of winter. Micro waves, free Wi-Fi and USB ports in the sockets in case you don't have a travel adaptor. Small gym, we didn't ask for breakfast so I can't comment. They take 70 pounds of your visa deposit on arrival and return them in 7 days or so once you check out. Although the hotel needs a renovation the truth is that it was clean, if you order toothbrush and pasta toothpaste you charge 2.50 pounds, they also had no razor, other amenities if including body lotion. The curtains very clear for my taste was in too much daylight.

Amazing location right next to st Paul's and walking distance to lots of other tourist sites. Lots of eating options within a block ranging from ultra cheap to high end. Rooms were very nice, smallish bathrooms but that's fine. Sound proofing between rooms could be improved and was a little noisy a couple times when a truck was making deliveries at 5 am. Free wine and treats was a nice extra. All in All, great experience again with cq.

Seat point of transportation convenient Gatewick Airport has a direct train, room two large suitcase can be flat, sockets a lot of water, shower moderate, the first floor has a mini drink coffee unlimited drinking, in short, very suitable for foreign tourists.

Terrifying: dirty… so dirty… and noisy (we are glued to the television of the next room! )

Visiting from the US for a couple days, and this place was perfect! Easy to access from LGW and right across the street from St. Paul's. It was clean and had great amenities; we would stay here again!

Just arrived. The room is right on a noisy street and the other rooms to and from the hallway are totally noisy. Everything is pretty decrepit. Very different from the internet on the pictures.

The hotel is very comfortable. The room was very clean, and the rooms have a perfect size. It is located in a good place. Very near to St Paul Cathedral. There is a bus stop very near where you can go to everywhere in London. I will repeat this hotel for sure!

We had an amazing stay here! The hotel was beautiful, the staff were friendly and attentive and the room itself was stunning. We could see St Paul's Cathedral from the window and it was the perfect anniversary stay. Lots of space which was great too. They even held our luggage when we arrived and left. Would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in London!

Central place two metro lines nearby. That make it easier for you to travel. A McDonalds in front of the hotel.

The room was very noisy, from both outside and inside the hotel, more than other hotels I've visited. The bathroom was pretty decent albeit a bit small. The option to have room service from many restaurants was great. The staff seemed nice on the first day but somewhat cranky the second. Overall we had a great time despite the hotel being slightly below other experiences.

Great location, very helpful staff, check in and check out very slick. Clean hotel. The lobby had free Hot drinks and snacks. Also enjoyed using the computers while waiting. I had a family suite which was very nice with a table and chair and mini kitchenette.
The only negative thing was one of the two lifts not working so people were waiting long time to use the lift. Our room was on the top (7th) floor. I had to make my three children walk up the stairs. Good exercise for them.

The hotel has good value for money. The free snacks and drinks in the club room are worth a mention.

In addition to the ideal location and the comfort of the room, this hotel stands out for the good treatment to the guests.

Rooms are larger than a typical in-city hotel accommodation. Quick and easy service. Good lobby area for a quick meeting (although not much privacy). Location really convenient for dining and tube.

Very close to stores and some shopping. Close to a few pubs and bars. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Bed is very comfy and warm. Very happy with my stay so far.

Great location close to the metro of St Paul where the Central line passes and there is a bus stop at 100 meters where there is line 11 which takes you straight into the center. The rooms are not too spacious, but still acceptable. The nice thing about the hotel is that it offers water and hot drinks for free.

Only stayed in the hotel for one night, but it was a very nice experience. The staff were very helpful and all the areas were clean. What I thought was nice was that there was free tea or coffee, soft drinks and snacks in the lounge area. Our room was very nice with a kitchenette, sofa and desk. The only negative was that the air conditioning was either blowing too hot or too cold. So we couldn't have it on in the night and ended up being cold in the room.

Good value for money. Excellent location. Quiet enough. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner is noisy and warms so that you can suffocate, the hotel is old and the adjustment of the Conder is relative. Breakfast is a good thing, consider it not. Coffee and water are free in the lobby.

The Hotel is very clean and ersonal. They have Wi-Fi, bar-free coffee refreshments and snack. The shower works very well. The decoration needs to improve and the air is a torment to turn it off as it takes a few minutes to turn off.

Very narrow triple room. The bathroom includes toilet and shower. The sink is outside the bathroom by the bed. For the rest the location is great.

Clean and efficiently run hotel with orientation for business and leisure travelers. Very reasonable rates, yet offers free teas, coffees, sodas in the large common leisure space which has computers and work tables. Location across St Paul's is very convenient.

We paid £279 for one night in a superior suite and I expected more for the money. The location is great, room was fine, had all the amenities described but everything was small. We got 2 tea bags, 2 milk servings, 2 coffees and it felt like everything was rationed. The room was generally quiet apart from the air-con which was very noisy. Bed was small with virtually no space on one side and it's right next to the room door when you walk in.

I stayed here for business and had the double room towards the front of the hotel just above the flags. Very spacious, clean and room service was prompt even late at night. I ordered from the Cote restaurant downstairs but forgot to ask for ketchup! Very quick check in and the only issues I found was there was a weird buzzing noise coming from the headboard which stopped when I pushed it. It can also be quite noisy in the morning as the walls are quite thin — you can hear everything in the hallways including the cleaning staff. Also liked the small thoughtful touches such as microwave and fridge in the room, neatly tied up hairdryer and water bottles available in the hallway (2nd floor). Overall a good experience.

Rooms were comfortable if not luxurious. Had fridge and air conditioning, bathroom small but functional. Best feature was the downstairs lounge with coffee machine, soft drinks and biscuits inclusive plus space to meet friends or work, also computers, many charging points, TV and fireplace. Excellent location and many dining options on the doorstep.

My stay was for business reasons. I was given a double room on the second floor that was decorated nicely, with hairdryer and drycleaning bags hanging in the wardrobe and plenty of tea, coffee etc. The TV worked fine and you can even cast your own device to it or choose apps like Netflix and sign in with your details (data protected). I didn't hear any bells from St Paul's in room 28.
Theres a room with modern steam irons/ironing boards, ice/washing/drying machines with extra toiletries and tea/coffee on the floor — help yourself! The breakfast choices are lovely (I tried three! ), evening meals in the Brasserie are equally nice, however, there is every origin of food available within a mile radius of the hotel so you're never stuck for choice!
There's a business area with PCs and printers — they'll even lend you an iPad. There's free lattes/cappucinos/tea/purified water here too while you browse, watch TV or work.
There's nothing I can say about Club Quarters that detracts from its status — it's a great all round venue for London :)

Automated check-in and checkout was a breeze. There were no water bottles in the room. There was an iced water dispenser on the floor but there should be water in the room. Decent sized room with good amneties. But have to ask for an iron, if you need one. All in all not much value for money as it cost me over 200 for the night. And I had to fix the flusher as it kept leaking water all night.

Nice hotel in Great Location. Stayed for a week during a business trip to London. The hotel is conveniently located within 2 miles of London main touristic attractions. Rooms are very clean and the lobby is very convenient for a little office space. I was there during the summer and the air conditioning in my room wasn't consistent. It worked on some days but not on others. Overall a nice hotel with good service.

Excellent hospitality service! We had small problem with air conditioner and someone came to fix it almost immediately. As problem could not be fixed till next day we were offered to change room. Floor Manager George was dealing with our transfer to other room and also tried to find out what was the problem and if it can be fixed. To comfort us we were offered as quick as possible transfer to right next door non-occupied room. In addition we had wonderful surprise — basket with bottle of wine and sweets. What an excellent service! Besides this rooms were excellent and silent right next to St Paul's with many cafes around. Other employees also were excellent!

Hotel clean and tidy but for the price it's old and dated. Hotel staff service varies widely, some super helpful others not at all. The location is great right next to St. Paul's cathedral and it's a half hour walk to Leicester sq or a 25min tube ride. The bathroom was a wet room which just isn't convenient with children it means going to the toilet you always get wet feet. The bed was comfy. Had to track down an extra pillow myself. Also housekeeping not consistent. They take dirty towels away but never replaced them or replaced some of them and only sometimes replaced the amenities. Also nowhere to put your own toiletries at all Having free tea coffee in reception lounge area at least useful and there was a guest cupboard to restock your tea coffee yourself if needed. Filtered water and bottles for room near the elevator great. And ice machine of the second floor good. Free Wi-Fi for guests brilliant.

Outstanding location and friendly staff. The rooms are comfy enough and my only complaint would be the pillows, which are not dense enough. Providing an additional pillow would be a great addition. The water bottles at every floor is certainly a nice perk.

Clean and friendly Hotel.

Great location for both tourists & business travellers with tube & train lines close by. Clean & tidy. Also offered free drinking water for rooms. We booked a suite as we were travelling with our 14mth old & wanted the convenience of having a kitchenette & a separate lounge for once he was asleep early evening. While technically this is what we got, the bedroom was at the entrance & the lounge at the back. Therefore the bedroom was at the noisiest part of the suite. Additionally, there was only one light switch for the entire suite & the only lamps were fixed fittings in the bedroom — meaning once the lights were out for our son, the only light in the entire suite was from the TV in the loungeroom. Kitchenette was perfectly fine with a 2 ring hob, microwave & fridge. Adequate pots & pans but initially no cutlery, which we had to ask for twice. Ultimately, we had the extra space & functionality we needed, it just wasn't practical.

Not a very romantic place, but if You don't really care where to sleep — then fit. No Breakfast included and the rooms very audible lift.

Location: near local tube station, really depends on what of London you want to visit. Rooms are standard, if little on the small side. I've been put at the back of the hotel, so not ideal Service wasn't great, but I did only get in at 1am, so excusable…

Although there is tea, coffee selection, you only get 2 milk sachets, meaning you can have 1 drink each, not good… Air-conditioning is modern and works well but if you want fresh air your out of luck as the windows do not open. Didn't really sleep that well and could not understand why as the bed is ok and pillows are fine. Until in the morning we noticed a humming sound which once you hear it starts become really annoying. We think it is the extraction fan for the bathroom? So woke up feeling like we had the worst sleep ever! Although the check in time is 3pm, they will let you check in earlier as long as the room is ready. Hotel is in walking distance of St Paul's cathedral, we can see it from our room.

Location is wonderful, very close to St Paul's cathedral, which is stunning at daytime and nighttime. A nice walk brings you to London core centre in 15 minutes, where you can reach Soho, Piccadilly, and Trafalgar very easily. Rooms are quite tiny but clean and comfortable, even if a little refresh and modernization could improve them at best. Service is OK!

Incredible location, our room was pretty nice but our stay massively let down by the bathroom. Our sink didn't drain properly which was gross, the rest of the bathroom was dated and poor quality.

Location is the key here, for the business traveler and no frills. I was last there in 2004 and nothing's changed including the décor, room, everything. Feeling it's age and comes off as shabby (and the rooms are claustrophobic to begin with). But it is convenient to St. Paul's, Financial District, public transport, etc.

Club Quarters is in a great location that is central and accessible to transportation. I appreciated that there was a gym as well as the water/bottle stations on each floor! The only big issue was that the lift was broken and the fire alarm went off several times early in the morning. I would stay here again as long as the lift/alarms are fixed and no longer an issue.

The hotel was very nice and staff were friendly. We had a small issue with our room which was resolved very quickly which was brilliant. The hotel is in a great location. Would definitely stay again.

I love staying here this is my third time now. The rooms are a great size. Even though the hotel is in london, they have a sleep better kit so you can drown out that lovely London noise and get a good sleep. They offer a lot of complimentary items such as toiletries, tea and coffee as well as a water machine on each floor with empty plastic bottles. Each floor also has a guest request locker where you can get a lot more items that you may need including ironing board and pillows. I believe they have a gym facility however I've never had time to go. The lounge that they have on ground floor is great, a lot of comfortable seats and even a fire which is lovely in winter. The lounge usually has more complimentary items including tea, coffee from a machine and cans of juice. As well as this they have snacks which change throughout the day.

Excellent location — although of course with it being so close to the cathedral, the bells are pretty loud. Unfortunately they seem to have a real heating problem — most rooms don't have radiators, only air conditioning. I've had several stays recently where despite having the aircon set to 'high' and 'heat'… it continues to blow out cold air and on my most recent stay they couldn't even send up a freestanding heater to the room. Shame — for the high price I'd expect better service.

Nice hotel in am excellent position. The millennium bridge is only a 5 minute walk away. And the closest underground station (St Paul's) is just round the corner…

Very impressed with this hotel. Stayed once on a Sunday evening for a work trip and was very impressed with the automatic check in / check out service which really speeded up getting in to the room. The room was nice and spacious and had a lovely view of St Pauls from the window. It is a great location for tourists and had an inviting commune area for having a cup of tea and charging your phone / using your tablet & laptop. There was a nice big desk and comfy chair as well as Wi-Fi in the room which meant I could do some work very comfortably. Highly recommended.

Great location and room was very clean. Facilities were good. Couldn't get the heating working right but may have been my own fault.

My first experience of staying here was very good. The room was upgraded, clean and noticeably quiet. The price of £114 for a Saturday evening was also impressive considering it was London. The second visit was less than impressive. Cost was £164 for a Friday evening. Perhaps it cost more mid week since it is a business hotel, although this wasn't an issue as we were happy with the first visit and knew what we were getting for the money. Unfortunately the room wasn't ready so we had to wait in the lounge for about 45 mins. Again not to concerned by this as I was happy just to be sat down after a long day. The issue was the pleasant lady on reception offered us £40 off our next visit. Personally I didn't feel this was necessary, but it was offered. We are yet to receive this offer. Despite filling in a form with my details. Coupled with the noisy neighbours we had that night it left us tired and a little disappointed.

Live staying here. Great hotel, very good staff. Long business trip but the made me feel right at home!

Considering the exorbitant cost of everything in London, this was a great price on a major bus and tube line… Easy access to everywhere. My wife and I loved the room. It was clean, modern and beyond sufficient for sleeping. We paid $298 for 2 nights, including tax & fees.

Great location. Reasonable rates by the City standard.

Horrible. Walls like paper — can hear everything in the room next door. Please get some of the basics like real irons that have a steam function for business travelers, more comfortable beds and more sanitary (and less smelly) bathrooms. Free internet and a decent restaurant (for dinner, but not reasonable for breakfast) are the only things keeping this dump from 1 star.

First of a 3 hotels we stayed while in Europe and though billed as a business hotel had a much laid back atmosphere and overly friendly staff. Much better than the other 2 four plus stars hotels we stayed on during our visit. Good internet and centrally located. Has free laundry service as well in case you need a wash. Near many restaurants, sights, and public transit lines. Reasonably priced though the London marathon was going on during the time we were there. Would stay here again. Based upon the other 2 hotels we had in Europe, had to give it a 5.

Stayed here with work and it was exactly what we needed. The rooms were small but clean, there was a 'locker room' for guests to come and get for themselves anything they needed: irons, ironing boards, extra tea/coffee/soaps etc which was handy. Handy location, close to the thames link.

Good overnight Hotel next to St Pauls. There is not much else to say, just that my room (355) was extremely difficult to find, doors, elevators, stairs, all were involved to get to my room, which itself was OK, Wi-Fi OK, free bottles of water in corridors. Easy and express check in. Sandwich shop next to it, restaurant inside, well located after all. Comfy bed. UPDATE: The hotel was very good indeed, price quality ratio was good, its my second time here and I have already booked for a third time! walking distance to the city center, tube station is around the corner, plenty of options for food/drinks around the hotel. Friendly reception, Wi-Fi free, bottled water for free.

Stayed here for 1 night at the end of May. In a nice area near to St Paul's. Arrived early and was able to check in at 10.30am which was great. Electronic check in/out very handy. Staff nice and helpful. Room was pretty large with a good bathroom with shower. The bed was on the small side but comfy and I liked the little features such as free bottled water and utility room with lots of extra shampoo, shower gel, pillows, etc. Good vending machine in there also selling snacks and alcohol. Also a washing machine and tumble dryer, great for longer stays. Even though the room was just off Fleet St, it was extremely quiet apart from the bells ringing at St Pauls. Would stay again.

Great place to stay for business travel! The rooms are smaller as per the CQ model, but always clean and modern. The staff is always fantastic and very helpful.

Good hotel, clean, quiet and well located. They gave us a suite for the same price. Included Wi-Fi, kitchen, small living room and right next to the station of City Thameslink train 30 minutes from Gatwick Airport (7 6 pounds instead of the 20 of the Express for same) to the next of the impressive cathedral of St. Paul.

Really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Stayed here for nearly 3 weeks on a business trip. Found the staff really friendly and helpful. Snacks and drinking water were provided in the lobby in the mornings and evenings, free of charge. Rooms were clean, well lit, and had all basic utilities. However there are no irons designated for each room which I found to be a bit frustrating. Internet could use an upgrade also. Overall I would stay in this hotel again and would have no problem recommending it to a friend.
