Review of Brockencote Hall 4*

Wedding — 06.10.17 I had the absolute pleasure of getting married at Brockencote Hall on 6th October 2017. My husband and I fell in love with Brockencote on our very first visit to meet with Lucy the events Co-ordinator. From that moment on she was a god send. Lucy answered endless questions and helped me get everything organised. Each time I visited Brockencote I was treated with warmth and respect by all the staff. They make you feel so welcome. My wedding day was truly amazing from start to finish. I arrived at 8am with a car full of homemade bits and pieces. The staff helped me carry it all in and had a room ready to store it in. They provided endless coffee and biscuits for myself and my bridal party while we got ready. Lucy came to see me as soon as she arrived to make sure everything was going ok and I had what I needed. I explained where I wanted everything out during the ceremony/wedding breakfast and reception. They definitely delivered! The hotel was decorated to perfection and everything looked fantastic. Throughout the whole day all the staff were very attentive and polite, nothing was too much for them and they all had a smile. We have been inundated with compliments regarding the food and the hotel itself. Everyone enjoyed the wedding breakfast and buffet. Not to mention the full English the next morning! The guests that stayed over also commented on how nice their rooms were. We even had a turn down service which was lovely they laid out slippers and robes for us, left us some camomile tea and drew all our curtains. Such a nice touch. Thank you, Lucy and your team, for all your help and hard work turning my dream day into a reality.
